Chapter 1: The unfortunate Piggie...

'Is there a place for me in this world?' That was what Kazuki always pondered about in his life.

"Hey, you stupid pig! Hurry up and oink like a pig! I can't wait to record it!!!" commanded a young man with a gangster appearance to Kazuki, who was lying on the ground with a beaten face.

For Igarashi Kazuki, he felt like he had no place in this world anymore.

"Hurry up and do your job, idiot!"

 "Kuhahahahah!! This is so funny!"

The gangster's friends also joined in, mocking Kazuki again and again.

'Why am I always bullied? Is it because I'm not physically attractive...?' Kazuki thought, feeling completely immobile due to the multiple injuries in several joints in his hands and feet.

"Hurry up and do it...!!!!" the young man roared, kicking Kazuki hard in the head!

 Kick!!

 Thud!

 "Arrghhh...!!!"

At that moment, Kazuki lost consciousness due to the force of the kick that shook his brain.

But before he blacked out, he overheard a conversation between two people he knew.

 "... What about that Piggie?"

"Don't worry, he won't die just because of this!"

"Hmph... I don't care about him, my family, and I hate about why even Piggie got all the inheritance from that damn Grandfather, this Piggie should have just died with him!!!" the arrogant-looking youth's voice rang in his ear.

"We should just kill this Piggie, it would be disgusting to let a Piggie live," said a girl who was currently beside the young man in a very disdainful tone of voice.

"He brought shame to our family!!"

'...Even my own little brother and family are that stubborn...' Kazuki thought before losing consciousness completely.

 ***

At night, after his body was left lying beside the alley like a corpse, Kazuki then opened his eyes.

 Opened eyes...

With a body that was very sick, he walked slowly to go home.

'Even my father and mother hate me so much for having this fat body.'

Thinking about that, after returning to his parent's home, Kazuki accidentally overheard a conversation between his father and mother filled with swear words. They were discussing the fact that his grandfather's will named Kazuki as the inheritor of the Igarashi Dojo.

When listening to their words, his heart was broken into pieces, how can a child not be hurt when he hears that his parents regret having given birth to him?

After Kazuki was kicked out of his house, he then lived in the dojo house for years with his grandfather who was still alive a month ago.

And in that dojo, there were no electronics, except stoves and lamps.

Every day, Kazuki tries to reduce his weight by any means, but it's useless.

His grandfather, who was also old, also died after that.

 It made him very depressed.

After Kazuki rescued a cat that had fallen into a ditch and cleaned it up, he met its owner, who said that the cat had run away from him and was looking for it. While talking to himself, Kazuki finally found out that the cat's owner was a doctor. When the doctor asked what he wanted in return, Kazuki asked the doctor to answer a question about why it was so hard for him to lose weight.

After hearing Kazuki's complaints, the doctor explained that Kazuki had Bulimia, which made it difficult for him to lose weight as his appetite kept increasing. Kazuki finally understood the disorder he was suffering from and began to slowly accept the state of his body. The doctor also noticed some bruises on Kazuki and realized why he had asked the question about his weight.

The level of physical discrimination in developed countries, especially in Japan and Korea, is terrible, leading to many suicides due to bullying. At least the doctor wanted to help Kazuki if he was in trouble. Before leaving, he gave Kazuki his cell phone number and an identification card.

Since then, Kazuki began to slowly accept his body and his situation. "Why does bad luck always come to me?" he muttered to himself.

 ***

In the evening, as Kazuki was passing through a fairly deserted street, he heard a scream from a distance.

"Please let me go!" screamed a girl while trying to shake off the grip of the man holding her.

"Come on... Let's just have some fun for one night~..." said an old man with a perverted look on his face.

"No! Please let go!!" The girl became more and more rebellious.

Unknowingly, tears streamed down her face as the man's friends started to drag her away.

Looking around him, Kazuki saw that quite a few people were crossing the street, but they didn't turn their heads toward the screams.

 'W-Why are they keeping quiet...?'

 As if...

"They don't care about others," muttered Kazuki as he scanned everyone passing by.

 "What should I do..."

"No, Kazuki, this is none of your business."

"But... isn't this violating the honor passed down by Grandpa and the ancestors...?!"

 Kazuki felt conflicted.

On one hand, he wanted to ignore her, but on the other hand, what he thought was completely against his principles and those of his grandfather and ancestors.

If he were to leave her, then this thing would bother his mind forever.

"... Can this weak me help her...?"

Kazuki then recalled what his grandfather had said back then.

... The good always helps anyone in need, and you must remember that a true samurai will not leave a woman under any circumstances even if life is at stake. This is the honor of a samurai...

"But I'm not a good person..."

Staring around for a while and at various angles, Kazuki finally found a way.

 He finally decided.

"This is probably the only thing I can do..."

Steelng his resolve, Kazuki then walked towards the men with his battered body.

"Hey, you bastards!!!" Kazuki called out to them with his deep voice.

Hearing his exclamation, they all turned their heads in the direction of the voice.

Seeing a battered, chubby youth in front of them, they became upset to have their fun interrupted.

"Damn piggy! You don't have to get in the way!" roared one of them ferociously.

"Doesn't he look like he's been beaten...? This piggy has guts..."

"Who are you calling a piggy?! At least I'm far saner than you. You are simply scum of society who hinder the progress of this country!" Kazuki cursed loudly...

Everyone who had previously ignored the abuse immediately looked toward the sound of the curse.

"Y-You...!!!!" the man was stunned by what Kazuki had said.

Staring at his friends, he ordered, "Hey guys, finish him off!"

 "Okay!!" they answered in unison.

Without thinking much, they started throwing punch after punch to his poor face.

 Punch!

 Hits!

 "Eurrghhh...!!"

They hit him in the face until he fell to the ground.

Several passersby who saw Kazuki being beaten by those few men screamed hysterically!

"Uwahhh!!! This is a gang assault!!"

"Hurry, call the police! Call the police!!!"

After dozens of punches and kicks were thrown his way, finally, some of the policemen that Kazuki saw before immediately rushed towards him.

"You all don't move!!!" shouted one of the police while carrying handcuffs that were ready to be used.

Seeing that the police suddenly arrived, the men quickly fled.

"Shit!! Didn't we make sure that there are no police around here?!"

“That's for sure! But…” his words trailed off when she saw Kazuki, who was secretly smiling calmly.

 "The Piggie had a plan!"

 "What?! Seriously?!"

 "We better run away first!!"

 ***

"Ahh… Damn… It hurts…” Kazuki groaned as he struggled to stand up from the pavement.

The girl he had saved rushed to his side. "Are you okay? My driver will be here soon, and we can take you to the hospital with him. Just wait a little bit longer!" she said, her voice full of concern.

Glancing in the direction of the voice, Kazuki replied in a low tone, “I'm fine, and you don't need to accompany me. I can go to the hospital myself.” Kazuki had always been bullied and humiliated, which had cultivated an insecure and pessimistic attitude towards himself. So when he spoke to a girl as beautiful as her, he couldn't help but turn his head away because of his pessimism.

 "But-..."

Before the girl could say anything else, Kazuki immediately cut her off. "Instead of caring about me, you should take care of everything here. Make a report to the police. There's a CCTV in the corner over there, and many witnesses saw what happened. You should be able to bring appropriate punishment to those who harassed you and ganged up on me," he said, pointing to the CCTV in front of a nearby shop.

“If that's what you want… then fine…” Even though she was a bit stunned by Kazuki's response, the girl still complied with his request.

 'She's trembling...'

Kazuki noticed the girl's hands shaking when he offered to help her.

'Naturally, she was almost raped before...'

Without waiting for things to get complicated, Kazuki stood up and walked away from the scene.

As Kazuki walked away, the girl bowed her head and called out to him sincerely, “Thank you for helping me. I will repay this kindness… I promise to you, my savior!” Hearing those words from the girl, Kazuki could only regret his decision.

 'How stupid am I...'

 ***

"Tsk! My body can't be moved!" roared Kazuki while already sprawled out in his room.

"... The honor of a samurai... What kind of nonsense am I thinking?!"

"I only received more severe and more painful injuries!!!"

 "Uwarrrghhhh...!!!!!"

Kazuki self-deprecated when he was unable to move, he noticed that several places in his left hand had cracks.

He was angry with himself, how could he eat later? Meanwhile, his hands could not be moved.

Kazuki was completely penniless, after yesterday he was fired from his part-time job, and he only had 50 yen left in his wallet.

Even Kazuki also didn't have any other food in this house.

"How can I treat myself if I don't have enough money for treatment?!"

 Subconsciously, Kazuki shed tears.

"Idiot, ugly, son of a bitch, son of a bitch!"

 He wanted to insult himself.

 "Why am I so naive?!"

 Crying…

 "Sob... Why...! Why!"

After lying down and crying for a long time, finally, his body began to move a little.

 Grips...

"Come on, get up...! You Piggie!" Kazuki cursed to himself while trying to get up from his futon.

 Wake up!

Since Kazuki didn't have any money, he couldn't afford to have dinner that night.

"Shit..." he cursed as he walked out of his room.

But Kazuki didn't lose hope. He remembered that this dojo house had a warehouse that had been passed down for generations, and he hoped to find some money or savings belonging to his grandfather.

"I'm sorry, Grandpa..." he muttered softly as he opened the door to the warehouse.

He had never entered here before, so he was quite amazed when he saw how much stuff was there.

 "Wow...!!"

Walking slowly, he began to inspect everything that was there.

There were many rare items, such as an ancient-looking urn, samurai armor from the 1800s era, and even some ancient katanas. But Kazuki didn't care about any of that. He was looking for money, money!

After wandering around for a long time, he finally found several hundred thousand yen tucked away in an old-looking cupboard.

"I'm sorry Grandpa... And thank you for leaving this money!" Kazuki was very grateful when he found the money. Judging from the state of it, it seemed like it had been stored there for a very long time.

 "Maybe Grandpa forgot the money..."

However, this forgetfulness had saved Kazuki from his crisis, and fortunately the money was still usable, not too old. He was very grateful for that.

After getting the money, he continued to look around, examining all the things in the warehouse.

Kazuki also found an old book made of worn-out paper. It was over 100 years old.

"Igarashi clan... Loyal guards of the Tokugawa clan... And true descendants of the Kamakura clan...?" Kazuki read the title of the book he was holding.

"... This means my ancestor was a Shogun?!!!" Kazuki was surprised by that fact!

"No wonder Grandpa is so eager to keep this dojo house standing," Kazuki thought to himself.

He finally understood why his grandfather had refused to sell the dojo house to the biggest company in Japan.

The location of the dojo house was considered very strategic by the company's people. In addition to that, because the house was no longer functioning properly, the company's people were trying to persuade Grandfather to sell it.

The total area of land owned by Grandfather was around 4 hectares, which was why so many people were eyeing the land.

The house itself only consisted of old wood and tiles.

But the land itself was very strategic and wide, so why weren't many companies interested?

However, Grandfather refused to sell it and instead bequeathed it to Kazuki, for some obvious reason. One thing was certain: Kazuki officially owned the dojo house.

Kazuki's father and mother, who had always disliked Kazuki since he was little, grew to hate him more and more.

From the beginning, Kazuki was not close to his parents, and he had always been cared for by his grandfather. Thus, all the teachings passed down by his grandfather had always entered into his mind.

Although his grandfather couldn't move normally like before, he still provided material about the principles of a samurai.

This created Kazuki's life principle, which was to always help others no matter what the situation was.

After reading a few pages of the book, Kazuki decided to continue making money and looked around for other items.

"This warehouse contains historical items. It's a bit like a history museum," he exclaimed.

Once again, Kazuki was surprised by how many ancient items were in the warehouse.

After walking for quite a while, he saw a gate in the corner of the warehouse.

As Kazuki stood before the towering gate, his mind raced with questions. "Is there another room?" he thought to himself. But his musings were interrupted by the realization that the gate wasn't attached to the wall at all. The young man couldn't believe his eyes - this was no ordinary gate that hadn't been installed yet.

The gate was enormous, standing four meters tall and two meters wide. It was crafted from sturdy wood and featured intricate carvings on its sides. Kazuki couldn't help but marvel at its beauty.

As he examined the gate more closely, Kazuki noticed a strange detail - a light on the doorknob. "Is this door connected to the electricity?" he wondered. He searched around for wires but found none. It was as if the gate was imbued with an otherworldly energy.

Despite his initial skepticism, Kazuki felt a strong urge to open the gate. It seemed like an ordinary gate, but there was something about it that felt mysterious and intriguing. He knew that he had to satisfy his curiosity.

However, as he approached the gate, he noticed a small paper seal affixed to the wood. The seal read, "The legacy of the ancestors... Be careful, don't break these items..." Kazuki read the words slowly and reverently. He knew that he had to tread carefully.

Determined to proceed, Kazuki bowed before the gate and whispered, "Don't worry! Your lowly bloodline won't break it!" With his doubts dispelled, he took a deep breath and made up his mind. "Alright," he said, "let's give it a try!"

 Grip!

 Open!!

 Ding-!

[Congratulations! You earned the title of 'First person to come from another world'!]

[Congratulations! You obtained the title of 'Owner of the Secret Palace of the Ancient Emperor'!]

[The Dual Gates you entered have been identified as yours!]

[All the items in this Palace belong to you, Master!]

When hearing all that, Kazuki's body went numb for a few seconds. He was stunned, his brain couldn't process all this sudden thing quickly!

 "W-What the hell...?!!!"

Kazuki was shocked hysterically when he received all these things!!!

As Kazuki's eyes scanned the text on his screen, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. The words seemed to blur together, his brain struggling to comprehend the message being conveyed to him. Slowly, the meaning of the message sank in, and he was left with a feeling of utter shock.

His hands were shaking as he tried to process the implications of the message.

"This is... unbelievable," he muttered to himself, the words barely escaping his lips.

Kazuki's mind was racing as he tried to process everything that was happening. He had always been a skeptic, a person who questioned the reality of things.

The gate was adorned with intricate carvings, and the air was thick with the scent of old wood and ancient artifacts.

Kazuki couldn't believe that all of this was his. The excitement of the moment was overwhelming, and he could feel his heart pounding in his chest.

 Badump-!!

He had stumbled upon something incredible, for a moment, he was frozen in place, unsure of what to do next. But then, with a deep breath, he took his first step forward into his new life, something that would change his life forever...
