“What’s wrong with making a reservation? I came because I am capable.” He said coldly.

Nicolas had made him angry, and if he didn’t control himself he would end up in a worse situation.

Nicolas sneered, “I know you can’t make a reservation here, this isn’t some kind of a cheap restaurant you always visit.” Nicolas took a step forward. “You should get going, we don’t accept people like you here.”

“You are taking this too far, I am acting nice because we used to be friends,”

“Who told you we were even friends? I was only having pity for you back then.” He pointed his finger at Damian. “Look around, everything here is luxurious. You don’t look like someone who can afford such luxury, so you should back off.”

At that moment, a red Ferrari drove towards the entrance, and a young man in his early thirties stepped forward out of the car with a mischievous smirk that formed on the side of his lips.

He was none other than Justin Hill, Nicolas’ elder brother. “What am I seeing here? Don’t tell me it’s Damian Grayson! What the hell are you doing here? Did you get lost?” He taunted, his gaze darting from Damien to Nicolas.

Nicolas hurriedly said, “Brother, you won’t believe this pathetic jerk came here requesting access to such luxury, does he think he can afford even a meal here or even the lower suite?”

Damian spoke out, “You shouldn’t judge me based on how you see me, I am more than you can even imagine.”

The Hill brothers stared at him with disgust, “Did you hear yourself?” Justin mouthed, “How do you want to be judged? Like a king! Do you even have a thousand dollars to your name?”

He pulled out his wallet, brought out a two-hundred-dollar note and threw it at Damian, whose expression was cold.

“You should pick that up because you will need it when the time is right?”

Justin chuckled, “You might not know this, but let me inform you, I am the executive director of Royal Production Company, and my brother here.” He pointed at Nicolas who adjusted his collar, “He is the manager of the hotel before you. What else do you want us to tell you before you know the difference that we aren’t on the same level?”

“I don’t care who you are and where you work, you’d better find out who I am, instead of standing here spewing nonsense.”

Nicolas looked at Damian with a cold smirk, “Who the hell are you? Do you even think we care about you?” He took the water from the table and splashed it on Damian.

His brother and the guard could only laugh and mock him.

Damian could have avoided it but he chose not to.

If only they knew what they had done,

“You two aren’t but foolish wits, you both just signed your death.”

He pulled out his phone, punched in a number and waited for it to connect.

Meanwhile, the two brothers stood firm in the face of Damian’s action.

Who are you calling?”

“Another lowlife dude? Bring it on man, we aren’t scared of you, or whoever is on the other line.”

They were both stirring up trouble.

How could Nicolas have done that to Damian?

Just as the line connected, Damian hurriedly answered. It was just a normal call, but a FaceTime call. Christopher was left speechless when he saw Damian drenched with water, he thought his master was walking under the rain without an umbrella.

“Master, do you need a car to come pick you up?” Christopher asked, but then he heard someone’s voice in the background.

Damian spoke angrily, “Someone splashed water on me and I want you to come over this moment with the owner of this hotel, and also I want you to come here with the owner of Royal production company.”

“Fucking pauper! Do you expect us to believe that shit? Do you think it’s easy to bring our bosses here? You aren’t but a deadbeat loser, to hell with whoever you are calling.” Nicolas stated firmly.

Christopher overheard everything and without being told, he knew it was Nicolas Hill, his face contorted with rage. As he said, “Master, you don’t have to worry. I will make sure I bring their entire family.”

With that, Damian ended the call. And had the phone shoved into his pant pocket.

As he took a step forward, “You should have thought about it before you made the mistake.”

Nicolas, Justin and the guards burst into uncontrollable laughter as they stared at him with disgust.

“Stop playing, Damian. You can’t fool us with the fake call you just made. Who did you call, your father, who do you know?’ Justin taunted.

Hearing his words, a sharp slap echoed, followed by a sickening thud. Damian had struck Justin across the face, and then kicked him to his chest, as a result, he fell on his car windscreen, coughing up blood.

The guards gaped in disbelief, Damian’s movement was so fast that they couldn’t grasp how it happened.

Nicolas wailed in shock, “How dare you?” He stepped forward. “Guards, get him! Kill him! I want him to be brought to his knees.”

The guards stepped forward, with anger bubbling beneath them, but with the blink of an eyelid, a loud thud echoed and a grunt of pain followed as the guards could be seen on the ground.

Nicolas was taken aback in shock and disbelief, he felt nothing but a surge of fear and horror coursing through his veins.

His lips parted open but no words came out of his mouth. The lady inside the Ferrari stepped out, she looked older than Justin.

“What the hell is going on here? How dare you lay your stinking hand on my man? Do you know who he is?”

“I don’t give a damn who you are or who he is? Back off before you end up like them?” He warned, glancing at her with a murderous intent.

“Nicolas, do something, you can’t stand and watch him hurt your brother,” she said.

With a trembling hand and a darkened face, Nicholas pulled out his phone and made a call.

“Send as many of your men to the hotel at this moment, someone is creating a scene here,” he voiced into the phone.

After he ended the call he voiced, “You are a dead man!”

Onlookers were beginning to gather around, most of them could only stare at Damien with disdain, and some were waiting to be called upon to show their strength.

Do they think they could take him down?
