The wrinkles on the forehead of the elderly master of the Heavenly Peak Sect deepened as his spiritual sight revealed what was happening in the duchy of Tegal Wangi. What he saw was horrifying—but it did not end there. Another scene, far more brutal, was unfolding in the duchy of Tambakboyo.

Driven by unease and curiosity, Master Mangkubumi extended his vision further, allowing his inner eye to sweep across the lands between the two duchies. Everywhere the dark sect had passed, the same atrocities were repeated—villages left in ruin, the corpses of innocents scattered, homes set ablaze. Murder, looting, and violation had become their shadow.

Standing nearby, Rengga kept silent as he watched Master Mangkubumi meditate with his eyes closed. He waited patiently until the leader of the Heavenly Peak Sect completed his spiritual observation.

“We don’t need to wait for Wiguna’s report,” said Master Mangkubumi quietly when his eyes finally opened.

“What did you see, Elder?” Rengga asked.

Rengga’s gaze lingered on Guntur Bumi’s face, unable to tear his eyes away. The resemblance between the young man and Ratnasari was uncanny—almost ninety percent alike, as though the heavens themselves had sculpted them from the same soul. For a long while, the thirty-two-year-old warrior stood frozen, caught between awe and disbelief, until Arya’s calm but firm voice broke through his daze.“Will you let us stand here all day, Rengga?” Arya teased lightly, an amused smile tugging at the corner of his lips.“Oh—my apologies,” Rengga replied, shaking his head with a faint laugh. “I’ve simply never seen opposite-gender twins who look so identical. If they were both men or both women, I could understand—but this…” He trailed off, still shaking his head in wonder.“Well, now you have. Step aside—Guntur Bumi has waited long enough to meet his sister,” Arya said, gently nudging him away from the doorway.Inside the chamber, Ratnasari and the wise Ki Mangkubumi turned toward the sound of fam

  • The Satisfaction of the Black Dragon King

Desperation filled King Suwandara’s heart as he realized there was no way to break free from the seal encasing the mountain’s peak. He finally decided to fight back. Yet, such a counterattack was impossible as long as the Black Dragon King still soared high above the clouds. In his true form, Suwandara could not float as he could when taking on his human shape. Moreover, he dared not threaten King Wirabhumi, who was already positioned in the sky, observing the clash from above. The ruler of Erlangga would never risk being caught in the collision between two titanic forces, whose impact could devastate the entire mountain range. Then the moment King Suwandara had been waiting for finally came. The Black Dragon King dived straight toward him with tremendous speed. Seeing that, Suwandara’s nine fiery tails elongated once more—but unlike before, they did not lash out separately. Instead, they merged into a single colossal tail of blazing fire.GROOOAAAGHH!The Black Dragon King’s roar sho

  • The Great Prey

The Great PreyKing Suwandara froze in disbelief when a chilling voice echoed from behind him. But he was no ordinary demon—he was one of the most powerful among the spirit beasts, and a surprise attack like that was hardly enough to unsettle him for long.King Wirabhumi’s Black Shadow Blade sliced through the air, but the strike met only empty space. A split second before impact, Suwandara’s massive form vanished, leaving nothing but a wisp of burning smoke behind.“Damn it!” Wirabhumi cursed under his breath. He had poured an immense surge of power into that strike—enough to obliterate or at least severely wound the Nine-Tailed Fire Wolf King—yet his attack had hit nothing.“Hahahaha! Foolish human!” Suwandara’s voice boomed across the mountaintop, mocking. “Did you forget whose realm this is? You may vanish, but I command this land! Even your tricks won’t help you here!”A low growl escaped Wirabhumi’s throat. He needed to rethink his approach. This wasn’t the first time he’d fough

  • Illusion of the Night

King Suwandara had every reason to be shocked. At first, he thought only the man floating in the air possessed the Black Flame element—but he was gravely mistaken. The man on the ground also wielded that same power, his entire body now engulfed by its sinister aura.It was not fear that seized him, but wariness. A single mistake against that kind of fire could reduce him to ashes—especially if his weak point was struck.Once he steadied his breath and calmed his startled heart, King Suwandara readied himself for battle again. His eyes flicked upward, making sure that the figure above remained still, not interfering.A faint sense of relief crossed his chest when he saw that the airborne figure did not move. Then—wrapped in roaring black fire—Arya launched forward like a thunderbolt, taking the initiative to attack first. Two blazing tails of flame lunged to intercept him, but he cleaved through them with his Four Elements Sword, whose blade was now burning with the same dark fire. Two

  • The True Form of King Suwandara

The True Form of King SuwandaraConfusion, disbelief, and growing frustration all tangled within King Suwandara’s mind. The fire he had unleashed should have been powerful enough to obliterate an entire quarter of his palace—yet here he stood, his attack rendered useless, and his pride smoldering like dying embers. For a being who had ruled for centuries, it was a humiliation unlike any other.“Don’t just hide behind your long-range attacks!” Arya shouted, pointing toward the figure hovering in the sky. “If you truly have the courage, come down here and face me—one on one!”The towering silhouette of the demon king—over two meters tall in his humanoid form—remained suspended in the air, his crimson eyes darting between the two figures who dared to challenge him. Above him floated the wielder of black fire, calm and unflinching. Below, on solid ground, stood the young warrior who had just shrugged off one of his deadliest assaults.Suwandara’s gaze hardened. He couldn’t fight the man i

  • Protecting Mukranaya

BOOOOM!A thunderous explosion split the sky as King Wirabhumi chose not to evade the barrage of attacks hurled toward him. Instead, he met them head-on—strength against strength, fire against fire. The collision of their immense powers sent both of them hurtling backward, tumbling through the air for more than a dozen meters before they steadied themselves once again. Without hesitation, they charged at each other, moving at speeds far beyond the limits of ordinary mortals.Far below, Arya and Mukranaya, who had already escaped the royal city, instinctively lifted their gaze toward the heavens. Even from such an enormous distance, the two could see flashes of light streaking through the clouds—so fast that they looked like bolts of lightning crashing against one another.“We should move closer—beneath their battlefield,” Arya said, pointing toward the towering mountain peak ahead.Mukranaya nodded firmly. “Let’s go.”With a single motion, the two soared through the air, their bodies
