The next day, Daniel and Lisa arrived at the office early.
They decided to scout Empire State Building together, this would be a good opportunity to get to know each other better.
"So, how did you sleep?" Daniel asked.
"Very badly! I kept thinking about the owner of Empire State Building Company. I hope he gets back soon." Lisa said.
"Me too! " Daniel said.

Daniel and Lisa were scouting Empire State Building.
Empire state Building was a big building located in New York. It was a big company, with Six floors,
It was very impressive.
"Wow! This place is huge!" Lisa exclaimed.
"Yeah!" Daniel said.
They both admired the beautiful design of the Empire State Building.
Daniel had never seen anything like it, he was excited to get the contract.
As they toured the building, they saw people working there, some of them were cleaning offices and others were preparing meals.
"That looks delicious!" Lisa said pointing at the food being prepared.
"Yeah! Those cookies look really good!" Daniel said.
"Let's go to the cafeteria and have a meal" Lisa suggested.
"Sounds good!" Daniel agreed.
They went inside, there was a long line, they waited patiently for their turn.
Once they reached the front of the queue, they ordered their meals. They ate slowly enjoying every bite.
After finishing their meal, they went to the elevators and rode up to the sixth floor where the CEO's office was.
When they got there, they saw the security guards standing outside the door.
"Excuse me! We're here to see Mr. Taylor" Daniel said.
" We're sorry! He isn't here right now but if you want to leave a message, I'll give it to him as soon as he comes back" the guard said.
"Okay! Thank you!" Daniel said.
They left the office without getting any news about what was going on.
"This is frustrating!" Daniel said.
"Yeah!" Lisa agreed.

They went to the cafeteria and had a snack, after that they returned to the office.
They sat in the office for two hours waiting for a reply from the CEO but none came.
They were becoming anxious.
"I'm going to check the owner's profile, maybe he has a social media account " Lisa said.
She began to search for his F******k page.
"There it is!" She exclaimed.
"Really?" Daniel asked.
"Yes! Let's look at it!" Lisa said.
They logged on to the page, they read the information on it.
"Interesting! He is a handsome guy!" Lisa said.
"Yeah!" Daniel agreed.
"He doesn't seem to have a girlfriend" Lisa said.
"Maybe he is married" Daniel suggested.
"Yeah! Maybe!" Lisa agreed.
"Well, anyway, he is very successful" Lisa concluded.
"Yeah! It seems that way!" Daniel said.
"Do you think we will get the contract?" Lisa asked.
"I don't know!" Daniel answered.
"Hey! I found something interesting" Lisa said.
"What is it?" Daniel asked.
"The owner is planning to visit Kenya soon!" Lisa said.
"Wow! Really? That's great!" Daniel exclaimed.
"Yeah!" Lisa agreed.
"We should go to meet him, maybe he will give us the contract" Daniel said.
"Yes! Let's do that!" Lisa agreed.

Lisa and Daniel flew to Kenya.
They rented a car and drove directly to the airport.
They took a flight to Nairobi, then they hired a taxi to drive them to the hotel where the owner was staying.
Lisa and Daniel arrived at the hotel at 7 pm.
The owner had checked out, but his staff had already cleaned the room.
They decided to spend the night in the room until morning.
In the morning, they woke up and had breakfast.
Afterwards, they went to the lobby to find an employee.
"Hi! Good Morning!" Lisa greeted the receptionist.
"Good morning" the lady said.
"I would like to speak with the owner of the company" Lisa said.
"I'm sorry, he was here yesterday but he had to travel. He won't be back for a few days." The lady answered.
"Oh no! What are we going to do? " Lisa asked.
"You can stay in the hotel until he returns" the lady said.
"Thank you" Lisa said.
The ladies smiled at each other.
The lord Wilson had invited Daniel to his house for dinner.
They met at the gate of the estate.
"Welcome to my home" Lord Wilson said.
"Thank you for inviting me." Daniel replied.
"Come in!" Lord Wilson said.
Lord Wilson's home was amazing.
It was spacious and luxurious.
When they entered the house, Daniel saw the dining table, it was covered with a white cloth.
"Daniel! Welcome!" the hostess said.
"Thank you" Daniel said.
"Would you like to sit down?" the maid asked.
"Sure!" Daniel said.
He followed the maid into the dining room.
"Would you like to eat now?" she asked.
"Yes please!" Daniel answered.
The maid served them drinks first. Then she brought the food.
It was delicious.
Daniel enjoyed the food and conversation.
At the table there was, Samira, Jules, Aris and Lady Wilson.
Lady Wilson was a very beautiful woman.
Her husband the lord Wilson was a nice guy.
"How are you enjoying the company?" Lord Wilson asked.
"It is wonderful!" Daniel answered.
"You're very welcome" Lord Wilson said.
"It is very kind of you to invite me to your home!" Daniel said.
"I am very happy that you accepted our invitation" the lady said.
" I wish he hadn't come" Jules said dismissively.
What he said sent a chill through the dining room.
Samira looked at Daniel with a worried expression on her face.
"Jules! You shouldn't say such things" Lord Wilson said.
"Sorry" Jules apologized falsely.
"Don't worry, I didn't hear anything" Daniel said.
The food tasted good, but Daniel wasn't hungry anymore.
He felt uncomfortable in the presence of these people.
He could feel hostility of lord's children towards him.
He wanted to leave but he knew it was rude to do so.
He would have to endure it.
He finished his meal and excused himself.
"Thank you for having me!" Daniel said.
"You're very welcome!" the lady said.
"Have a safe trip home" Lord Wilson said.
"Thank you" Daniel replied.
"See you later" he said to Samira and Aris.
Aris et Samira did not say anything during the whole meal, they contented themselves with nodding their heads or saying yes or no when a question was asked to them.
Daniel went home.
