The Preparation

Rhianna placed the gun on the table after she hit the dummy man in the middle several times. Gradually, she became more courageous in holding a gun. Little by little, she was able to keep up with her comrades. Brandon applauded Rhianna who was next to her and just watching her performance.

"Very good!" he praised while clapping.

"Thank you, Brandon." she said. Brandon looked at her intently and smiled. Rhianna also smiled back at him. He got up from his seat.

"I'm leaving Rhianna. Won't you come with me? I'll take you home." he offers. She shook his head.

"No. Thanks for the invitation, but I'm staying here to practice more." She said and sat down in the chair he had sat in earlier.

"Okay." he said and walked away. She sighed softly. Just a little more, she will overcome her fear.
