“What?” Natasha asked, confusion evident on her face.

“Don’t play dumb with me.” He sneered as he advanced slowly towards her.

“What do you mean!” Natasha asked, eyes wide with fear and taking a step back away from him.

“You have her bracelet that looks ripped or cut. Probably from a struggle. You have scratch marks too and you are on edge.” Ajax said his voice rising.

“Well.” Natasha deadpanned as she regained her composure. “I have no idea where she is.” She said. “And these marks have nothing to do with Elena, so excuse me, I have to go.” She concluded and walked away.

Ajax lunched forward and grabbed her hands to stop her from leaving.

Natasha stopped abruptly, eyes flickering from his face to his fingers gripping hers.

“Please Natasha. Where is Elena.” Ajax pleaded. Hoping that maybe if he approached her softly, she would perhaps answer him.

“Let. Me. Go.” She sneered at him. “I have no idea where you Elena is. And I have to go.”
