Conflict of power

"I will return here , after I become strong just wait for me killer" said Hoarse ,looking back at the path before entering the portal…

15 years later….

"Misty, hurry up,hurry up we will be late !otherwise ." Said a young girl while running towards her friend.

" Lara , " said Misty.

 " I know we have to hurry up. Where are my shoes? " said Misty to Lara while looking for her shoes.

There was a melodious sound coming from the main city of Liva . It was like Angel's descended there and a beautiful atmosphere was created.

"Hmmm…laaaa." A song was here , someone was signing a beautiful tune.

" Today I will be the most beautiful lady and the crown prince will choose me." A girl thought while putting up on her best gown .The gown was purchased from the best tailor shop.

In Fact there were hardly any beautiful gowns or dresses left in the city today and where were those beautiful dresses gone? They were all displayed in the beautiful bodies of the maidens who were all preparing themselves and they all had bubbling faces with beautiful facial features. 

Today their crown prince was turning 22 and this was a special year in the life of the citizens of Liva because on this day the power holders will unlock their full potential and will permanently have their rank fixed . The higher rankers would be placed in the hierarchy ' Pyramid' and the lower rankers would serve in armies .It's not like after this their rank can never be changed but after attaining this age it would be hard to cultivate their mana crest and insert more power and that's why most power holders always stay in their obtained ranks.

There are of course some exceptions who can even cultivate their mana Crest after this age but they had become rare and hardly now any ranker attains the higher position after this. 

(Royal place- Liva.)

" The day has finally arrived , I don't know if I can proceed further." A man standing on a balcony thought.

He was a well built man , wearing a blue suit and was holding a sword in his right hand . He was standing with his back facing the hall side but still it was hard to deny his presence even if was standing in some corner.

" My prince, all is ready , Shall we proceed. " Said a knight kneeling down some distance from him.

" How are they holding on? Did you get anything out of them ? " said the Prince rubbing his fingertips against the sword.

 

Suddenly a chill ran down the spine of the knight and he was not able to breathe because he failed to get the required answer.

"I thought, I made myself clear enough that I want the answer today." 

Said the prince in a cold voice and increased his mana flow.

" M-My prince I am sorry! I couldn't get the answer. " The knight said coughing blood because of the dense power Flow.

" Count yourself lucky that I didn't kill you because today is a special day." said he while uplifting the pressure. 

The knight bowed and hardly was able to stand but still somehow to save his life he stood up and left with heavy injuries. 

" Yoo ! aren't you a little too cruel?

It's your birthday and still you want to kill somebody." said someone in a laughing manner .

He was standing in the dark and watched  everything but surprisingly enough The prince didn't do anything to him .

" If you have so much free time why not complete the task I provided you." 

Said the prince while he was proceeding to go.

" My , my , you really are heartless who doesn't even greet his best friend even after seeing after a year." said that man putting his arms around the prince's shoulder.

" You are alive so why should I miss you, tell me." said the Prince.

" Prince Livioun, His majesty requires your presence." said a butler interrupting their conversation.

" I will be there soon,  tell him.  " said Livioun

"  Sinc ,you go check the security system." said Arthur to the man and went away .

"Livioun  , I hope you can again become the kind boy you were ." sighed Sinc .

The prince's aura was so dense that one could get his presence even from far away .As he walked towards the throne room towards the throne room all  the knights bowed .

It was not new to him he didn't pay 

any attention. 

The big doors opened and a voice shouted,"The crown Prince of Liva is here."

"All hail to Your majesty,  all hail to your highness. " the courtiers stood up and greeted him.

" I , the crown prince of Liva, Livioun, wish your majesty a long life and blessing . May your majesty reign for hundreds and thousands of years."

Said Prince Livioun while bowing to his father.

" Raise your head son, I am very proud to be the king of this planet and your father." Said His Majesty while looking at his all grown up boy.

" Today is a very special day for our crown prince and I hope you all will guide him in his long journey. " said His majesty while looking at his minstrels.

" The pleasure is ours and we will be loyal to you, his highness." Said all of them.

The crown prince didn't say anything but bowed to His majesty and stood up waiting for his instructions. 

" So now it's almost time for the banquet to start now and prince. I hope that after you attain your rank you can choose a faithful partner."said His majesty expecting some answer for him.

The prince was silent and nodded his head . He asked for leave to go prepare for the ceremony. 

His eyes were like stones where you can hardly see any emotions and it didn't matter to him who became his partner , the only thing he had in his mind was his mission. 

(A dark dungeon- underworld).

" Please,  please don't kill me,I was just following orders. " said a person in a trembling voice . He was tied with chains and his flesh was being cut slowly, slowly to make him experience the intense pain.

" You want me to not kill you but you don't have anything of value for me ." Said a mysterious figure standing in front of him and smirking. 

It seemed that he was enjoying torture  and didn't have any intention to directly kill him.

" Ah I would have fun with you if I didn't have some work. So sad I have to go ." Said he while standing up.

" So let's just give you a quick death now considering it's a special day today." He smirked as he ordered in sign language .

His subordinates understood and went forward to kill him.

" No,no ,please I will tell you everything just-just." Said he.

"Ahhhh," it was too late now his skull fell to the ground making the floor bloody.

 " You know maybe I could have spared you but you betrayed your master." Said he while looking back with a stony face.

" Captain, everything is ready now you can proceed." Said a girl kneeling down.

" Finally that day has come , now my mission will complete." Said he with a smile.

"Nothing will go wrong and my mission will surely complete. " said Livioun while going to the ceremonial ground.

A dark storm suddenly fell into planet Liva making the day gloomy and grey….
