7. The Second and Seventh Day

Plot Driver: Ritake Hanashiba

"There is," I said seriously with my furrowed eyebrows.

Without thinking of anything, I ran as quickly as possible, all with my Spatial Sense turned on. The only drawback of this is that I can't detect waves. That means I can't see light nor hear a bit of sound. I can describe it as I'm transferred in the particle space dimension.

I can sense the particle of the body accelerating in a rapid state as it goes down the stairs, but because I've limited the range to just a few meters, he instantly vanished from my radar. Catching up with that stalker will be hard, knowing that there are too many lineages with ability regarding speed.

I need to ask more of her, but that eavesdropper destroyed our time, no romance intended. I feel too bad that I can only apologize to Tsuki through text. If a word comes out that we've been connected, we'll be considered both suspicious individuals. Her 'perfect' image will be destroyed. I think that's what she's scared about. I can't ask her more. I need to continue to my next target.

I went to the faculty rooms in the administrators' building, but I feel like I've lost in a hotel. Every professor has their own room named to them, and each floor is divided per year. If I can make a bet, if the rooms here are luxury rooms, I'll kill myself.

With the easier order of rooms, finding Miss Koyashi's room didn't take long. I knocked on the door and hear herself shouting 'wait.' After a minute, the door opened, but she was shamelessly only wearing a towel. She has a nice body and a charming face, but why she can't get a husband? I turned red and looked away after seeing her get up.

"Oh, Mr. Hanashiba, do you need something?"

"Well... uhh... I just need to ask something, but I must be here in the wrong time."

"There's no wrong time in my vocab. Come inside. I'll just change clothes."

When I got in, I'm happy there's no one I could bet with, else I'm dead. I can't see anything considered 'workplace' here. This is a hotel room, nothing less.

"Are all professor tenants her... Holy shit!" I quickly covered my eyes after being blinded by her back and butt. Well, she just says she'll change. Why in front of me though? She'll also need some shame.

"Oh, I'm sorry. It's just a habit. I forgot you're there," she said after putting on her coat covering her body. "Yes, we're tenants here, and it is included in our salaries."

"I'm sorry but what you just did is deadly!" I exclaimed while covering my nose.

"It's already the past. Now, before you ask something me, do you know someone you can recommend for tomorrow's date night?"

Other than a man I know who flirts with everyone he sees, there's nothing more including me. He got accused of hitting on a four-year-old and flirted with the police who caught him. I think they're the perfect endless match of love. They can flirt without considering any sleep. I can't recommend him to her, else, it will be a disaster.

"No one, thanks. I'm going to be direct. How did you know what Kuguhata did?"

"I'm afraid I can't tell you."

"Why not?"

"Because I'm afraid."

"Motherf****r!" Oh shit! I said it out loud!

I thought she would be angry, scolding me about her being superior and me not having proper manners, but she laughed down to hell. It's not a laugh of a woman but a comedian's. To maximize her reaction, she hits the sofa many times.

"HAHAHAHA! Why are you so formal, Mr. Hanashiba? You've just shown your true colors."

"I mean... hmm..."

"Don't be like that. It's difficult to pretend to someone else."

"If you allow, I'll accept with gratitude. Why are you scared? Is there some boogyman or mad Max roaming in this university?"

"Confidentiality in demon universities isn't easy as it seems. There is information that can't be shared with you, and there are those that can't be shared specifically with you. Every order comes down from the president."

"I'm just asking how you got the information. Why did you get to the president?"

"An iceberg just shows a nipple above and the whole milk below."

"What a dirty vocabulary, more of a reason why right time doesn't exist."

"You're somewhat intelligent."

"But if you can easily obtain information through some 'secret' means, then in this university-based after Dazeran, why does bullying exist?"

"We already erased it, once."

"Once?"

"And everything else becomes stale, dead, depressed. I'm against bullying too, but erasing it completely caused an unexpected rebellion. That's the time the president concealed his presence after an attempt at the assassination."

"I don't get it."

"It's your first day, yes? But be careful. Those you'll know soon are spies. Is that what you want to ask me?"

Spies? I can't deny it because I am one, but did I expect them to be many? Is this a university or a dumpster of spies? Well, amigos have their reasons. Oh, speaking of spies, it reminded me of something earlier.

"Miss Koyashi, do you already know my relationship with Tsuki Fujibara?"

"Other than being your third party, you're both Honji's disciple. Confidential? I think not."

"Call it anything you want, but I am here for another reason. Lost and found might not be your forte, but do you know some man as short as half the door, who carries a small notebook with a custom feathered pen and has small lips. He has a lineage that multiplies his acceleration speed." That's the physical description that bumped into my spatial sense, and that's the only way I could describe him. He can't get away diving information from us for free.

"From your second and fourth description, I think I know," she said as she expose more of the topic regarding that individual. She told me who he is, what he wants, and how to avoid him, but she didn't tell me how to shut that man up. Maybe I'll pay surprise for the next few days.

"That's a huge help! Thank you for answering! I'm going to beat that man up."

"Take care. Feel free to come again when I'm not busy and don't forget to bring me a man's name."

Her sexiness strikes again. I quickly turned away from the charm she was emitting and walk towards the door. Before I touch the doorknob, she follows up on something irritating for me to know.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you this, but you have a scheduled arena fight tomorrow afternoon."
