What happened to Brandon has caused a wave of gossip amongst the students. Some speculated that he was drunk and had an accident. Others speculated that he was abducted by a ghost and put in that position. Some also speculated that it was all just a prank by his friends. Nonetheless, all the gossip doesn't make sense as there is no evidence as to what happened. According to the police investigation, although Brandon was drunk that night, the was no trace of an accident from the area. It's just that his car was found down the ditch. Second, if it was a prank by his friend, how did they manage to put the car down there. As to the speculation that he was abducted by a ghost, it was far beyond the scope of the duty of the police to investigate that. After all, they are not qualified to make any comment on that at all.

The only piece of information that the police had is that he left the nightclub with a girl. The identity of the girl on the other hand is unknown even to his close friends as they had never seen her before. Even the CCTV at the nightclub doesn't show anything. Not only the club was overcrowded with people, but it's also very dark. Therefore to identify anyone through CCTV is quite challenging.

Brandon on the other hand insists that he does not have any memory of what happened. All he remembered was he went to the club with his friend, they had a few drinks and he met someone. They dance the night away before he went home. The next thing he knew, he was in the hospital bed. A few days after he was admitted, Brandon was allowed to go home. His family was relieved of the news and they had planned to go for a relaxing holiday for a few days. His father hopes that it will help him recover speedily and forget the trauma he had after the incident.

Upon returning from his vacation, Brandon quickly returns to his college room. He misses his roommates so much. He even bought them a few souvenirs from his holiday. More importantly, Brandon had already missed two weeks of classes that he needed to catch up on. After all, their final exam is only a couple of months away. His return to college was greeted by Alex. Jason was attending his class at the moment. “Brandon you’re back!” Alex was excited when he saw Brandon. “Hello did you miss me? wahahahaha said, Brandon. “Of course I miss you, you've been gone like forever, welcome back Brandon,” said Alex. “How was your vacation?” Ask Alex. “Well, pretty exhausting the weather was hot and humid, I feel like a grilled chicken. But overall, it's great. I bought you something. Here!” Brandon said while handing over a box to Alex.

“What did u buy? iPhone 13 for me?” Said Alex jokingly. “Nah it's just a few stuff I found while walking at the island. Hope you like it. I also bought some chocolate.” said Brandon. He later lies down on his bed. “Ohh the best bed in the world, I miss you my bed my pillow..” said Brandon while hugging his pillow. Alex can only look at what he was doing and laugh. “By the way, where is Jason?” Brandon suddenly realize that Jason was not there. “Oh he had a replacement class today, he should be back after an hour or so,” said Alex. Alex was busy with his handphone playing games. And sometimes, he had Whatsapps received.

While reading the messages, Alex continues talking to Brandon. Asking him about his post-hospitalization. But Brandon did not answer him. Brandon was already fallen asleep. He must be very tired from his post-vacation. After all, he just return today and rushed back to his college. Alex can only smile when he sees Brandon was already asleep. Not long after that, Jason returns from his replacement class. He was shocked to see that Brandon has returned. He wanted to ask Alex about Brandon but it seems that both Brandon and Alex are now having an evening nap. After resting for a while, Jason decided to go out. After all, he had not eaten anything today. By the time he left his room, it was already almost 6.30 pm. Because of his hunger, Jason rushed out to his car. And on his way to the parking, he had accidentally bumped into someone. They both were rushing and because of it, the girl had fallen. Not only that, all her books and take away too.

“FUCKKKKK.. watch where you going idiot.. look what you did now” she screamed as loud as she can and cursed at Jason who was standing looking terrified. At first, he wanted to help her but after she cursed her so loud, Jason feel a bit intimidated and shocked. “I'm so so sorry miss, I did not see you there... I was rushing” He said. Jason later tried to help the girl up but was cursed again. “Stop don't touch me you fuck.. stupid stay away from me”. She was angry. She was starving. Who wouldn't? She was a mess. Her books were scattered all over the place. And the takeaways that she waited for almost half an hour was no longer edible. What's worst, some of the food had stained her dress.

“Miss please don't be so arrogant, let me help you up first. If you wanted to curse me after that, you can” said Jason. He just wanted all the misery to end as quickly as possible so that he can go and have something to eat. After all, the takeaways that have been splatted on the floor smell pretty damn good too, and make him even more hungry. Jason extends his hand toward the girl and later helps her up. She did not refuse his help this time. She later took out some tissue from he handbag and wipe all the food stains on her dress. Jason on the other hand started collecting her books that were scattered all over the place.

"Knock, knock," Hello, Miss... are you doing alright? A knock came on her window. Tiffany is struggling to open her eyes. The sun beamed directly through her windshield, almost blinding her view. Especially in this hot weather". He was one of the security guards that patrolled the campus. No no no sir, I'm not. I'm just taking a quick snooze as I wait for my class to start. "What do you mean you haven't killed anyone yet? You do have that plan, don't you? Okay, I'm scared.. whahahahahha, "said Alex while making his silly scared face. "Oh, Alex." That is not what I mean.. and even if it's true, I don't have the heart to kill you.. you are too cute," said Alicia. They both laugh. Without realising it, it was almost 3 am. The breeze has cooled, and the area has gotten even quieter. There were no other people present. There is no sound at all. Even the crickets are deafeningly quiet. "Maybe we should get moving, Alex. It's almost time for daybreak. You, too, need rest, "Alicia stated. "Do we have to? I don't think we spent enough time together, "said Alex. "You need to sleep. Or else you'll be sleeping during your lecture," said Alicia. " "Let's go. Let me walk you to your dorm. " Wait, what? "Are you sure? " Alex was disbelieved. "To your dorm, not to your room," Alicia said sternly. "Yes, madam" "Alex, thank you," Alicia remarked as they approached his dor

Not only because of his brilliance but also because his father served on the university's board of directors, he was a diligent worker and a well-known figure within the institution. It goes without saying that no one would ever dare to deny him the opportunity to be chosen as the new captain. However, Brandon seems hesitant to even consider trying for reasons that are only known to him. He has to put in too much effort, and it requires too much dedication from him. He therefore chose to disregard what his housemates had said. Right now, something else is predominating over everything else in his head. The coach mumbled, "Stupid boys, if they keep behaving like this, they are not going to even qualify to be in the league." From his viewpoint, the team should work as a team in order to even qualify to be in the qualifying match, but from the way they are behaving, it would be much harder than he thought. "Hurry up you losers; we don't have all day for you to warm up; move your ass faster," he yelled from the sidelines. Once the team finishes their warm-up, they are instructed to gather outside the field. Let's get things straight. There will be an inter-campus tournament coming up soon. Judging by the way you've acted today, I don't think we can even qualify to enter. Please change your attitude, otherwise I will change you. This time, the stakes are higher: not only is there a cash prize to be won, but also a full scholarship. He carefully read one by one of the replies hoping to find out who is the player or at least get some clue to his identity. But there is no indication as to the identity of the player. Jason was quite disappointed. All he read was people asking who is it, and some even list out the players themselves. One of them was his roommate, none other than Brandon.
