"Well Yes. I mean, she said JEFF paid the bill, so that's why I'm asking," Joe explained.
On hearing this, Mike and Phill navigated their attention on Jeff . "You paid your bills yourself?" Mike asked Jeff .
Seeing no other way out, JEFF nodded. "Yeah I did. The nurse came asking for the money, so I paid up," He said to them.
Joe, Mike and Phill are surprised to hear this. "Jeff , where did you get the money to pay the bill?" Joe asked him.
"Well, I...I had some money in my account that I've been saving. I decided to pay my bill from there since the nurse kept giving me a creepy look," JEFF said, not telling his roommates the whole truth.
"But we promised we were going to pay the bills. We're sorry that you had to make the payment," Phill said, feeling upset.
JEFF chuckled and told them it was fine. "It's okay. You don't have to feel bad. You guys have done so much for me and I really appreciate it. Thanks," he appreciated.

Joe paid the money and walked back to meet the others. "Come on, let's go," He said, taking two of the takeout from Mike.
They headed for the door and stepped out. JEFF had wanted to look back at the lady behind the counter, but he fails to because of Phill. He placed his arm around Jeff , talking about something.

Night came, the guys where in their room sleeping on their bed. The ground was littered with empty takeouts.
JEFF was still awake. He laid on his bed gazing at the system, wondering how all these came to be.
"It's already late Jeff . Shouldn't you be resting?" The system suddenly asked Jeff .
JEFF heard it speak. He sighed and sat up right, with his back against the wall. He looked at his friends to be sure they were all sleeping.
Seeing that they were sleeping, JEFF decided to question the system. "What are you? How did you end up in my head?"
"I'm Anonybrum, according to my creator. An Anonymous Cerebrum system," the system said. Showing an image of a brain rotating.
JEFF gets confused on the name, but grabbed immediately. "Wait, by your creator? Can you tell me who this creator is?" He asked curiously.
Just as the system is about to speak, JEFF heard Phill speak. "Dude, who are you talking to?" He asked, groaning and sitting up.
"No one,"He said and laid down back on the bed. He watched Phill lay down back and sleep.
"Will you like to proceed with your questions Jeff ?" The system asked Jeff .
JEFF glanced at the image of the brain in his head then at Phill. He doesn't want to wait any of his roommates with his questions.
JEFF decided to postpone the question till the morning. "No, let's end it here for now," He whispered.
"Affirmative. It's time to rest now," The system said before disappearing from Jeff 's view.
JEFF laid on his bed, thinking of his new found riches. A smile appeared on his face as he thought about all the things he could do with the money.
"I've always wondered what life would be when one is filthy rich. I guess it's time to find that out," He said in his thought.
