Young Master’s POV: He’s back to spite them all

Chapter 3.

Ryan was brought to the Riverdale City’s Police Department, by this time he was already in a slumbering state.

The effects of the beatings he had received resulted him being unconscious.

He was thrown into a jail cell, still cuffed.

" Uggghh "

Ryan moaned out softly, gently opening his eyes.....he waited until the blur cleared off.

He tilted his head, scanning through the vicinity, it took him a few seconds for his brain to disgest the informations his eyes witnessed.

He's sitted on a bench with his wrists cuffed together, it didn't take him long for him to realize he has been locked up in a jail, the air reeked of disgust.

The smells he inhaled made him excruciating nauseous.

But he tried to control himself, his self control was on a whole different level entirely, Ryan couldn't help but sigh, resting his back on the wall.

" Is this the end for me? " He asked himself.

He sat down in the dark, he was knocked out from the beatings he received from those hefty men working as senior colleagues in the G-Ex Enterprise, his face had already of bruises due to the effects of the beating.

Each part of his body stung.

" Tch " He winced softly.

Clang!

The metallic door of his cell opened up and a uniformed officer walked into the scene, a bright smile appeared on his lips when he saw Ryan sitted on the bench while resting his back on the wall.

" It's good to see you're back alive, Mr. Ryan "

" But this is just the beginning of your suffering, you know some poor and wretched peeps don't just deserve being given any opportunity, the Haimon Family despite your wretchedness agreed to marry you their daughter "

" You became an in law of that beautiful and wealthy family, a multi millionaire family whose business are topping the chart as we speak, yet you are so worthless that you misused such opportunity "

" Defrauding her clients and stealing her money huh? "

" You are shameful and despicable, Mr. Ryan " the police officer uttered, he mocked Ryan but Ryan maintained his calmness, he had himself composed.

He knows his innocent but the world believes he is a thief and a fraudster.

" Officer, I know you won't believe but I've been framed, I can't do something like that, I love Stephanie, I cannot do anything that would jeopardize our marriage, please try to understand me "

" Someone's framing me " Ryan tried explaining but his words fell on dear ears, with the evidence stacked against him, It's being already concluded.

" Tell that to the judge you thief, I came here to check if you are awake, thankfully you are "

" Someone's here to see you " the police officer explained.

" Who's here to see me? my attorney? " Ryan asked.

But the officer burst into laughter.

" Your attorney? he-he-he-he-he, someone as useless and worthless as you is capable of affording an attorney? what a joke kid, you are little....dream little, the Haimon's attorney is here to see you "

" You will be signing the divorce papers today " the officer explained, he forcefully draged Ryan to his feet.

Ryan never resisted, he was dragged out of the cell he was locked in and he was taken into the interrogation room to meet with the divorce attorney of the Haimon Family, she had already taken her seat.

Awaiting the presence of Mr. Ryan.

Ryan was pushed into the interrogation room by the officer and he was forced to sit down, Ryan took a deep breath, a sigh escaped his lips.

" You must be the Haimon's attorney? " Ryan calmly asked.

" Ah yes, that's correct....Mr. Ryan, I'm Ms. Rachel, the divorce attorney of the Haimon Family and you must have been told as to why I'm here right? I don't think you are deserving of me spending my time talking to you "

" Let's conclude with everything " She spoke out, she brought out a document from her bag and slammed it on the table.

" What's this? " Ryan asked.

" I already have the files prepared in case of this happening, Mr. Ryan, I'm sure you are aware of your background right? you came from nothing, although nothing much is known about you but I can guess "

" By your fraudulent behaviors and actions of a thief, you must be from the slums, you irritating things are always desperate to make money " She spat out.

From her tone, she doesn't even need to show off her disgust for it to be known.

" You can say all what you want to say about me but it doesn't prove the fact that I'm innocent and I've been falsely accused of doing things I could never even dream of doing, I'm not a fraudster and neither am I a thief " Ryan said.

" You are here to facilitate the divorce right? I'll sign it but why isn't she here? " Ryan asked.

" Who? " The attorney asked.

" My wife ofcourse " Ryan answered.

" Your wife? what a joke, you don't have a wife, your ex wife.....Ms. Stephanie Haimon is currently being engaged to Scott Tyrone, the son of the oil tycoon of the east and a billionaire "

" You are of no importance to her so she has no reason of coming here to facilitate this divorce, sign this papers and be done with this already " She uttered.

Ryan took a deep breath.

" If she was going to ask for a divorce, she could have just asked instead of falsely accusing me and imprisoning me for something I never did " Ryan muttered.

He was given a pen and the divorce papers was given to him, Ryan quickly signed the papers without even a slight hesitation.

" Hmph......."

" You signed it like a good boy, good for you.....a trash should always know his place, starting now....you have no connections with the Haimon Family, the five million dollars you stole from the G-Ex Enterprise "

" Be prepared to pay it back or else......you will spend the rest of your life behind bars "

Her words were firm and cold, she quickly left the interrogation room, the officer walked in to return Ryan back to his cell when he was informed by a fellow officer.

That Mr. Ryan has a mysterious visitor.
