“How can I increase the multiplier of my losses?”

Logan grabbed Miya, unable to hide his excitement about the money he would obtain.

Since he learned what his uncle’s family had done—taking his wealth and wanting him dead, Logan had already decided to take revenge, and he knew very well that he would need money to do it.

“Master, who are you talking to?” Lori’s voice sounded clear.

Logan suddenly remembered that Lori was not just a reward; she was a loyal maid—but she also did not know anything about the system.

When she first started serving Logan, she had only received a single letter of employment. It was strange, but that was the reality. Logan figured there must be a reason why Lori had been assigned as his maid.

“I’m just talking to myself, Lori.” He cleared his throat.

He turned his gaze back to Miya in his hand. Slowly, Miya slipped out of his grip, and her wings flapped as she flew again.

“You have not reached the requirement for me to reveal that, Master.”

The guide in front of him was starting to feel annoying. Logan’s brow furrowed, as it was completely unhelpful, but he also couldn’t complain.

Logan calmed himself down, refocusing on what he needed to do now: buying groceries. The small supermarket here only accepted cash, so he carefully withdrew money again with full caution.

The criminals from earlier had fortunately left, so he was able to shop without any trouble. Using a taxi, they returned home after buying a large number of items.

“Oh my… Master, you’re already recovered…?” Lori exclaimed beside him.

For a moment, Logan was confused by what Lori had just said. Then he realized he was carrying all the groceries in both hands and walking perfectly normally.

The pain in both of his legs from before was gone.

“…Yeah, I guess I’m feeling better. Maybe it’s because I received some pleasant information.”

Lori narrowed her eyes. “Pleasant?”

What had happened earlier had been nothing but terrible. There was nothing pleasant about it at all—but seeing Logan walking so easily again, she forgot to question it further and quickly followed him.

Over the next few days, Logan focused on training his body. He exercised intensely, building his muscles and strength while imagining the day he would finally be able to take revenge for everything that had happened to him.

“Two hundred… three…”

In the end, while doing push-ups, he collapsed onto the floor, his breathing heavy and sweat soaking his body.

Lying there, Logan looked at his hands. He seemed stronger than before.

“This is not enough.”

His hands clenched tightly. “I need to become stronger.”

His memories of that day were still crystal clear. So many of his uncle’s men had come, beating him, dragging him, reducing him to that state.

At this moment, he truly wanted to take revenge on them immediately, but that would be no different from suicide.

“Mom… Dad… I will avenge you both.”

Logan finally stood up from where he was. He prepared to look around the area. Although he was still in the nation of Norsein, he was now in a different region from where his enemies resided.

His enemies were in the south, while he was in the eastern part.

Logan walked alone while wearing a cap, strolling casually toward the city center—until a woman suddenly bumped into him.

“Don’t come in here again, you crazy woman!”

Two people shouted at the same time. One of them then threw a bag toward the woman’s face. Without thinking, Logan caught the bag.

The woman looked slightly surprised by Logan’s action, but she quickly shifted her focus back to the large red door in front of her.

“Damn it! Give me my money back! Your gambling house is full of lies!”

“Return it!” Erica shouted loudly.

She stepped forward while hitting the massive door, and only then did Logan realize what stood in front of him—the Great Eastern Desert Lizard Gambling House. Just looking at the place alone was enough to create an intimidating atmosphere.

In his entire life, Logan had never gambled, nor had he ever even considered it.

“Argh! Damn them! They won’t even return my money!”

Erica screamed, pulling her own hair and stomping her feet repeatedly in frustration.

Seeing Logan still staring at the building, Erica clicked her tongue, walked closer, and snatched the bag from his hand.

“Never go inside there. They cheat! They cheat like crazy!”

However, Logan’s gaze never left the building in front of him. It wasn’t because he was interested in it, but because the notification that had just appeared before his eyes shocked him completely.

[GO GAMBLE!]

[Let them rob you!]

Anyone who could read this system information would say it was insane. Allowing others to take your money would only bring suffering.

However, this was something extremely beneficial for Logan, to the point that a faint, arrogant smile appeared on his face.

“Hey! Are you crazy?!”

“Hey, snap out of it! All your money will be gone!”

Erica shouted loudly, but she couldn’t stop Logan at all as he walked toward the red door.

“Damn it… how is this guy so strong…?” she complained inwardly as she grabbed Logan’s hand—only to be the one dragged along instead.

Eventually, the door swung open wide, and he stood boldly in the middle of a group of large, intimidating men who were staring at him sharply.

“I want to gamble here! You can take all my money!”

“Let’s do it!”

“Oh, this child?” Silva pointed at the little boy who was sitting quietly with his head lowered. When Logan nodded, Silva immediately walked over with a smile and patted the boy on the shoulder.“You know, he’s a very talented child.”One of Logan’s eyebrows rose. What kind of qualities made this child so special in the eyes of a goddess like Silva? The boy fiddled with the edge of his fingernail, never once looking up at Logan, who was sitting casually in front of him.Silva brought the boy over to sit down before moving to sit across from Logan.“You know, I found him earlier today.”That afternoon, Silva and Diana were supposed to go to the boutique to pick up Diana’s order. “Wow, who did this?” People gathered around, holding up their phones with their cameras recording. Flashes went off repeatedly, accompanied by the sounds of people taking pictures. Whispers buzzed through the crowd like bees building a hive. A man wearing a black hat stared at his phone with a frown. “They’re not wearing any clothes.” By then, Blake’s front yard had become incredibly crowded. There were so many people gathered outside. The front gate stood wide open, and not a single guard was stopping anyone from entering. Who knew where they had gone? The situation only seemed to be getting worse. “What does that say?” A woman who had forgotten to put on her glasses before rushing out of the house after hearing the commotion narrowed her eyes. She couldn’t make out the writing hanging around the necks of the two naked figures. All she could see was a white piece of paper with black scribbles across the middle. “‘Sinners. Fools.’” Someone elbowed her, making the woman’s mouth fall

Could he be hallucinating?Raven grabbed Blake’s hand, still clutching the sharp weapon.
