“Hehehe , this idiot is about to embarrass himself again…”

A group of boys and girls looked at a young man with short black hair. The young man was tall with a lean body and a pale white face.

This boy was heading towards Susan. Susan this was a girl of about 20 years old , with black long hair and bright green eyes, was considered one of the most beautiful girls on campus.

When Isaac was 18 years old, he was diagnosed with one of the most horrific diseases on the face of the earth, it was discovered later that he had a hamartoma in its last stage.

This was a huge turning point in Isaac's life and especially his personality.

Max sighed and followed his friend.

Max went to the gardens inside the university campus and sat aimlessly looking at the void in front of him with confused eyes showing different emotions, sadness, confusion and indifference! .

He woke up and looked to the side to see Max standing there with a bright smile, but that smile didn't stop Isaac from seeing the sadness hidden in the eyes of his only friend who stayed with him and supported him in this life when he needed him most.

“oh ! Max, come sit down, brother.” Isaac told him to sit down.

When Max sat down, Isaac opened his mouth and started to speak while looking up at the blue sky

“You know, I went to see the doctor yesterday…”

“ she kept complimenting me, about being calm in the face of death and things like that, but….” Isaac rubbed his forehead as he felt pain and then continued.

"But the change in her behavior when I underwent the diagnosis... You know .... my friend, she said, I only had 3 months or less, max, maximum, before I..."

Max's expression changed, but when he looked at his friend's face, his face turned pale. He immediately got up and shouted.

“Stop! Issac, stop talking, you are bleeding…”

These were the last words Isaac heard before he passed out

Inside a hospital in Luxembourg City, in the state of Luxembourg.

Max looked at his friend sleeping on the bed with sad eyes

Isaac felt something strange inside him, his body temperature started to rise like crazy, his face became pale and he had the urge to vomit and pass out, especially his head, the pain he used to afflict him became more and more powerful than before, to the point that blood began leaking from his ear and nose, his gray eyes glowed With a dim red light, he quickly grabbed a soothing medicine and tossed it into his mouth.

After about a minute of agony, his body returned to normal, not only him but the world also returned to normal, the earthquake seizures stopped and the meteors stopped falling.
