Logan had just stepped out of his car. Looking at the grand mansion in front of him, he smiled.

One week had passed since his meeting with Marcus Steel, and today was the exact day he would attend his daughter’s birthday party.

Logan straightened the suit he was wearing—a custom-made suit designed exclusively for him, the only one of its kind in the world.

“Your invitation, Sir.”

The two guards standing in front of the mansion asked for his invitation. Just as Logan was taking it out from inside his suit, someone deliberately bumped into him.

“Here’s my invitation.” The man completely ignored what he had just done to Logan.

Another man standing beside him laughed along with him.

“You may enter, Sir.”

“Did you see that guy earlier?” the man in the mahogany-colored suit laughed. “He was hilarious. Looks like he’s never been invited to a rich person’s party before.”

Logan could hear their words clearly.

He observed the two men, arrogant men dressed in flashy appearances. Both of them were covered in luxury brands. From their watches to their extravagant suits, even the brand logos were displayed openly on the outside.

“You’re being looked down on, Master,” Miya snorted softly beside him, deliberately trying to provoke him a little.

Logan handed over his invitation. The guards in front of him immediately allowed him to enter.

“Please go ahead, Sir.”

Logan walked inside without feeling upset at the two men from earlier. He had experienced far worse before, and today he had come in a good mood.

“You really look different compared to before, Master.”

Logan smiled as he walked forward. He also agreed with what Miya said, because his days had been filled with training. The body that used to lack muscle had now become well-built and toned.

“Wow, this party is amazing, Master,” Miya exclaimed as she began flying around Logan.

“You’re right,” Logan replied.

He observed the party around him. There were countless luxurious statues and extravagant decorations everywhere. The guests attending were also dressed in their finest clothes.

Even though his fate had changed, this was the first time he had ever attended such a luxurious party. Because of that, he quickly calmed himself down.

Logan picked up a glass of white wine from a passing waiter.

“There are so many guests here, Master,” Miya said while hovering in front of him. “Where’s that bald man, Master?”

“Miya, calm down. Sir Steel will appear later.”

He found the atmosphere of the party very calm, and in truth, he was also looking forward to meeting Marcus and his daughter. The man had mentioned his daughter several times before.

Not far from him, the two men from earlier were standing nearby. Since before, they had been watching him with mocking looks.

“Look at that. Isn’t that the idiot from earlier?” Frans scoffed. He was wearing a brown suit with a huge designer logo on it.

“How did he even get in? He probably doesn’t even have an invitation,” Nathan laughed beside him.

Their conversation was loud enough that several people nearby turned to look. In truth, everyone attending the party was focused on meeting Marcus.

Until finally, the person they had been waiting for arrived.

“Thank you all for coming to my daughter’s birthday party,” Marcus said. He wore a very elegant gray suit.

He smiled as he looked beside him. “This is my only daughter, Diana Steel.”

The woman walking beside Marcus was so beautiful that everyone was stunned. At that very moment, Logan stopped drinking.

The twenty-two-year-old girl looked beautiful and had a gentle face. Her beauty resembled that of a princess.

“Beautiful,” Logan commented softly before sipping his drink again.

“Miss Diana is very beautiful. I’m sure she’ll love the gift I brought her later,” Nathan said as he ran his fingers through his hair.

The reason the man had come to this party was to win the heart of Marcus Steel’s daughter. Becoming part of Marcus Steel’s family would raise his status in life.

The man beside him looked displeased by his friend’s words.

“I’ll be the one to win her heart. I’m sure she’ll like my gift more.” He scoffed before smiling arrogantly.

The two of them kept arguing about it, not realizing that the very man they were talking about had already walked closer.

“Logan, you came to my daughter’s party.” Marcus’s warm voice immediately attracted the attention of all the guests there.

The room became slightly noisy because no one expected someone like Marcus Steel to approach a young man so warmly. Everyone knew that Marcus Steel was not someone who was easily impressed.

“Who exactly is that guy?”

“How can he seem so close to Sir Steel?”

The whispers continued to spread around the room. Logan remained calm.

He responded to Marcus calmly. “Of course I came here, Sir. You invited me.”

Just as Logan was about to shake Marcus’s hand, Frans suddenly grabbed the offered hand first.

“Sir, it’s a pleasure to meet you. Attending this party truly makes me happy.”

Marcus looked irritated. Before he could even say anything, another man came to interrupt as well, rudely pulling Frans’s hand away.

“I’m Nathan, Sir. I received an invitation because our companies are business partners.”

Their behavior truly shocked everyone there. Marcus’s expression had already hardened; he disliked impolite actions like this.

Just as he was about to speak, Logan unexpectedly pulled both men’s hands away from Marcus before speaking firmly.

“The two of you are being rude, interrupting other people while they’re talking.”

“Oh, this child?” Silva pointed at the little boy who was sitting quietly with his head lowered. When Logan nodded, Silva immediately walked over with a smile and patted the boy on the shoulder.“You know, he’s a very talented child.”One of Logan’s eyebrows rose. What kind of qualities made this child so special in the eyes of a goddess like Silva? The boy fiddled with the edge of his fingernail, never once looking up at Logan, who was sitting casually in front of him.Silva brought the boy over to sit down before moving to sit across from Logan.“You know, I found him earlier today.”That afternoon, Silva and Diana were supposed to go to the boutique to pick up Diana’s order. “Wow, who did this?” People gathered around, holding up their phones with their cameras recording. Flashes went off repeatedly, accompanied by the sounds of people taking pictures. Whispers buzzed through the crowd like bees building a hive. A man wearing a black hat stared at his phone with a frown. “They’re not wearing any clothes.” By then, Blake’s front yard had become incredibly crowded. There were so many people gathered outside. The front gate stood wide open, and not a single guard was stopping anyone from entering. Who knew where they had gone? The situation only seemed to be getting worse. “What does that say?” A woman who had forgotten to put on her glasses before rushing out of the house after hearing the commotion narrowed her eyes. She couldn’t make out the writing hanging around the necks of the two naked figures. All she could see was a white piece of paper with black scribbles across the middle. “‘Sinners. Fools.’” Someone elbowed her, making the woman’s mouth fall
