192. Motherly Advice

Over the weekend, Leonard thought about how best he could present his case before the head of education. What he and Daniel were about to do now was the bravest thing they had ever done but he knew they had to do it for the sake of the people involved and the whole school and by extension, the city. If Edgar and the schoolkeeper succeeded in what they wanted to do, he knew that a whole lot of people would be affected and that was something he couldn't afford to happen.

"How do I present this case?" he murmured.

He couldn't deny the fact that he needed help in this and what better way to ask for help than from his mother who had a look on her face that told her that he needed help.

"Okay son, what is it? I know that you need help," she laughed.

Leonard had a sheepish look on his face because he knew that it was something he couldn't keep hidden from her because no matter what, she would keep on pestering him until he gave in and told her what was happening to him.
