"Damn," he already knew the name he wanted but just in case he could in time pick a different name he tried.

"Cereal Killer" has been taken.
He sighed in defeat, but at least his name will mirror his true self.

Felix smiled looking at the eight different races that surrounded him, he still had the same feelings, excited to create his avatar.
There are seven in the world of fallen Humans, Dwarfs, Elves, Giants, Beastmen, Dragonkin and Bird Folk Every race had its own set of advantages and disadvantages. The advantages weren't listed in the beginning.
[The Human race]
The avatar looked exactly like him, with no changes at all except his plain grey clothing. This race was common, they are weaker than the other races. Their ability despite being basic was gaining extra experience when levelling.

These guys are capable of crafting with great strength and at the same time making things of unimaginable beauty and intricacy. This race is great if you want to go into blacksmithing or jewellery making.]

An obvious choice for magic lovers as they have the advantage of gaining the skill mana control from the start without that skill no one would be to increase or learn their magic skills.

Human-like in appearance players would stand around 10-15 meters in height making them the ideal tank.

[The Beastmen race]
They're human-like in appearance and fox or wolf ears and tails. They tend to have a lot of energy which makes them have to eat more than others. Because of being part animal, they have an easier time taming pets.

[The Dragonkin Race]
They don't have any human characteristics. Scales cover the entire body and have sharp dagger-like claws at their hands and feet. This race comes with an innate breath attack ability where they breathe fire.

The last one and Felix's choice was the bird folk.

Like the dragonkin they don't have human characteristics, They have bird-like heads, wings and feathered bodies. These beings are very intelligent and are given the racial ability of flight and eagle eyes similar to night vision with the bonus of seeing from afar.

"Bird Folk, please," he said to Pixie, who with a wave of her hand every other race vanished. And a replica of him appeared as a bird folk.
"Make the main body feathers Black and the wings white with red tips at the end, and change the eyes to red," he said as the avatar in front of him change.
"Oh that's wonderful, I would go for pink wings though, now onto the next step your attributes every player gets 10 points to manually disperse into their status, or you can have me do it for you, but it will be random," she twirled as a status screen appeared before him.
She continued, "remember there are no classes in Fallen online, so your attribute distribution will be crucial for your survival. There are only three attributes."

"but if you have something that increases your power by three then another bracket will appear showing your improved power."

"So the middle number is your body's strength speed and physical attack the right number appears if it's increased by any external factor which will increase your attack as well and the right is your physical defence the same applies for Arcane as well."
"Also your amplified status will not reflect in your health, mana and energy! Phew! I did it, did you understand?" She asked Felix hoping she didn't have to explain it again information dups were a struggle and waste of time.

Pixie giggled twirling in the air, "You look so amazing! Now, what about your stats?"

He knew if done by her then there's a chance to gain one of the three hidden special attributes, Luck, Will and Charisma. With that, he closed his eyes and crossed his fingers and then his arms into a cross and then his toes.
"For the all mighty father anime, god legends give me plot armour praise the sun and let me break my limits."
"Hehe," Pixie chuckled watching this weird chant and waving her hand a massive lever appeared beside her, she struggled because it was so big but eventually pulled it.
Seconds pass as the numbers began to appear, Felix was quite nervous, if he made a mistake by doing this then he could start again. Once the numbers stopped moving, he slowly opened his eyes.
"Congratulations, Apex, you're very lucky!" she cheered confetti exploded from everywhere as Felix saw his attributes.

"Fuck yeah!" he fists pumped the air, he gained not only one but four points in luck! The rarest of the three special attributes! And the one he was gunning for the most, that or charisma to gain better rewards from quests.
Everything was almost done, he was ready to begin at the starter village.
"Well done for making it this far, please think and choose carefully about how you build yourself as it will permanently edge your place in this world and the only way to remove it would be to permanently delete your avatar with all his accomplishments."
"Thank you," he already knew what he was going to do. Soon his human self disappeared and the avatar came to life, Apex was born, he looked at himself as a pink member of the bird folk in grey clothing.
She smiled at him waving as he was disappearing from the space, "good luck."
"Ah, so quick I like you! Okay!" she smiled snapping her fingers.
With a firm nod, he gave a thumbs up to the goddess before disappearing.
