The Message

He lifted his hand and hesitated for a moment before knocking.

To his surprise, the door swung open with a creak, revealing darkness within.

The dim light from inside cast eerie shadows that seemed to dance around him.

"Hello? Delivery!" Tiraz called out, his voice echoing in the emptiness of the house.

There was no response, just an unsettling silence.

He took a step back, wondering if he had made a mistake or if someone was playing a prank on him.

But then, from the shadows, a figure emerged.

It was a cloaked person. He was shrouded in the eerie darkness of the doorway, their face still hidden in darkness.

"You came," the figure rasped, their voice sending shivers down Tiraz's spine.

"I have your order," Tiraz stammered, trying to keep his composure.

"That'll be 50 credits."

The figure handed him the exact change without a word, their dark eyes never leaving Tiraz's face.
