A cursed sword belonging to the Demon King was hurled to Earth during the war between the Gods and Demons, which ended in defeat for the Demon race. The malevolent radiation emitted by the cursed sword spread widely, plunging Earth into an age of DARKNESS for tens of thousands of years. Human moral values were destroyed, and truth vanished from every action. Their minds had been contaminated by the radiation released by the Demon Sword.
