CHAPTER 6: LOS ANGELES AIRPORT

Daniel Lopes feels extremely surprised because, with Millie's ability, it is natural that she can get any job in the CDC. However, he did not expect her to be the Deputy Director of NCEZID. Not everyone can sit in that chair.

Millie Williamson turned to Daniel Lopes with a look of confusion and regret. She grabbed his shoulder lightly after the LAPD opened the barricade: “Daniel, at first, I thought this place was a suspected outbreak, but… you see, both the FBI and the CIA were there. So I don't think it's wise for you to go in here."

Daniel Lopes didn't think but immediately responded with an angry expression as he had just eaten two kilograms of chili.

Daniel said: “Naomi just gave me the wedding card, and you will throw me out here like a piece of trash after dragging me here from home? Millie, you're so… looking down on me."

Millie Williamson didn't have time to say a word when suddenly, from behind him, a female voice rang out in a crisp New York style mixed with a bit of Texas sunshine: "Millie Williamson - Deputy Director of NERD, bring her boyfriend. Hurry up and get yours in before the female demons from LAPD come in and suck his life out. I didn't expect you to have the ability to hang out with men, right?"

Daniel Lopes looked towards the approaching girl. She was dressed in a dark blue suit, with her distinctive shaggy hair and bright eyes. The girl's soft hand reached out in front of Daniel.

She began her sentence in a somewhat absent-minded and extremely seductive voice: “I am FBI Agent-General Celine Hendrix. You can call me Celine. Of course, I'm not Celine Dion, but I can get to the top if you give me a 'proper microphone'."

“I am Daniel Lopes, a friend of Millie Williamson.” Daniel Lopes tries to be as polite as possible after hearing Celine Hendrix's sarcasm about his relationship with Millie.

Daniel was not at all interested in Celine's slightly out-of-the-box joking manner. Just when he was unsure in time, Celine grabbed his hand, pulled him inside, and howled like a passionate fan.

Celine screamed: “Oh my God! Are you the Daniel that everyone is always talking about? What you did with the CDC drove me crazy.”

Millie Williamson blocked Daniel Lopes and Celine Hendrix: “Hey, Celine, you can't drag him in here like this. Did you ignore the rules?”

Despite Millie's nagging, Celine pushed Daniel aside and put her arm around Daniel Lopes' shoulder, dragging him deep into the Los Angeles airport.

Celine said: “Get rid of those silly CDC rules! We're almost at the end of the world! And I'm excited to see the look on the faces of the CIA kids when they get to meet Daniel Lopes!"

As soon as she finished talking to Millie, Celine turned to look at Daniel: "I bet five hundred bucks that if you ask, the men at the CIA are ready to go to bed with you anytime. I have a piece of advice for you, don't lie down… they're bad at sex. Above is the best!”

"Oh my God!" Millie Williamson had no choice but to run after the two.

An LAPD officer appeared from the right of the gate. He immediately signaled Celine Hendrix to stop and demanded that Daniel Lopes show documents.

But Celine suddenly pulled out a shotgun, pointed it at his head, and growled in his throat: “Get out! If you LAPD did a good job, I wouldn't have brought my ass here so late at night! Did you know I got a nice guy and… damn it… when I had only had sex once? Only once!!! Damn it! This whole month… just once.”

Millie advised: "Come on, Celine Hendrix, don't make things more complicated. Once this is settled, you'll have plenty of time to make love to all the men in Los Angeles."

Millie Williamson quickly pushed Celine Hendrix and Daniel Lopes away in the eyes of the LAPD police's extreme shock.

Of course, they did not dare to show their displeasure at Celine Hendrix's extremely elegant reaction. According to Millie Williamson, Celine Hendrix and her 'flashed' on several occasions, and she got used to Celine's temperament.

Millie also assures Daniel that Celine is the most talented person in the FBI, and that's why they can't kick her out of the industry.

The three of them headed straight for the operating station of the Los Angeles airport ferry. Inside, countless LAPD, CDC, FBI, and CIA employees were arguing furiously.

Celine immediately dispels the tension by shoving Daniel Lopes toward the chaos.

The crowd immediately relaxed, and Daniel Lopes had to stagger to his feet as everyone began to calm down. Millie scolded Celine for a while about her impolite behavior towards Daniel. Celine said nothing but smiled meaningfully and winked at Daniel.

He sat bewilderedly on the chair next to Millie. And a very noble-looking man appeared. He shook hands and greeted Daniel Lopes: “Nice to meet you. I'm Jackie Campbell, and you can call me Jack. I've heard a lot about you."

Daniel Lopes smiled and nodded to Jack. Daniel feels quite surprised that many people know of his existence but, unfortunately, not Naomi Williamson.

Millie and Jack's eyes met, creating lightning so small that Daniel Lopes was startled.

Celine Hendrix explained to Daniel: “Don't act so surprised, Daniel Lopes. The two of them once confronted each other at a hearing regarding North Star Lighting. Only God knows why the two of them are always upset with each other.”

Jack and Millie quickly moved away because they didn't want Celine to tell them everything. Celine laughed and softly said to Daniel Lopes: "No matter what, you never believe Jack. He's the worst, most uneducated, and worst fucker here. And I know the CIA has a whole file cabinet of information about you because so does the FBI. Both organizations want you to join but look… you prefer typing to investigate, don't you? There are indeed things in life that only God can understand.”

While Celine Hendrix was still threatening Daniel Lopes with a series of terrible situations he could face if he did not agree to join the FBI, Millie explained to his superiors why Daniel Lopes was on the scene again.

In the end, all four were invited by LAPD representatives to the desk and discussed what was happening at the Los Angeles airport. The woman representing the LAPD has a sharp, square face and eyes that want to expose both Daniel Lopes and Jackie Campbell at the same time.

Danny stepped between the two hot guys and started speaking clearly but didn't forget to 'accidentally' touch the arms of both Jackie Campbell and Daniel Lopes.

Danny's every move made Celine Hendrix feel nauseous. Celine said: 'There's no hotel here, Danny Hurst, but if you need it, I still have two condoms. You can try exercising with the men outside.”

After Celine Hendrix's words, everyone immediately returned to an authentic interagency campaign atmosphere. Danny Hurst glared incessantly at Celine Hendrix as if Danny had ruined Celine's delicious plate of food.

Celine Hendrix sat in a chair and waited for Danny Hurst to speak, but she pushed her long, light blonde hair aside, fixed her eyes on Daniel Lopes, and opened her mouth to ask something.

But Celine Hendrix raised her voice and warned Danny Hurst that if she didn't start quickly, she would pull out her gun and shoot her private parts. Once again, Celine Hendrix's words have always been remarkably effective.

In the words of Danny Hurst, it all started thirty minutes ago when an emergency call from the Oval Office asked the CDC, FBI, LAPD, and even the CIA to work together to deal with an 'unusual activity. from flight LBNY013' that no one understands until now.

Jackie Campbell began to speak when he heard Danny Hurst sigh, leaning against the edge of the table, pointing a pair of undulating hills at him. Of course, they made him fully awake, literally and figuratively: “The problem was that there were four foreign tourists, seven domestic passengers, and crew on the flight. That's why the CIA is so concerned about this incident."

Danny Hurst raised his index finger over the computer screen where an image of the plane bearing the symbol LBNY013 was hovering in the middle of the runway at Los Angeles airport. Not a single light or turbulence on the runway would be enough to indicate the plane was still operational.

It was taciturn, quiet, and terrifyingly cold as if to tease anyone's curiosity. An argument broke out like lightning between Jackie Campbell and Celine Hendrix when she suggested he immediately share information about the passenger list to facilitate the investigation.

Millie patted Daniel's shoulder and winked at him, signaling that a real battle would occur in this control room. Of course, Daniel is smart enough to know how to stay out of trouble with the FBI and CIA. The two organizations have a history of working together that isn't fun.
