CHAPTER SIXTY FOUR.

“Why do you look so restless, babe?” Clarrisa asked when she saw the expressionless look on his face, “are you okay?”

“I am fine” Alex answered as she stood up, “I will make a call and come back” with that he sauntered out of the reception hall and made his way towards the garage while greeting some people on the way.

The phone kept ringing and ringing but no one was answering which was already making Alex all hyper. He wasn’t aware of when Gerald left the reception venue and now Bianca nor Aiden was not answering their call.

The phone in his hand began to ring again and Alex quickly pressed the receive button before pressing the phone against his ears.

“Hey, you haven’t been picking my calls. What happened?” His voice was laced with a lot of concern, “are you okay?”

“So you are the brain behind this?” A familiar voice filtered through his ear and Alex froze, he understood that voice perfectly and he knew who it belonged to.
