Hypocrite

"When did the Leviathan possess your mother?" Kayden asked.

"I don't know when exactly but I knew when I was ten, she started giving me a potion to drink, the potion always strengthened me and gave me the energy to walk and do other basic things, she never told me where she got the potion though. Then she started to change, she would be standoffish one day and timid the other day. She couldn't remember specific things anymore. I think she was possessed around that time." Darius replied.

"Then two years ago, she persuaded you to let the Leviathan possess you right?" Samuel prodded.

"yes, she told me that it would make me stronger and I would be better at sword fighting and other things that would impress my father. I guess she was right about that part. I agreed because I just wanted to impress him." Darius said with a bitter smile.

"Then you realized that it was a mistake and you tried to fight it." Kayden asked.

"Yes, I did. But I was too weak to fight it so I could only bide my time
