Helen Shankly is pacing around the room. Leon has been treated and stabilized. Tests have been run, and she is waiting for the results.

She takes out a picture of the twins, and holds it next to Leon's face. They look like siblings, sharing a number of features, even though he is oddly lean for a man his age.

She swipes to a picture of her, and all she gets is assurance that this is her brother.

The last confirmation for her is getting a picture of her father and when she places it next to his face, her heart stops for a second. This man is her father's twin.

She holds her hand over her mouth as she steps away. Her eyes swell with tears, she can't believe this!

She takes a picture of the star birthmark on his arm, before she leaves the room.

She immediately puts a call through to both of her sisters at the same time. They live abroad , and can't come down, but thankfully, they are all so close that they pick the call immediately.

“Hello, big sister.” Doreen yawns.

“What's up, Helen?” Elissa chuckles.

Helen pushes some hair away from her face. “Hey, loves. Can I get five minutes of your undivided attention? It's kind of important.”

“Jesus, what has that boy done again?” Doreen drops her pen with a heavy sigh. She is talking about Damien, their spoiled adoptive brother.

“I am not clearing his debt anymore.” Elissa shakes her head. “Let him just go to jail.”

They are speaking about their adopted brother. He was quickly found to replace their missing biological brother, but he has been nothing but a thorn in their flesh.

They all feel the same way about their brother. He has refused to help run the empire, all he wants is money to spend on luxury and women.

They are all tired of him, but there is no way that they can cut him off. That will destroy their grandmother…

“No, girls, this is not about him.” Helen pushes her hair away.

She stops and looks around. “Hey, I think I have found our brother.”

“No one told us that he was missing in the first place.”

“No, girls, I'm talking about our real brother.” She says in almost a whisper. “I have been gathering evidence, and I have proof now. He is indeed our brother..”

She sends a message to them, a picture of the birthmark that they would recognize in a jiffy.

As soon as they get the picture, they all freeze. It's him! They know it's him!

They are silent at first, but then Elissa speaks.

“Where did you find this man?”

“My driver almost killed him. I brought him to my hospital, and I am going to nurse him back to health.” Helen says.

“Jeez, Helen!”

“I'm gonna apologize when he wakes up. I don't know, maybe I should do some more research. It's a very rare birthmark, but maybe this is just one huge coincidence–”

“It's him.” Doreen says with finality. “I feel it. After two decades, we have finally found our real brother.”

Emotions are heavy between the three women, they are just staring at each other through the screen.

“We can't make a mistake.” Elissa admits. “I know that we hope that he is the one, but we have to make sure. This is going to change our lives, and we can't afford for it to be a false alarm.”

“I will question him as soon as I can.” Helen nods. “Just wanted to let you guys know what's up.”

“You are going to call us back once you have confirmed this?” Doreen asks.

“Of course, girls.” Helen smiles. “We are all in this together. We are the Shankly siblings.”

The twins smile. They are too emotional to say it, but they really hope that Leon is their brother….

Helen goes back to the hospital private room, and she is transfixed by the door when she sees Leon sitting up.

He is one tough kid to have gotten up just after a few hours.

“Hello, there.” She manages to smile at him.

Leon's eyes widen. “What's this? Who are you? Did I pass out on the road? I'm sorry, but this place looks expensive! I can't afford it!”

He is panicking as he gets up, but Helen gently stops him.

“Relax, my friend. My driver couldn't see properly in the rain, so he hit you, but you are fine now. Well, technically, you are not. It was not a very serious hit, but you look a mess.”

Leon sighs and shuts his eyes as he leans his head against the wall.

How can he forget the beating that Damien gave to him? Or the fact that he hasn't eaten for almost two days at this time.

His eyes get filled with tears, but he doesn't want to bore this woman with the sad tale of his life.

“Please, Miss, just let me go. I need to get to my mother.”

She sits down and takes his hand. “Don't worry, we are going to wait for the test results, and then you can go. While we wait, why don't you tell me what happened to you?”

Leon sighs. He doesn't want to get into it, but maybe he will feel a little better if he tells this rich woman with kind eyes.

“Fine.” He sits up. “I married this beautiful lady and took care of her for three years, even though she was comatosed. As soon as she got well temporarily, she kicked me out and her boyfriend beat me up. Let's just say that I am not having the best week of my life.”

Helen's eyes squint with sympathy. She can't imagine the world being cruel to one man, who could be her brother.

“I'm sorry that happened to you, Mister. Don't worry, you will meet a better woman, and you will be happy again.”

Leon sighs. “I doubt that. I am the most unlucky man in the world.”

Helen squeezes his hands again. Her eyes can't help but wander back to the star birthmark.

He is going to meet MJ's family, and so many others too. By the time he gets downstairs, Helen is waiting for him in a green dress. Her serious face breaks into a smile once she sees him. “Wow, you look so handsome, Leon. Here, I will take a quick picture for the twins!” Leon blushes as she puts her phone up and takes some pictures. It's nice that his sisters don't care that he is in his mid twenties. They are going to treat him with the fondness they've been saving for him. Even with that happiness, he feels a bad thought haunting him in his heart. “But Helen, I don't think that Damien wants me to be there.” He heaves. “And you

Damien laughs as he slowly lays down his spoon and wipes his mouth with a napkin. “Helen, please tell me that this is a joke,” he calmly requires. Helen sighs, she knows he won't take it likely. “Listen to me, Damien, for the first time in your entitled life, think! Leon has never attended before, why don't you allow him to go to this one?!” “Because it is my birthright, damn it!” He hits his hand on the table in anger, attracting the attention of the staff around. “Is it my fault that he was born into the family of nobodies? Why do I have to sacrifice things for him because he is your protege?!” Helen sees that he is like a pot boiling over, and she immediately wishes that she never said anything here in the first place. “Please, Damien. It's very important to me that Leon attend it.” She tries to reach for Damien's hand, but he shifts his hand away. “It's important to me that I attend

Helen peers at the screen of the iPad, totally flabbergasted by what she has seen. Leon takes the long look on her face to mean that he has somehow messed up her project. “Helen, did I get it wrong?” He asks with worry. “Oh, no, Leon.” She chuckles. “This is not wrong, this is brilliant. Wait here, I've got to make a phone call.” She rushes to her laboratory and immediately types on her computer, and before running the code. “It works,” she presses her hands over her face. “Oh my God!” She picks her phone and make a call. “Doctor Elle, I need you to drop everything you are doing and run this correction I am going to send to you. I think there is a way for us to run the drug without the endless list of side effects.” The person at the other end exhales. “Doctor Shankly, are you sure?” “Run it. It works on my end.” Helen sends it, and she smiles once she hears the gasp from the doctor. “This is a miracle, Helen! How were you able to break it? We haven't been able to sleep bec

Selina holds her breath, she has just given her halfbrother the biggest threat ever. This could go two ways. It's either he listens to her and allows them to be, or he will be even more angry, and throws them out. But Donald Xavier comes to her face and bends to meet her height. “Is this one of your jokes, Selina?” He snorts. “A joke?” She retorts. “Look at my engagement ring! Do you still think I am joking?” But Donald doesn't even glance at the huge rock on her finger. For all he knows, it might be a fake. “Get me a dinner meeting with your so called husband to be, and I will believe you.” Mrs Xavier shakes her head with eyes weakened from crying. “You won't believe us until it's too late.” “You have five days to get me dinner with the heir of the Shankly family, and then maybe I can strike a deal with you, dear sister.” He snaps his fingers, and his men immediately starts to walk to their cars. Selina and her mother watch in fright as the cars leave the compound. It's li

Hearing MJ introduce herself as Leon's girlfriend makes Selina laugh in disbelief. She strongly believes that Leon is still in love with her, and won't move so quickly to another woman. She doesn't love Leon anymore, but she loves the idea of him begging for her to take him back till eternity….“Please, spare me the lies!” She hiss rudely. “Leon is not qualified enough to be with a girl like you!” MJ is immediately offended by this. “What's that supposed to mean? Leon is handsome and kind, is that not enough for us to love each other?” Selina scoffs. “Silly girl! He doesn't have a dollar to his name, so any lies he has told you, it's better you don't believe it! Trust me, I divorced him due to how useless he is!” Leon just looks down, he has gotten so used to Selina embarrassing him, but MJ is not going to be having any of that today. She pulls Leon in and gives him a hot and deep kiss on his lips. Everyone gasps, because it's like a scene from a fairytale. “I'm in love with
