It's been 10 years since planet green has been attacked. It was a typical world. They were not as technologically advanced as Earth, but they lived peacefully. But all changed when they were attacked by a formidable group known as the Chain. They began seizing land from the indigenous people. They brought in people from distant regions and handed them their land. The locals either became slaves or fled to areas that were not targeted. The planet had a large population, but it has been reduced to a relatively small number of people.

Some tribes were able to flee to the opposite side of the world, which is regarded as perilous yet difficult to conquer. Dorrance was one of the tribes that had to relocate. The tribe leader was a wise man, but he and his wife, as well as their young boy, were slaughtered. When everyone felt the Dorrance tribe was doomed, Alex stepped forward. He was the former leader's son. He didn't lose his mind despite his animosity. He surrendered to the enemy and became a slave. Everyone expected the Dorrance tribe to disband and merge with other tribes. The tribe's bloodline was everything, and they wouldn't let anybody else control them.

They will not allow anyone to govern over them. Alex's absence made the tribe vulnerable. Alex reappeared just as everyone believed Dorrance was finished.

He returned with natives who had been kidnapped and held as slaves in a mine. He made his way out of a heavily guarded mining field with the help of other slaves. They were all unharmed. It was a huge setback for the Chain. They always made the indigenous people believe that their technological superiority was unbeatable by a group of people with less advanced technology. This escape also provided hope to the locals.

Alex did not let them down. He actually organised a resistance army by bringing together the remnant tribes, which was impossible at the time.

He started off by damaging all electrical gadgets. No one agreed with him at first, but he persuaded them that opponents were using those devices to spy on them. They hacked it a long time ago and became the enemy's eyes and ears. Everything electronic was destroyed. Which made them back to old age. However, those tribes always had alternative ways to communicate. Such as they used animals for communication.

When the enemy arrived with heavily advanced drones to search, there were no Humans to be discovered. Alex actually bought them underground, where neither drones nor satellites or radars can discover them. He was able to construct an underground shelter for his people.

However, the Chain continued to advance. Alex is meeting with other members of the board today. Alex assigned roles to each family after the tribes merged. They all came together to form the board. Alex was the board's leader, and other tribes were also represented on the board.

"According to your knowledge, the Chain is planning to construct a dam. We will be submerged if they build it correctly. They must be stopped." A member in the rear explained.

"Yes, Alex, it was too difficult to acquire this information from that captive enemy's mouth, because the microchip will identify their emotions and behaviour and murder them whenever they say something. We may not manage to find such useful information from anyone else". Another individual stated.

"Everyone, you've made a mistake. It wasn't by chance that we discovered the information; it was because they permitted us to hear it. They want to split us up and cause fear. It will open up the possibility of their tracking us. They tried to throw themselves at us with tracking devices in the past, so once we caught them and bought them back, they could follow our location. They are willing to take risks. Even killing their own people in order to expose us. We won't stop them from building the dam for the time being. Instead, we instruct our slave spies to place something within the dam when they construct it." Alex said calmly.

"How can we ask them to do it when they can detect explosive tools and weapons?"

One individual could not stop talking.

"Who said we were going to put bombs? We simply add one more component to their dam construction. It's merely a common fruit. The fruits are simply added throughout the assembly phase. Even if someone caught them, they can just say it was dropped when they eating. In any case, it's a little fruit."

Alex answered.

When everyone heard this, they all became calm. Alex is up to something, they know. Alex was able to conquer every difficult situation they encountered. No one understands how Alex can even find a safe place, water, and food when even the most experienced hunter can't.

"Don't worry, they may be building this dam to make us suffer, but I'll make them see hell with the same dam. Just wait a couple of years ".

Every tribe knows Alex is up to something. They had never won anything before Alex formed the board. They were clearly on the losing end of the game. However, after Alex assumed command. He was able to come up with a solution to their worst nightmare, the armed drone attack. He relocated them to a safer location that was also more difficult for the Chain to locate. He was also able to release a large number of slaves.

Despite capturing numerous foes, they were unable to obtain any intelligence from them. It was difficult to capture one alive because they were armed with nano suits. They usually capture them by hiding near them and then poisoning their adversaries' meals without their knowledge. However, after being taken, they discovered that the enemy all have nanochips implanted in their bodies that constantly broadcast their condition to their base. It will soon murder the soldier if it detects emotional variances or them speaking information that they shouldn't.

So Alex devised a strategy. Some slave who managed to flee has returned. They'll act like they're lost in the wilderness, allowing the enemies to capture them. No one expected anyone to volunteer, but a few people did. He was able to locate and free other slaves with their assistance whenever the enemy displayed a weakness. This improved Alex's standing in the tribe.

To the tribe members, he became a legend and a source of hope. He also assured them that he would exact such a horrible price on the enemies that they would be forced to depart the planet in five years.

Only one year remains till the promised day arrives.

The fact that he possesses a secret that no one else knows gave him confidence. That is, he possesses a treasure that allows him to penetrate the dreams of others. He utilised it to penetrate the dreams of his adversaries in order to locate a location with food and water. They discovered where the enemy will most likely look for them, as well as a wealth of information.

But he was unable to obtain any information about the outside world. He can only make them imagine what they were doing just a few days ago. He was able to locate a drone operator and the source of water.

The dam is the second source of assurance. The fruit he asked the slaves to place in the dam is a strange fruit. Its seed will gradually seek out water, and its root will follow suit. He projected that the seed's root would reach water in 5 years, at which point the dam would fall. The water flows to enemy bases once the dam is breached. Everything will be wiped out. Even with modern technology, humanity cannot withstand the forces of nature. All they can do is avoid it.

On the dam, the Chain installed its most powerful defence system. Even a bird can't go close to it. Drones, both automated and manually operated, can be seen flying everywhere. Radars are constantly operating. But they never imagined, even in their fantasies, that someone had hidden a natural time bomb in there.

Alex can see his locket even in his dreams. There is a mirror inside when he opens it. He will be transported to another world when he touches it. The world is full of mirrors. A person's dream is reflected in each mirror. He was able to recognise many reflections that represented the adversaries. However, when he arrived at the same location today, he noticed Rowan. He was taken aback at first because it was the first time he had seen anyone else inside. But when he saw a locket similar to his in Rowan's hand, he found it reasonable. When Alex heard Rowan's account, he was convinced that the other parties' locket had something to do with teleportation.

Despite knowing how powerful Merck was, they are still destroyed by Chain. He was certain that eliminating Chain from their world would not be enough to provide them freedom. Before Chain reinforcement arrives, he must relocate them to another planet. Or make a false impression that it was the work of another organisation and that they had already taken what they want. He'll need information about the outside world as well as Rowan's assistance to do this.
