The surprise sales

Thomas looked appreciatively at Brian, previously he was worried that Brian was only after a stake in his inheritance.

Samantha cursed angrily at her husband. "you are pathetic," she said. " aren't you the one who told me not to allow myself to be bullied? You're just too weak".

She angrily left the table and returned to her bedroom, Brian followed her immediately and soon Samantha's indignant voice could be heard again as she continued to berate her husband from the bedroom.

James didn't take it to heart, but when he saw that his parents seemed pretty disappointed, he said" Dad, Mom, don't worry about it although Brian is a waste of space but at least his cooking isn't so bad".

Later that night Brian got up from bed and walked to Samantha's bedside, knelt down next to her.

He felt sorry for her when he saw that she was still frowning even though she was asleep and there were traces of tears on her face.

He strode her hair and mumbled, " Samantha, moving out of here will be your best decision don't worry". After speaking softly, he looked at her beautiful body for a long time. He thought about how he had endured years of suffering while he guarded his better half. Snapping out of his thoughts he mumbled," I really don't know when all these will come to an end". He kissed her softly on the head and went to sleep shortly.

The next day, Samantha and Brian walked into the sales department only to find out that George and the rest were already waiting for them.

Immediately he saw Samantha, he didn't hide the burning passion in his eyes "Tonight this sexy beauty standing in front of me will be mine" he thought.

It's crazy to think that such a beautiful woman is with that good-for-nothing loser. As he thought about it, a spicy scene of him and Samantha making love together appeared in his mind, making his whole body feel hot.

Samantha just looked at George and decided not to say a word, instead she thought about the day ahead.

Although she didn't believe that Brian could really sell one hundred properties but for some unknown reason she felt a tiny bit of anticipation in her heart.

"Perhaps Brian really can create miracles," she thought.

" oh, am I kidding right now?" why would I even believe in someone as useless as him". However, she glanced at her watch from time to time as long as it wasn't completely nine o'clock she wouldn't completely give in.

"Hey, Brian come here!" George commanded.

Seeing that Brian wasn't going to move Edward looked angrily at him and was about to drag him over.

Watching Edward's aggression grow, George weaved his hands and walked over to Brian.

"Hey loser, I heard someone say you were sleeping on the floor at home". He said sarcastically.

"Don't you worry, if your wife is good enough in bed tonight, you will get a lifetime salary here for nothing". Ha ha ha ha ha.

Brian's expression darkens with his furrowed eyebrow and he clenches both of his fists tightly, making a cracking sound. He looked at George's sneering face and had the urge to punch him. At that moment someone announced, "It's ten minutes to nine and there isn't much time left. Forget about a hundred properties, if he can sell just ten of them, I'll be amazed".

Many of the salespeople started to heckle Samantha and her face turned pale. Just as she was about to give up, a middle-aged man with a large belly hurriedly walked in followed by four bodyguards.

" I want to buy one hundred properties now!" he said. All the employees looked at the middle-aged man in shock and no one answered him thinking they had misheard.

Although he looked like a rich person, judging by his clothes they all felt he wouldn't be able to buy a hundred properties at a go, no matter how rich he was. That was a lot of real estate.

Collins looked impatiently and said." didn't

Has anyone heard what I just said?" I want to buy a hundred properties right away!" I have to get everything done by nine o'clock".

He looked around and saw that Brian was there and when he saw that he was dressed like a salesperson he was shocked.

" When did someone so great start selling real estate?" he wondered to himself.

Brian who didn't want to reveal his identity at that time, walked over to Collins, he smiled at him, and secretly gave him a wink.

"Mr. Collings you're finally here, I've been waiting for you"

Hmmm, Mr. Maxwell really likes to play the role, yesterday he was a cook and today he was a salesperson however he quickly realized that he would have to cooperate with him and pretend that Brian was his subordinate.

"yes, I was a bit late because I was stuck in a traffic jam on the way here".

Everyone was shocked when they heard Brian and Collins talking to each other in that way.

Samantha also stared blankly at Brian's back and she'd also recognized Mr collins.

"Mr. Collins is an important figure in San Clemente and he's dealing with nobody like Brian?". She thought.

He said he had to complete the transaction by ten o'clock, surely that can't be a coincidence. A voice in her head told her that Brian might really have found a solution and she wondered what trick Brian had used to get him here.

George felt something was wrong and he immediately signaled Edward with his eyes.

Edward smiled as he walked towards Collings. " Oh Mr Collins, I'm sorry we haven't welcomed you properly.

Is it true that you want to purchase a hundred properties from us?".

"Yes, it is". You do have the properties available don't you?"

Edward nodded repeatedly and said, "Yes absolutely you can buy them anytime you want". Right now there are still more than two hundred properties available".

Collins waved his hands impatiently " Any one hundred of them is fine.

There are still eight minutes until nine. Let's proceed immediately, " he said.

" uh, okay," Edward said hesitantly, then pushed Brian away. " Get lost he hissed"

You're not capable of serving Mr. Collins. Do you know how important he is? Why don't you just go and make him a coffee and leave this one to the big boys".

Collins glared angrily at Edward and shouted "Who do you think you are? How dare you treat him like that!".

  • CHAPTER 212

The Beginning of the EndThe first burst of gunfire shattered the uneasy silence inside the observation chamber, echoing through Blackwater Institute with such violence that everyone instinctively turned toward the surveillance screens. Muzzle flashes illuminated the enormous central atrium as dozens of Council soldiers opened fire simultaneously, their disciplined formation collapsing into frantic movement the moment Subject A-1 stepped into view. The barrage was relentless, thousands of rounds striking the creature with enough force to tear apart reinforced concrete behind it, yet when the smoke began to clear, the figure remained standing exactly where it had been.Brian narrowed his eyes. The bullets had landed. There was no question about that. His clothing had been shredded, and several impacts had driven him back half a step, but what emerged from the cloud of dust bore almost no visible injury. Small wounds marked his skin

  • CHAPTER 211

The CouncilNo one spoke after Elias uttered those words because the arrival of armed forces outside Blackwater Institute changed the atmosphere inside the chamber more completely than any revelation that had come before. Until that moment, Brian had believed Victor Graves was the highest authority within Eclipse, the man responsible for every tragedy that had unfolded over the last two decades. Now it was becoming painfully obvious that Victor himself answered to people who had remained invisible for years, people powerful enough to erase entire families, governments, and organizations without ever revealing their names. The security monitor displayed a convoy of black helicopters circling above the mountain while armored vehicles advanced through the shattered entrance that Subject A-1 had torn apart earlier. Their movements were precise, disciplined, and frighteningly efficient. Every squad seemed to know exactly where it was going, as though they h

  • CHAPTER 210

The Night Everything ChangedVictor Graves' final words echoed through the chamber long after he stopped speaking because, although nobody immediately reacted, every person present understood that he had deliberately chosen those words to unsettle Brian. The silence that followed was not the silence of confusion but of anticipation, as though everyone had suddenly been transported back to a night more than twenty years earlier, a night whose consequences were only now beginning to reveal themselves.Brian's eyes remained fixed on Victor while his thoughts raced uncontrollably because he had spent years searching for the truth surrounding the destruction of his family, yet never once had he imagined that the answers might stretch back to the day he entered the world. Everything he had discovered since arriving at Blackwater Institute seemed to point toward the same impossible conclusion. His birth had never been an ordinary event, and every person standing inside the chamber appeared t

  • CHAPTER 209

The Future They ChoseThe words Elias Ward had just spoken settled over the chamber like a storm cloud because although everyone present already understood that Eclipse was dangerous, very few of them had imagined that the organization’s ambitions extended beyond power, wealth, or influence. Those goals were familiar. History was filled with men who sought to dominate others through money and authority. What Elias had described was something far more disturbing because it suggested that Eclipse no longer viewed itself as part of humanity. It viewed itself as humanity's replacement.Brian remained completely still while studying the older man's face because he had spent years learning how to recognize deception, and nothing about Elias suggested he was exaggerating. The sadness in his eyes felt genuine. The regret sounded genuine. More importantly, Victor Graves' reaction was telling its own story. The architect of Eclipse no longer looked irritated. He looked cornered. For a man like

  • CHAPTER 208

The First RebelThe massive reinforced door continued sliding open while every person inside the chamber watched in complete silence because after everything that had happened since entering Blackwater Institute, it had become painfully clear that the man standing beyond that threshold represented something far greater than another hidden enemy or forgotten experiment. The reactions from Ian, Victor Graves, and even Brian's mother had already revealed more than words ever could, and the growing tension throughout the facility suggested that the arrival of this mysterious figure threatened foundations that had existed for decades.Brian remained completely still as his eyes stayed fixed on the widening gap because although countless questions were racing through his mind, one stood above all the others. For years he had been chasing fragments of the truth surrounding his family, and every answer seemed to lead him deeper into a maze of secrets connected to Eclipse. Now another piece of

  • CHAPTER 207

The Man Who Should Have Been DeadThe silence that followed those words seemed to stretch endlessly throughout the chamber because nobody present could fully understand why a single voice had produced such a dramatic reaction. Brian had spent years facing dangerous enemies, powerful families, and ruthless criminals, yet he had never seen Victor Graves look the way he looked now. The architect of Eclipse remained frozen before the observation glass while every trace of confidence slowly drained from his expression, and for the first time since revealing himself, he appeared less like the mastermind behind a global conspiracy and more like a man confronting a ghost from his past. The facility speakers remained active, but the mysterious voice said nothing further as though deliberately allowing the tension to grow. Whoever stood outside the chamber understood exactly what effect his arrival was having, and the patience behind that silence suggested a level of confidence that immediately
