Chapter 1
Jack Parker stood at the window of Old Joe's mountaintop villa, watching the sunset paint the sky in hues of orange and purple. The faint scent of expensive perfume hung in the air, mingling with the aroma of aged whiskey.
"Your flight leaves in three hours," Old Joe said, his voice carrying the weight of decades. "Everything is prepared for your journey to Harmonfield, Draconia." Jack turned to face his mentor. Old Joe reclined on a leather couch, surrounded by three beautiful women who hung on his every word. Despite his advanced age, the old man's eyes remained sharp, missing nothing. "I'm ready," Jack replied, his voice steady. "I've trained for this my whole life." Old Joe gestured, and one of the women brought forward a wooden box. "Open it," he instructed. Inside lay a dagger, its blade etched with intricate dragon patterns. The hilt, crafted from polished bone, fit perfectly in Jack's palm. "The dragon dagger," Old Joe explained. "An ancient weapon passed down through generations. It will serve you well." Jack slid the dagger into his jacket. "Thank you." "And this," Old Joe continued, producing a leopard-print credit card. "Unlimited funds for whatever you might need. The Wilson family is powerful, but money offers freedom." "What about the arrangement?" Jack asked. "What should I expect from Emily Wilson?" Old Joe's expression softened. "The contract was made long ago. I've watched over you since you were a boy, preparing you for this moment. Emily Wilson is your destiny." "And what if she doesn't want this marriage?" "That's for you to navigate," Old Joe replied. "When the time is right, someone will find you." Before Jack could ask more questions, a statuesque blonde whispered something in Old Joe's ear. The old man stood with surprising agility. "My jet is waiting at the airstrip. Maria will drive you," he said, gesturing to a brunette. "Remember your training. Trust your instincts." As Jack walked toward the door, Old Joe called after him. "Jack! Remember—in Draconia, the winds change quickly. Be ready for anything." Within moments, the women had whisked Old Joe away, leaving Jack with more questions than answers. The plane touched down in Harmonfield amid gently falling snow. Jack pulled his coat tighter as he exited the terminal. The city sprawled before him—a blend of modern architecture and old-world charm, all blanketed in pristine white. In the back of a taxi, Jack reviewed the engagement contract one final time. The document was straightforward—two powerful families joining forces through marriage. But he couldn't help wondering about the woman he was promised to. Will she be kind? he thought. Beautiful? Or cold and calculating like so many in positions of power? Jack pictured Emily as he'd been told—graceful, intelligent, with a gentle smile. But imagination and reality seldom aligned perfectly. "Where to, sir?" the taxi driver asked, breaking his reverie. "Wilson Group headquarters, please," Jack replied. As they drove through downtown Harmonfield, Jack observed the city's wealth. Pristine storefronts displayed luxury goods, while well-dressed pedestrians hurried along snow-covered sidewalks. This will be my home now, he thought, watching his breath fog against the window. Suddenly, tires screeched ahead. Jack's head snapped up as their taxi skidded to a halt. Twenty yards ahead, two cars had collided at an intersection. Before anyone could react, four masked men emerged from a black van, weapons drawn. "Stay in the car," the driver said, voice trembling. Jack watched as the armed men approached one of the crashed vehicles. They dragged out a woman with auburn hair, her forehead bleeding from the impact. "Sarah Thompson," one robber shouted. "Just who we were looking for." The woman, Sarah—struggled against her captors. "Let me go! Do you know who my grandfather is?" "That's exactly why we grabbed you," the masked man replied. "William Thompson will pay handsomely for his precious granddaughter." Jack silently opened the taxi door. "Sir, what are you doing?" the driver whispered frantically. "Those men have guns!" Jack stepped onto the snowy street. "Wait here." As he approached, one of the robbers noticed him. "Stay back, hero!" the man shouted, pointing his weapon at Jack. Jack continued forward, his pace unhurried. "Let her go," he said, voice calm despite the gun aimed at his chest. The leader laughed. "We've got ourselves a brave one! What are you going to do about it, friend?" "I'm not your friend," Jack replied. "Last chance. Release her." "Kill him," the leader ordered. The gunman pulled the trigger. In that instant, the falling snow seemed to explode into action. A blur of movement cut through the air. When it stopped, all four armed men lay on the ground, their throats slashed with surgical precision. Sarah Thompson stumbled backward, her eyes wide with shock. Around them, bystanders stood frozen, unable to process what they'd just witnessed. "What... what just happened?" Sarah gasped. Before Jack could respond, black SUVs screeched to a halt around them. Security personnel in tactical gear poured out, surrounding Sarah protectively. A distinguished older man emerged from the lead vehicle. "Sarah!" he called, rushing to embrace her. "Grandfather," she sobbed, collapsing into his arms. "They were going to kidnap me." William Thompson surveyed the bloody scene, his expression hardening when his gaze fell on the four dead men. Then, he looked up, searching for Jack—but he was nowhere to be seen. "Who did this?" William demanded of his security team. "Who saved my granddaughter?" "A man in a gray coat, sir," one guard replied. "He approached the kidnappers, and then... I've never seen anything like it." William's eyes narrowed as he scanned the gathering crowd. "Find that man," he ordered. "No matter what. Search all of Harmonfield if you have to."Expand

THE SAVIOR GOD OF WAR RETURNS Chapter 513
Suddenly, the golden glow of the sun was pierced by sharp, echoing cracks—the unmistakable sound of gunfire. The cheers froze mid-air as citizens screamed, ducked, and scattered. Sparks flew off metal platforms as stray bullets ricocheted against railings and hover-vehicles. A young engineer shrieked, clutching a tablet, while children ran toward their parents in terror. “Everyone, get down!” Jack shouted instinctively, grabbing Sarah’s hand. Matilda and Jackson followed immediately, while DragonBot pivoted, sensors flashing red and deploying a low-energy force shield to protect the family. Jack’s heart pounded—not out of fear, but recognition. He heard it—the same sardonic, cruel laugh that had haunted his most dangerous memories. A voice boomed over a massive speaker system mounted on one of the upper terraces, cutting through the chaos: “Jack Parker…” the voice sneered, dripping with amusement, “have you forgotten who really owns this county?” Jack froze, his eyes narrowing.

THE SAVIOR GOD OF WAR RETURNS Chapter 512
The applause continued to ripple through the terraces, yet Jack stayed rooted, letting the energy wash over him while his eyes scanned the crowd. Faces of awe, hope, and curiosity looked back at him—engineers with hands still smudged with lubricant, children clutching model rockets, families waving from the terraces. He lifted his voice, projecting it over the wind-swept platforms. “Reidsville, I want to share with you not just stories of survival, but visions of the future. The journey to Mars was a test of endurance, but it was also a lesson. A lesson that when we combine courage with intelligence, when we merge imagination with determination, the impossible becomes inevitable.” Sarah’s hand found his again, fingers intertwining as she offered silent support. Matilda and Jackson stood close, their expressions a mix of pride and admiration. DragonBot hovered a few steps behind, sensors recording the emotional response of every segment of the crowd. Jack continued, gesturing towa

THE SAVIOR GOD OF WAR RETURNS Chapter 511
The cheers in Carlisle still reverberated in Jack’s mind as the Dragon Pod lifted once more, carrying the Parker family and DragonBot toward their next destination: Reidsville County. Unlike Carlisle, Reidsville sprawled across a series of terraced platforms, suspended above winding rivers and verdant hills below. Its architecture blended urban innovation with natural beauty, allowing citizens to move seamlessly between their homes and the city’s floating marketplaces. The air was tinged with the scent of river mist and freshly cultivated greenery—a stark contrast to the industrial gleam of Carlisle. Jack leaned forward, gripping the edge of his seat as the city came into view. “Every city has its own story,” he murmured, eyes sweeping over the cascading terraces and bridges. “Redmond, Richmond, Carlisle… and now Reidsville. And every story deserves to know that our journey to Mars wasn’t just an adventure—it was proof of what humanity can achieve when we refuse to stop striving.

THE SAVIOR GOD OF WAR RETURNS Chapter 510
The cheers of Richmond still lingered in Jack’s ears as the Dragon Pod lifted off once more, carrying him, Sarah, Jackson, Matilda, and DragonBot toward their next destination: the Hanging City of Carlisle. Unlike Richmond, Carlisle’s platforms spiraled like intricate coils over the industrial canyons below, a visual testament to the city’s ingenuity and the precision of its engineers. Jack leaned back in his seat, watching the sun glint off the layered structures below. “Every city is different,” he murmured. “Redmond, Richmond… now Carlisle. Each one has its own rhythm, its own heartbeat. And each deserves to understand that what we’ve achieved on Mars isn’t just about survival—it’s about what’s possible when we refuse to stop dreaming.” Sarah reached over, squeezing his hand gently. “They’re going to love you here too,” she said softly. “Carlisle is built on innovation. They’ll understand your vision immediately.” Jackson bounced in his seat again, unable to contain himself. “

THE SAVIOR GOD OF WAR RETURNS Chapter 509
The cheers of Redmond still echoed in Jack’s ears, but there was no time to linger. The next stop awaited—the Hanging City of Richmond, perched high above Harmonfield’s industrial sector, a city known for its resilience, creativity, and unshakable pride. The family boarded the Dragon Pod again, DragonBot scanning the route and monitoring energy levels for an optimal journey. Jackson bounced in his seat, practically vibrating with excitement. “I can’t believe we’re doing this again! Two cities, one day! It’s insane!” Matilda laughed, holding onto the rail as the pod ascended. “Insane… but amazing. Look at Richmond from here—their floating platforms are massive.” Jack’s eyes narrowed thoughtfully as he gazed down. “Richmond has always been strategic. Its people have faced adversity, much like Redmond, and they’ve survived because they’ve never stopped believing in themselves. Today, we honor that spirit.” DragonBot’s sensors flickered. “Observation: Richmond’s populace currently en

THE SAVIOR GOD OF WAR RETURNS Chapter 508
Jack’s words lingered in the air, warm and steady, like the hum of the Dragon Home itself. For a moment, no one spoke. The family simply sat there, soaking in the quiet satisfaction that followed a shared meal and shared laughter. Then Jackson broke the silence, bouncing slightly in his chair. “So… are we actually going out today? Because you said something about the Hanging City earlier, and I’ve been waiting since breakfast.” Sarah smiled, already knowing where this was going. “You never forget plans that involve crowds and attention, do you?” Jack chuckled as he stood. “He’s right, though. We promised the people of Redmond we’d come by once we were back from Mars. They’ve been waiting.” Matilda’s eyes lit up. “The Hanging City at Redmond? The one with the sky bridges and floating platforms?” “The very one,” Jack replied. “They watched our launch. They watched our return. For them, this wasn’t just a mission—it was hope.” DragonBot’s sensors adjusted instantly. “Observation: p
