Helen Shankly is pacing around the room. Leon has been treated and stabilized. Tests have been run, and she is waiting for the results.

She takes out a picture of the twins, and holds it next to Leon's face. They look like siblings, sharing a number of features, even though he is oddly lean for a man his age.

She swipes to a picture of her, and all she gets is assurance that this is her brother.

The last confirmation for her is getting a picture of her father and when she places it next to his face, her heart stops for a second. This man is her father's twin.

She holds her hand over her mouth as she steps away. Her eyes swell with tears, she can't believe this!

She takes a picture of the star birthmark on his arm, before she leaves the room.

She immediately puts a call through to both of her sisters at the same time. They live abroad , and can't come down, but thankfully, they are all so close that they pick the call immediately.

“Hello, big sister.” Doreen yawns.

“What's up, Helen?” Elissa chuckles.

Helen pushes some hair away from her face. “Hey, loves. Can I get five minutes of your undivided attention? It's kind of important.”

“Jesus, what has that boy done again?” Doreen drops her pen with a heavy sigh. She is talking about Damien, their spoiled adoptive brother.

“I am not clearing his debt anymore.” Elissa shakes her head. “Let him just go to jail.”

They are speaking about their adopted brother. He was quickly found to replace their missing biological brother, but he has been nothing but a thorn in their flesh.

They all feel the same way about their brother. He has refused to help run the empire, all he wants is money to spend on luxury and women.

They are all tired of him, but there is no way that they can cut him off. That will destroy their grandmother…

“No, girls, this is not about him.” Helen pushes her hair away.

She stops and looks around. “Hey, I think I have found our brother.”

“No one told us that he was missing in the first place.”

“No, girls, I'm talking about our real brother.” She says in almost a whisper. “I have been gathering evidence, and I have proof now. He is indeed our brother..”

She sends a message to them, a picture of the birthmark that they would recognize in a jiffy.

As soon as they get the picture, they all freeze. It's him! They know it's him!

They are silent at first, but then Elissa speaks.

“Where did you find this man?”

“My driver almost killed him. I brought him to my hospital, and I am going to nurse him back to health.” Helen says.

“Jeez, Helen!”

“I'm gonna apologize when he wakes up. I don't know, maybe I should do some more research. It's a very rare birthmark, but maybe this is just one huge coincidence–”

“It's him.” Doreen says with finality. “I feel it. After two decades, we have finally found our real brother.”

Emotions are heavy between the three women, they are just staring at each other through the screen.

“We can't make a mistake.” Elissa admits. “I know that we hope that he is the one, but we have to make sure. This is going to change our lives, and we can't afford for it to be a false alarm.”

“I will question him as soon as I can.” Helen nods. “Just wanted to let you guys know what's up.”

“You are going to call us back once you have confirmed this?” Doreen asks.

“Of course, girls.” Helen smiles. “We are all in this together. We are the Shankly siblings.”

The twins smile. They are too emotional to say it, but they really hope that Leon is their brother….

Helen goes back to the hospital private room, and she is transfixed by the door when she sees Leon sitting up.

He is one tough kid to have gotten up just after a few hours.

“Hello, there.” She manages to smile at him.

Leon's eyes widen. “What's this? Who are you? Did I pass out on the road? I'm sorry, but this place looks expensive! I can't afford it!”

He is panicking as he gets up, but Helen gently stops him.

“Relax, my friend. My driver couldn't see properly in the rain, so he hit you, but you are fine now. Well, technically, you are not. It was not a very serious hit, but you look a mess.”

Leon sighs and shuts his eyes as he leans his head against the wall.

How can he forget the beating that Damien gave to him? Or the fact that he hasn't eaten for almost two days at this time.

His eyes get filled with tears, but he doesn't want to bore this woman with the sad tale of his life.

“Please, Miss, just let me go. I need to get to my mother.”

She sits down and takes his hand. “Don't worry, we are going to wait for the test results, and then you can go. While we wait, why don't you tell me what happened to you?”

Leon sighs. He doesn't want to get into it, but maybe he will feel a little better if he tells this rich woman with kind eyes.

“Fine.” He sits up. “I married this beautiful lady and took care of her for three years, even though she was comatosed. As soon as she got well temporarily, she kicked me out and her boyfriend beat me up. Let's just say that I am not having the best week of my life.”

Helen's eyes squint with sympathy. She can't imagine the world being cruel to one man, who could be her brother.

“I'm sorry that happened to you, Mister. Don't worry, you will meet a better woman, and you will be happy again.”

Leon sighs. “I doubt that. I am the most unlucky man in the world.”

Helen squeezes his hands again. Her eyes can't help but wander back to the star birthmark.

Leon has put everything together, and Leon feels like a heavy bag of cement has been dropped on him. Kator is more doomed than Leon ever thought. He would have thought that the people who are supposed to protect the people are the ones that are causing so much trouble for them. MJ hears Leon only breathing at the other end, and her heart jumps. “Leon, are you still there?” she wonders. “I am here, MJ.” He replies to her. “We have to help all of them.” “With the gold serum?” She asks. “Yes,” Leon nods. This is the divine way he went about making the drug so powerful that he contemplated on even making it. Now he can see the people of Kator as the reason why he has made it. He is going to save all of them, even if the whole of the government is standing against him. His sister is the richest person on the planet, but perhaps his family's money might not be able to buy him complete immunity this time around. Well, all he knows is that he is going to help the people of Kator,

The driver watches Leon as if he is a helpless goat that is being led to the slaughter house. Leon drives after the men, in their pickup truck, and they even fire some shots into the air. Leon braces himself for the worst, because when he planned on coming to Kator, he made sure to do his research and he found a lot of strange things about Governor Baron. He is the only Governor that is related to the president, and the past two presidents, and that just shows how influential he has been. He has defied the constitution many times because he has contested and won as Governor of Kator for fifteen years and no one dares to say anything. He has also diverted a lot of public funds for himself, and anyone who dares to bring it up or start a protest will just go missing very suddenly. People have either quietly lived under his tyrant rule, or they have chosen to leave Kator for the sake of their sanity. As soon as they approach the gates, Leon feels an easy feeling in his stomach. Five dead bodies, that's how many are being wheeled to the cemetery as Leon drives by in his newly purchased car. He can't help but feel an unease in his spirit, it's like there is a dark cloud that has settled in this place, long before he came here. He gets to the temporary station where the hospital is going to be temporarily situated before the permanent place is ready. This place is just a few minutes away from the hospital. Leon was able to send planes all around the world to gather his Doctors and nurses, who were supposed to work with him starting next two months. Unfortunately, the dire situation of the Kator people has forced them to move the date rather forward. They are already in their uniforms, waiting for him like motivated soldiers. To Leon, they are just as brave as soldiers because they have sacrificed a lot to be here right now. They have left their families, their lives, their partners, to come and work in a state that is the poorest in the country. Leon is

As soon as they touch down in the city, the ambulance is already waiting for them to take Johnny and his mother to the hospital. They have been able to give him something to reduce his pain drastically, and he has fallen into a peaceful sleep. This is Johnny's mum’s first time entering a plane, but she can't even enjoy the moment because she is holding her breath as she is holding her baby boy. As soon as the plane touches ground, Helen goes over and touches Johnny's mum's shoulder. “Mrs Smith, we are here now.” Helen says to her in the most soothing voice. “The ambulance is waiting outside. We are going to help your son.” She is gently rocking back and forth as she looks at her son's peaceful face. “Is my son dead?” “What? No. He is a champ, and he is still holding on to life. Such a brave boy.” Mrs Smith looks at Helen with tears in her eyes, but a contrasting smile on her face. “Can I tell you the truth? I appreciate the fact that you people want to help my boy, but I don't

None of them expected for Kator to be worse than they thought. As soon as they step out of the plane, even the air is different. Empty, desolate. The workers go around, dragging their feet on the ground and with their backs hunched, as if they are all suffering from the same malady. Two cars have been arranged for them, and the drivers are waiting by them, dressed in suits that have been ironed to a crisp. They bow to them as they step out of the plane, but Cameron can't help but ask. “Are both of you coincidentally sick?” He asks. “Why didn't the company send others and allow you people to rest?” One of the drivers laughs, but even his laughter is weak. “Oh, sir, we actually get that question a lot in Kator. We are not actually sick.” The man explains. “It's just the way the town is. And it has been this way for a very long time.” Since Cameron and the rest are Doctors, they know that there is nothing normal about the way the men look. “Have the department of health looked

The whole room becomes as quiet as a graveyard. It is not because Leon has decided that he is going to move to Kator and cather to one of the poorest people in the world, but because the place is too poor and dangerous. MJ and Leon are the last born of their respective families, and that means that everyone is super protective of them. How can they be protective when they want to go so far away? “Leon, are you talking about Kator, which is in the north of the country? Or there is another Kator that we are not aware of.” Leon laughs. “You are on the right track, I am talking about Kator, which is in the northern part of the country. We are very excited and I will be going there this weekend to check on a property that we want to build our hospital on.” “It's going to be huge, everyone!” MJ says with the excitement of a child. “Can you imagine the kids growing in the countryside and running around the fields?” “MJ, why do you two have to be the ones to do that? You know that y
