After evolving to Aka-Oni, Rey was finally able to view the details of the spirit snake that entered his body. 

The spirit snake had become part of Rey's body, no, to be exact, it has created a separated innergy orb inside him and had gained a new ability. An ability to store things or even living beings inside his new orb. It was like a dimensional pouch, but the difference is it was directly inside his inner body, and no one would be able to rob his wealth without his permission. The second one was that it had 10,000 innergy, with this, he could use innergy transferring that he obtain after dominating Drakuru, and use half of its innegy to utilize it in a battle.

>Earlier That Time<

"Drakuru, I want you to go to the said village and bring me the residents there as soon as possible."

"Yes monarch, I will do my best to finish the task given to me as soon as I can!"

>Monstri Hall<

"Monarch, this old man has some serious questions about this realm." Said, Goblu.

"Ohh, and what is it?" Asked, Tey. Looking at Goblu's change of expression.

"I just want to know if the monarch has come up with the name of this realm, a country cannot be called a country without a name so this is really a serious matter to be discussed carefully." He said in a serious tone.

"What? A name?" Rey was flabbergasted by what Goblu has truly stated. Well, Rey really haven’t come up with what he should call his growing country is. He didn't even know that he would really create a country like what he dreamt of after being reincarnated in this new world.

"Yes, a name..” Goblu looked at Rey in curiosity.

"Uhm-hm ehh-Ahh!! How about Maharlika?" Remembering about the time when he was living in earth.

"M-Maharlika?" He stuttered, unable to properly pronounce the word.

"Yes. A name that symbolized a free man. I want to create a country where anyone can live regardless of their species." Said, Rey. Subconsciously thinking of the future.

"Maharlika, What a beautiful name it is!" Goblu began to applaud at the end of his words.

"Let's give a round of applause for the newly named country!" Said, Frander.

***"A new country has been made at the center of Tenebris Silva, Maharlika."***

"What is that? An announcement? Frander, Oldman do you hear that?" A sound, presumably emanated from within was heard throughout the continent of Duo-Luna.

"Yes, monarch. This is the law of this world. When a new country has been established, it will be announced to every part of the continent." Explained, Goblu.

"Some called it World Speaker." Said, Frander.

"Then all the neighboring countries will know our location, right?" Asked, Rey. Showing a worried expression on his face.

"Yes." 

"Then this is the serious problem! Our military is quite lacking and Drakoru was on a mission."

"It is indeed a problem." 

"We need to strengthen our military! Gather all the available combatants that have some skills, and meet me at the training camp as soon as possible." Said, Rey. Immediately leaves the Hall and went to the training camp in a haste.

>Training Camp<

"We are now assembled here as you have instructed, Master!" Said, Goblu. Bowing his head at the end of his words.

"Hmm, so how many combatants to we have right now?" Asked, Rey. Looking at the warriors behind Goblu.

"As of now, we have 44 Goblins, 50 Lizardmen, and 60 Orcs." Reported, Goblu.

"I see." Rey pondered for quite a while and spoke, " Frander, I want you to make an armor, spear, bow, shield, and, an axe. You can ask for the help of the goblins who are currently in the mining area." He abruptly stop and spoke once again, "Goblu I want you to bring Frander to the mining area and show him the newly mined iron and steel." He said. Looking at Goblu with a straight face.

"Then, if you may excuse us." Simultaneously said by the two, Frander and Goblu and was eventually gone from Rey's sight.

"Now, about you guys,  I want each of you to select a representative for your temporary leader, For goblins, lizardmen, and orcs." Ordered, Rey. Looking on each of the new faces he was seeing.

Half an hour passed..

The three races have finally come to a conclusions as to who will they want to salute as their leader and immediately went to where Rey was having a little sleep.

"I will name you as Gobu, and I want you to lead the goblins. As for you, I will name you as Draculus and will be permitted to lead the lizardmen warriors. And lastly, orc I will name you as Gian and lead the orcs in my stead!"

"Thank you for naming us, master!" Said the three at the same time.

"Now all of you will undergo an evolution I hope you will not disappoint me."

Hours passed..

Gobu became a magi-goblin with the ability to cure and to buff. Draculus became a Drakozard unlike Drakuru he got the attainment of Martial Art Spear. And lastly, Gian became an Orc Knight and his body become indestructible.

And as for Rey, he gains the ability of the three by using the Domination ability that he cast on them.

NAME: Rey

CLASS: Aka Oni

ABILITIES: Domination, Berserk, Curse, Swiftness, Poison, Inner-gy transfering, Cure.

ATTAINMENT: Martial Art Spear, while building muscle you will gain strength(Acquired from orcs), an indestructible body.

RESISTANCES: Resistance to poison, Resistance to curse.

STATUSS: STRENGTH: 400, AGILITY: 340, INNER-GY: 3800

Following the announcement of the newly formed country, it became a hot topic across the neighboring countries, and many people have begun to migrate at Maharlika.

"What should I do with the people outside, master?" Asked, Goblu.

"Allow them in, and I'd like you to keep an eye on them; I don't want any spy to infiltrate our country so pay more attention to them."

"As you wish." Goblu immediately leave the Hall after his words.

"Draculus, heed my words!"

"Yes, master!" 

"I'd like you to act as our eyes inside this Country. Divide the warriors who comes under you into ten and have them scout every corner of Maharlika, and report any problems to me. As soon as you can." 

"Then, if you may excuse me, master." He immediately leave and went to the camp site where those warriors under him were training.

Thus Rey also leaves the Hall and went to the place where those immigrants currently staying.

>Maharlika's Main Gate<

"This is the immigrants from the country of Beast Kingdom, master." Reported, Goblu.

"Hmm." Rey began to walk closer to the immigrants and spoke, "I am the ruler of this country and I ask you what's the reason behind your immigration here?" Asked, Rey.

"We salute to King Rey!" They bowed at the end of their words.

"We are currently experiencing difficulties in the Beast Kingdom, and we are currently in the midst of a war. Our king has requested that we leave, but we do not want to leave. The only reason for us being he is because our source of income has been cut off. Don't worry even though we look like this, we have our own specialties in every different aspect. We will help your highness with everything we've got. That's why, please take us in!" 

"Your highness, take us in!" 

Rey had felt that everyone will rely on him in the future ever since he became a king of his own kingdom, and now it had come to this so early.

He was grateful because they put their trust in him even though he was a complete stranger to them. Yes, he has used domination skills on each of them, but the way Rey see's it, their intention toward him was genuine.

Trivia: Rey's unique ability has a similarities to a slave contract, meaning that if he dominate an individual they will receive a master-servant contract and if their heart and soul want to live then the contract will be accepted automatically, and if one has given up on life even if Rey dominated them the contract will be invalid and they will die in their own accord.

"Gobu, set a camp here for the immigrants and gave them some rations that we have." His gaze immediately goes to Goblu and spoke, "Goblu, I want you to make a list of all of their skills and abilities. As detailed as possible.

"As you wish."

"Old man, I want you to build residences for these immigrants on the far left side of the country, and if feasible, enlist the cooperation of the orcs." Ordered, Rey.

"As you wish."

"Master, Frander is asking for your presence.” Said by one of the goblin who were working at the mining area.

>Mining Area<

"Frander why are you looking for me?"

"Master, the armor and weapons will be available in less the two or three days and as lucky as we are, the goblins gave me some armor and weapons that were currently plundered by them months ago and I have already modified them as soon as possible to be used by the current warriors we have." Reported, Frander.

"Thank you for your hard work, Frander!" Rey patted Frander's shoulder as he spoke.
