Alvin looked at the twin dragon dagger he found in the medicine sage valley’s ancestral hall. Surprisingly their ancestral hall wasn't locked. It was left wide open. I mean, no one expected someone crazy enough to steal ancestral relics to creep in. The hall was filled with weapons and statues of past huge contributors of the sect. And each had an altar before the statues containing an urn with that particular ancestor's ashes, incense, fruits, and their companion spirit weapons.

It was left open because students normally go to worship the ancestors’ spirits, burn incese and sweep the halls. Since the hall was established, no one had dared to think about theft, especially as there was a slaughter formation that kills people with bad intent who enter the hall. Who would have expected a smart thief with an amazing system to creep in? Indeed, it was the rat at home that told the one outside that there was meat in the pot. It was during the casual discussions while they were resting in

Alvin who joined later watched Elena cry, while the others looked confused. “Aish! Women and their trouble. Why is she crying when her brother is fine and alive?” Murong Wuque muttered under his breath. Alvin slowly approached Elena and wrapped her in his arms, rubbing her back slowly in silent consolation. “Big sister.” Oliver’s heart was aching as he looked at the strong Elena reduced to such a state. Alvin carried her to the sofa where Oliver was staying, and she forcefully wiped her face. She took deep breaths and opened her mouth to say something but closed it without making a sound, as if an invisible hand was holding her vocal chords. She shook her head, her eyes filled with sorrow and relief. Elena grabbed Oliver's shoulder and gave him a tight squeeze, nodding vigorously, unable to form words. “Big sister.” She pulled him into her arms, as more tears escaped her eyes. “My boy.” Murong Wuque shuddered in distaste and moved away, creeped out by the emotional displa

“What's holding them back? It's already three in the morning. Did they encounter complications?” Tiffany muttered, and took a sip of the juice before her. Leah pinched her waist and gave her a side eye. “Know what to say, don't make his sister more anxious than she already is.” The Shi siblings were all watching a historical martial arts Xianxia drama on the hundred inch television set in the sitting room. Leah had thoughtfully connected her laptop to the television set and navigated to an interesting movie in a language similar to theirs that they could easily understand. Qin Li was the only one still sitting cross legged like a block of wood for hours, his sword lay across his thighs. The only indication that he wasn't a sculpture was the steady rise and fall of his chest. His breathing was absolutely regulated, not a beat out of place. Martha patted Elena’s shoulders. “He will be fine.” Qin Li opened his eyes and looked at Elena. “They will soon be done. The pill is read

Oliver was currently sitting on the sofa adjacent to the initial bed where he was lying during the period he was unconscious. Murong Wuque had wrapped him in a huge silk blanket which Alvin wss sure came from his storage ring. “Big brother, you really came back. Was your journey hard?” Alvin quickly rushed to Oliver and squatted before him. “Of course not. I'm so glad you're fine.” Alvin turned to Murong Wuque who was sitting on the arm of the sofa, one of his hands was on the back, the other on his thigh as he watched their emotional reunion. “Thank you for waking him up for me.” Murong Wuque sneered and rolled his eyes. “Weren't you doubting me a while ago and even screamed at me to stop?” “Of course not. I have never ever doubted you, not for a single millisecond. It's easy to trust in your abilities. You're Murong Wuque after all.” Alvin gave him a huge smile that made his heart skip a beat. He gasped and averted his eyes, unable to bear watching his smiles any more

  • A CRAZY ADVICE

“Amazing!” The system shouted at that point, attracting Alvin's attention. “This, this is the terrifying power of a divine emperor realm master. He's doing all these difficult techniques without even breaking a sweat. Now, he's using a cloning technique to cut down on time required. Alchemy is so energy consuming and requires maximum concentration, but he's doing it with a clone. Wow! Wow! Indeed, he's Murong Wuque after all. If only you didn't drag him to this backwater planet where even birds won't shit, he would have become the youngest immortal emperor in no distant time.” Alvin didn't hear the rest of her words. The only thing he heard was divine emperor realm. “You're in divine emperor realm.” He whispered, his voice very low and accusatory, his eyes narrowed as he gave Murong Wuque a gaze that screamed traitor. The clone massaging Oliver smirked and turned to him. “What? Are you just figuring it out? You must be dumber than I thought.” Alvin immediately remembered the

He rushed after Murong Wuque and saw him already undressing Oliver. “He's a shy person, he's going to cry when he wakes up and realizes that someone saw him naked.” Murong Wuque looked at Alvin with his characteristic coldness masking his face. “Which is more important? Propriety or his life?” Alvin gave him a tight smile, showing his clenched teeth. “Life of course.” “Do him a favor and close the door to preserve his last shred of dignity. His sister shouldn't watch too.” “Tch! She practically raised him after their parents died. What's there to see that she has not seen and touched in the past? She's a mature woman, you know. And must have handled lots of men's body. What difference would one more make? Especially when that one is her little brother who is more like her son.” Despite his little whining, he still moved to lock the door. “That plenty men you spoke about whom she has handled their bodies, are you one of them?” “Eh?” Alvin froze, as the bolt from the blu

I will give you anything you desire in exchange, as long as I have it, of course.” Murong Wuque chuckled and gave Alvin a wicked side glance. “Anything? Really?” He chuckled again. “You're either too innocent and naive, or cutely stupid. The world is a dangerous place, such promises would only be equivalent to signing up for trouble.” Alvin took a deep breath and licked his lips, turning to Murong Wuque, his gaze earnest. “I will never make such a promise to another person, but you're different.” Murong Wuque froze for a while, and slowly turned to look at his face after a few seconds. “What?” “I know people are evil and greedy. Making such promises would be equivalent to giving them the ammunition to hurt you. But you're different, you're Murong Wuque. You will never ask me to do something evil or despicable to repay a fa
