The ape figure landed in the midst of the beasts with a bang, accompanied by a devastating force, sending several low-level beasts flying.
"Bang!-Bang!!-Bang!!!" Several banging sounds rang out continuously, and the ground shook as the ape continued to smash the beasts into meat particles. Alator stood in the distance, watching the whole scene in awe and admiration, almost forgetting he was in a dire circumstance. Soon the flame surrounding him finally died down. The Steel-Tusk Boar who had been waiting patiently for his meal finally made a move. Looking at the beast, it seemed like it had a smirk on its face. It suddenly made a mad dash towards Alator, planning to ram its tusk into him. Alator braced himself with the sword in his hand, ready to defend himself. As the beast was just a few meters away from him. "Fwup-fwup-fwup!" The sound of something crashing through the air sounded behind him. "Bang!" A broad sword struck the Steel-Tusk Boar, sending it flying into the darkness. The man earlier landed beside Alator again. It seems he has finished off the Bloodscale Serpent. The man raised his hand towards the direction in which his sword had gone. Within a few seconds, the sword flew back into his hand. There were streams of blood rolling down the broad sword. He turned to face Alator. "What are you still doing here? Leave now," the man said. Just as Alator took a step forward. He noticed the Steel-Tusk Boar which was struck earlier, madly dashing towards the man from behind with its bloody head. "Behind you!" Alator shouted. The man turned, but he was a second late. The Steel-Tusk Boar rammed its tusk through his back. The tip of the tusk emerged out of his stomach and blood rushed out from the hole in the man's belly. "Splash!" The man coughed out blood and his eyes went wide in shock. Alator was terrified, he didn't know what to do right now. He was just standing there, staring at the man in horror. The beast tried to shake the man off its tusk, but the man grabbed the head, refusing to let go. The beast continued to struggle to break free, but the man held it down with his strength. "Run!" The man said with difficulty, causing more blood to pour out of his mouth. Alator hesitated for a while before making a dash towards his right. The man smiled with blood still dripping out from the corner of his mouth. As he was still wrestling with the beast, he cast a spell with his index finger and yelled. "Explode!" Immediately those words left his mouth, the mana in the surroundings suddenly rushed towards him, accompanied by a loud bang!. Fire exploded in the battlefield, engulfing the man and the Steel-Tusk Boar. The fire didn't just stop there, it swept across the battlefield, incinerating several beasts into ashes. Regent Arlen noticed the fire exploding in the distance and his face turned ugly. He knew what just happened. Someone has just used the Soul Ruination forbidden spell. Considering the large scale of the explosion, he was sure this person was a Fire Wielder. However, it's only a Master Tier or a Late Stage Advanced Tier Mage could be able to unleash the spell. With that being the case, he knew he has lost a powerful fighter. ..... In a far distance, Alator was dashing through the forest with all his might. He crashed against stones and tree branches as his vision blurred in the darkness. He didn't even know where he was heading to. Alator was still tightly holding his sword. After all, that was his only means of defense. But, unfortunately, he was being chased by a Shadowfur Bear, a Two-star Vicious Beast, and a Silver-Eyed Wolf, a One-star Savage Beast. Honestly, it was even a bit too much for a Dormant like Alator to be chased by a One-star Vicious Beast, not to talk of a Savage Beast. In fact, it was a death sentence. Alator barreled through the darkness without looking back. Right now, he was just hoping that the beasts won't use their breath attack, only then will he have a chance of survival. But unfortunately, these beasts weren't as kind as Alator wished. Just then, the two beasts jaws parted. Mana churned in their mouth, and a terrifying pressure descended in the surroundings. Alator felt the hair on his body rise as he caught the sight of the dangerous white and silver light, shining behind him from the corner of his eyes. "Damnit!" Alator cursed as the grip on his sword tightened. He knew that once he got hit by that breath attack, it would be all over for him. Just when the two beasts were about to attack, Alator's eyes widened and he suddenly pulled his brakes. He just realized he was running towards the edge of a cliff and he was just a few steps away from falling off. There was no escape route left. Using the momentum from his sudden stop. He drifted swiftly around on the slippery ground and finally facing the beasts. "I'm not going down without a fight!!" Alator yelled as he threw the sword towards the beasts with all his might. The sword flew through the air and pierced into the mouth of the Shadowfur Bear and emerged from its neck and disrupted the breath attack forming in its mouth. "Bang!" Mana exploded in the mouth of the beast, blasting its head into pieces and spraying blood all around. At the same time, the breath attack from the Silver-Eyed Wolf struck Alator square on the chest. Alator felt all his internal organs shook and the bones in his body cracked. He was sent flying off the cliff with blood bursting out of his mouth, ears, and nose. Alator plummeted down the endless dark abyss and his vision finally turned dark.Latest Chapter
Chapter 13: A Staredown With The Beast.
Without thinking any further, as the black panther lunged forward, Alator jumped aside. The beast's claws swung past him, accompanied by a strong gust of air. It was close enough that he could actually feel the air rush through his clothes. The claws missed and slashed through a tree near him, leaving a deep mark on the trunk. Alator stared at the claw mark on the tree in horror; he was sure that if that hit had connected, it would have surely crushed his ribs. The panther skidded to a stop, its claws digging into the ground and sending dry leaves flying around. At the same time, it turned immediately to face him. The creature was faster than Alator had expected. Before he could stand properly, the panther pounced on him again. He rolled to the side, feeling the ground tremble as the panther landed on the exact position he was a second ago.He pulled out his dagger and swung it wildly. The blade scraped across the panther's shoulder, making it snarl in pain. The cut wasn't deep, but i
chapter 12: Unexpected Danger
Alator felt his body heating up. Red smoke began to puff out of his ears as well. He had no idea what those powders were or what they were actually meant for. Within a few seconds, his whole body started turning red as a result of the intense heat brimming inside him.The heat wasn't just on his skin; it was burning deep inside his chest and stomach. It felt like fire was filling his veins, making his heart beat faster than usual. He gritted his teeth and tried to stand, but the pain in his ankle flared up, and sent him tumbling back on the ground. The smoke around his body grew thicker, dense and strange, almost feeling as if it was alive."Ugghhh!...what the hell did that son of a bitch put in these bottles?"Alator cursed at the man he had stolen the pouch from. He could feel his skin stretching, pulling tight over his body as the red glow grew brighter, and radiating heat into the canyon.Alator rolled and tumbled on the dirt from the intense pain. Coupled with the injuries on his
Chapter 11: Lost In The Wild
Alator sank inside the water. He carefully reached out his hand, and picked up the object and began to swimm towards the shore. When he got out of the water. Alator gave the object a look, and it turned out to be an exquisite silver blade spearhead. It had three pointed edges, with the one at the center a bit longer than the two on its either side. Alator stared at it for a while. Even though he didn't really know much about weapons. He has seen lots of spears, but what he was holding now was different from any other one he had ever seen. He wished he had a good iron ore to cast its shaft, at least that would have replaced the sword he lost during the fight. He sighed and shook his head. He just realized that even if he had the ore, he couldn't possibly cast the spear by himself; therefore, he needs to find a blacksmith to do the job. Just as Alator turned around, the spearhead began to vibrate with a strong energy and sparks of lightning sizzled around it. "Huh!" Alator stopped
Chapter 10: Rocky Canyon
Dark Abyss, Rocky Canyon. At the edge of the shattered Wilde's. A broken and battered figure lay lifeless on the rocky terrain. A few moments later, his fingers moved, and a painful groan escaped his bruised lips. He tried to move, but a jolt of intense pain ran through his entire body. "Urghhhh!!!!" Alator groaned in pain and clenched his right hand into a useless, trembling fist. His head throbbed painfully, and the sound was like a drum beating in his ears. His eyelids slowly parted, but his vision was blurry. He blinked a few times, trying to regain his vision. Alator didn't dare to move his body again. He only moved his eyes around and scanned his surroundings. The place was dim, and the wind was cold and carried the foul smell of stagnant water. Alator shifted his gaze to the right. He saw colossal walls of jagged, black, ancient-looking rocks surrounding him. The height was so great that Alator had to rethink if he really survived the fall, or maybe he was already dead, and

Barsak state, is one of the unique traits of the demonic beastes. It's a state in which the beast loses its sanity and becomes extremely violent and dangerous. This anomaly can only occur when a beast finds itself in serious danger or if it comes as a command from the horde commander, which is the strongest beast among them. And that is what actually happened a moment ago. Currently, Alator was trembling while holding a sword with his two hands. He was sweating profusely, and his eyes darted all around, looking for an escape route. Finally, Alator braced himself, took a deep breath, and suddenly dashed toward the east with all his might.
