“However,” the commissioner smiled. “It could also be that Finnian’s enhancement is as good as his ability. He could be one of those who tend to keep their abilities private. It’s not really against the rules to do so, hence we have quite a few of them.” Saying this, she turned to one of the elites, Emma Graham. “Emma, you’re both in the same class.
