Cleon closed his eyes and began to concentrate. He thought that this was the same as combo training in a fighting game. Concentration, imagine continuing without stopping after that you can immediately try.
Cleon started imagining a small lump of water gradually coalescing into a larger lump of water. His body felt the same sensation again, an energy flowing from the soles of his feet and gradually towards his palms.
"Ha!"
Cleon subconsciously stomped his hand then opened his eyes, he was surprised because the water ball appeared the same as before. Slightly surprised, Cleon's body fell backwards and the lump of water fell on his body until finally the pants he was wearing were wet. He just realized that he hadn't cast a spell at all, he looked back at his hands.
"How come?"
With high curiosity Cleon wanted to try it one more time, with the position still on his back on the floor he stuck his hand up. But suddenly he felt dizzy. “Is this only my limit?”
Cleon fainted instantly, and he woke up already in his mother's arms.
"Cleon, go to the toilet first if you want to sleep, then you can sleep," Emily said while stroking Cleon's head gently.
Cleon's face turned red from embarrassment. "Shit, I had no idea I was thought to be wetting the bed at this age," Cleon muttered to himself.

After that incident every day Cleon was in the warehouse to practice his magic, he watched every change that happened to him. He used a large bucket and urn to contain all the water that he expelled through his magic. Every day he was able to remove the ball of water more than the previous days. He realized that a person's mana would continue to increase if he diligently used his magic, then he could also use magic without having to cast the spell.
Taking out the water ball was now very easy for him, he could do it without concentrating, unlike the first time he tried it. But he could only expel water balls of the same size every day, but the amount he could expel was indeed much more.
"It turns out that they've been lied to by the book all this time, they shouldn't believe what's in the book," Cleon muttered when he found out.
But from there he also began to think, if it can be done that easily what is the use of chanting magic. Perhaps the so-called magic chanting was a mechanism to automate magic, even if not concentrating seriously everything could be done using words. It would be very profitable if that was the case.
The first one is easy to learn, because it can be successfully done by chanting a spell, by continuing to learn it without stopping then slowly there is no need to chant it again. Both were easy to use, however attack magic was supposed to be used on the battlefield, easier compared to closing your eyes and concentrating on reading them quickly.
The amount of mana that could increase was still a mystery to Cleon, or what the book meant was the result of practice. Even though Cleon had trained hard the amount of mana would definitely have a limit. But Cleon thought it was too soon to draw conclusions at this point. All the things Cleon was thinking made him even more excited to try what he was thinking, he should be able to master magic quickly as he grew up.

Next day.
"Okay!"
Firmly that day Cleon would try again so that he could fly his water magic. He looked at his palm and started to try again, this time Cleon stood at the window and stretched his palm out. He closed his eyes and began to concentrate a little.
"Bomb!"
A ball of water came out and he managed to fly out of the house. Seeing that it worked Cleon was overjoyed, he tried it many times until he could understand how flying the ball of water worked.
This magic can be done by imagining, determining the size and speed of the shot, previously Cleon couldn't fly it because he didn't determine the speed of the shot. Because it was successful, Cleon was running around happily like a child in general.
“However my mana has increased so far, it looks like I'll be trying out intermediate magic,” Cleon said as he picked up his magic manual.
Cleon walked towards the window then stuck his hand back outwards. Cleon slowly began to recite the spell written on the book.
“The gentle spirit of the water and the daughter of the little river that flows on the ground. Use your immense strength to hit them all. Splash Flow!”
Immediately around Cleon's body there was a huge energy that began to surround him until dust flew up, Cleon looked at his palm and he was very surprised because a very large ball of water was now starting to form, it was enough to make him panic because the size of the water ball was very large. far from what he expected. He accidentally shot the giant water ball out of the house and flew very far past the villagers' fields.
Cleon sat limply when he realized that the magic was very strong, he saw the wall of his house became a very big hole. He himself still couldn't believe that he could do it. The sound of the resulting explosion made both his parents and Helena run to Cleon who was upstairs.
"What happened?!" Dante shouted worriedly. "Wait, what is this?"
"Cleon. Cleon are you okay?” Emily shouted who immediately approached Cleon who was sitting on the floor.
"It's okay," Cleon answered weakly and confused.
Dante immediately looked out of the house through the large hole in the room. “What is a demon beast? No, but around here…”
Emily looked at the magic alloy book lying beside Cleon, she picked it up and saw the part that was open then Emily smiled widely. “Cleon, did you say the words from this book?”
Hearing that question Cleon was a little worried because he didn't get permission to study magic in the first place, he lowered his head slowly. "Sorry."
"Ahhhhhhhh!!! Honey, did you hear that?! To think that our child is talented," Emily asked Dante very happily, making Dante a little surprised.
“Yeah but this is mid-level magic…”
“Alright then we'll invite a magic master to train Cleon. He will become a great mage in the future!” said Emily very happy and excited.
Hearing what his mother said made Cleon even more confused.
“No, wait. We have agreed that he will become a swordsman if he is born a boy," said Dante, denying Emily's statement.
"But he can use mid-level magic at such a young age," Emily protested at Dante's words.
"Promises are promises."
"What's a promise? Don't you often break promises?"
“This is not the time to talk about my problems.”
Helena who was cleaning the rubble of the ruins then cut off their debate. “What if he can practice magic in the morning, and he will practice swordsmanship in the afternoon?”
Hearing Helena's words, Dante and Emily finally stopped their argument and started hugging. "It's a shame we can't fight in front of our child."
"Okay I understand."

Back Against The Little Ones
From behind came two giant boys and girls running towards them, Parker and Viola paused in surprise at their arrival. Calvin, who was still busy shooting the enemy in front of him, also stopped and saw who was coming."Oh no, those kids are really annoying," said Calvin, looking at the arrival of the children.Alice didn't seem to really care about those who came, she seemed to stay busy taking down all the enemies in front of her. One by one Alice was able to subdue them with ease, she seemed very skilled at targeting their weak points. Viola asked with an unenthusiastic expression."Maybe it's fate," Parker said as he prepared his bazooka. The children were getting closer, their expressions looked very angry, some of the enemies in front of them were crushed by them. “So you also know about the Killer Kraken?” asked Calvin, slightly surprised by what Alice had said. "Yeah I got a little bit of information about that, but I can't confirm the truth." The atmosphere was a little quiet, who would have thought that Alice would also know about it. He now moves alone infiltrating the laboratory to find all the information needed. "We'd better finish our mission, later I will explain everything to you," said Alice while giving the code to move. "Dr. Indigo to the information center, our distance is quite far.
