Nothing is fine

Khizar walked in to the garden, he was intended to reach to their usual spot they used to sit and talk. He didn’t go home to change instead he directly came from the office. He found Mahtaj sitting there already, she was also in her casual dress and not in track suit, she was staring at the kids who were playing the football. She didn’t look well to Khizar he took long steps to cover the distance quickly to find out if what he was feeling right.

‘Hey, what happened? You called me early here?’ Khizar sit at her right side whereas her face was turned towards the left, startled she turned to look at her right where he was smiling gently with all his charm, however, the smile on Khizar’s lip vanished swiftly when he saw the water pooled in her eyes ready to spill with the brink of an eye.

‘Are you fine?’ he holds her arm in concern.

‘Can I borrow your shoulder?’ Khizar was taken a back, her voice was breaking, he felt like someone had stabbed him in heart.
