Devin's lips curled into a smile, his fingers clenched the ornate box he was holding. Inside lay a dazzling necklace- his late mother's heirloom, unseen by anyone else, a gift for his precious fiancee Amanda.

“Amanda deserves the best. Giving her this necklace would further prove my love for her,” Devin affirmed, convinced that his beautiful fiancee would appreciate this token of love.

Although the wedding was still a few days away, Devin had returned home early that night to surprise Amanda. He worked in a humble factory as a coordinator, but despite his meager earnings, Devin always made sure he provided everything he could for Amanda, especially when she told him that she was carrying his child.

The screeching of a car outside told Devin that Amanda was back. He rushed to the window to take a sneak peek at his beautiful bride, but his smile soon faded as his eyes saw the horror!

Amanda, with a sheer lace bodysuit, was deepthroating a stranger's cock! Her big tits were spilling out, and her ass was mauled by the man while she forced choked gagging sounds that morphed into slutty whimpers with every thrust of his cock against her throat!

Devin's lips parted in shock. He can’t believe this slutty woman was Amanda.

“Has your husband come home yet?” The older man who Devin recognized as Luther Banks, CEO of Banks Incorporated, asked Amanda while his crooked lips drew maps on her skin.

Amanda groaned and moaned as her waist rocked his crotch. “Devin is NOT my husband. That loser only deserves to be my nanny,” she said while she bit her lower lips and grabbed Luther's balls.

“The only fucking reason I'd marry his broke ass is cause he can handle our kids,” she added.

Devin gritted his teeth while he heard the words. The disgusting scene playing out before him made bile rise to his throat.

“You're a nasty girl, aren't you? All hot and drippy wet for me. That stupid fiance of yours still doesn't know you're carrying my child, does he?” Luther chuckled.

Devin froze on the spot. Luther's statement had to be a lie!

Amanda let out a flirtatious laugh and a whimper while Luther gently teased her lady parts with his fingers.

“Of course, he doesn't. The fool's thinking we'll build a family together. I'm your little bitch alone. Now, fuck me already!” Amanda moaned again.

Disgust and anger wrapped around Devin’s entire being. He couldn't believe the deception! He even poured his heart and soul into it, how ironic!

Without a second thought, Devin stormed out of the house, his jaws clenched tighter than a locksmith's finest work.

“Devin!” Amanda jumped back in fear, dragging her skirt up as she saw him approaching. She had never seen this part of him, a feral nature that startled her to the pup.

And Luther was shaken too.

“What the hell is happening, Amanda?” Devin voiced out in a deep, unsettling voice as his fingers held the box tighter until his knuckles ached.

“What does it look like, Devin? Are you blind?” Amanda shot back carelessly, a remark that further infuriated Devin.

“You've been cheating on me? After everything I've done for you?” Devin questioned but Amanda let out a derisive laugh.

“What the fuck did you give me?

“When the hell have you ever taken me to a five-star place? And where the hell are the Chanel you're supposed to buy me?”

“You are just trash! How dare you think you deserve a woman like me?! Look at me!”

She did a 360° turn around and settled back into Luther's arms while wearing a Snicker on her face.

“... You cannot afford a woman such as myself. So, if there's a man who can afford me, let him do it while you just watch and say nothing!” She yelled at him.

Devin's face darkened while he stared at the shrewd lady before him. This was not the same woman he fell in love with. Or was it? Has she been hiding this part of her since they started dating a year back?

“Now, Devin, you will pretend like this night never happened. You will go back inside like the foolish guy that you are and keep making plans for the wedding. Or else, I will call off the wedding and kick you into the streets!” she yelled at him.

“Are you out of your mind?” Devin opened his eyes wide and shook his head as if he had heard the funniest thing in the world.

“You still think I’m gonna marry you?” Devin sneered like a viper about to spit venom.

“A slut like you?”

Amanda froze, she never thought this gutter rat could dare sneer at her.

“You overreaching bastard!” she spat.

“Listen Devin. Why don't you just do as she says? There's no need for you to make a fuss about this,” Luther's alcohol-filled breath hit Devin, which made Devin fly into a rage.

His chest heaved up and down with eyes turned to ice chips as if he was about to lunge and rip Luther’s throat out.

Luther was a little bit terrified but turned into rage. How dare this scum stare at him like that?!

“Damn it!” Luther swore under his breath and yanked a few crumpled bills from his bag.” Take it and scram, or I'll have my men throw you out!”

But Devin didn't budge an inch.

“Cat got your tongue?. Never seen real money before?” Luther questioned.

“Are you deaf or just unable to understand what I'm saying? Take the money and get lost!”

Amanda glared at Devin like an animal marked for slaughter.

Devin stared at the twisted duo, a scornful laugh escaping him. He snatched the bills, shredded them, and hurled the confetti at their faces.

“To hell with you and your fucking money!” Devin shot back at Luther.

The shopping mall Klaus picked wasn’t just high end, it was obnoxiously elite. The place was full of chandeliers, glass floors, heavy perfume scents, and workers who looked like they hadn’t blinked since their shift started. Amanda strutted through the entrance in designer sunglasses and a skin tight black dress that screamed. Klaus walked beside her in a navy suit with no tie, chewing gum and looking around like he owned the planet. “This place smells like desperation and overpriced lotion.” Amanda said, turning her nose up at the scent of vanilla and citrus. “It’s not desperation.” Klaus replied, barely glancing at the employees who’d stopped everything to bow their heads. “It’s fear. Fear that we’ll speak.” Amanda smirked. “As we should.” The first boutique they entered had a staff of five, all standing in a perfect line. A blonde salesgirl walked up with an overly fake smile. “Welcome to Odets, madam, sir. May I assist you with—” “No.” Amanda cut her off sharply

Amanda woke up in silk sheets. Yes, actual silk. The kind you’d find in movies or fashion magazines, the kind that she used to enjoy before her life turned to dust, costing way more than people’s rent. She stretched, smiling, and then turned to the side. A gold tray sat beside the bed, stacked with fresh strawberries, warm croissants, and a flute of champagne. A note lay beside the glass, folded neatly. She picked it up to read. -Join me on the terrace when you’re done. – K.- Amanda raised a brow. Klaus. She still didn’t know what his deal was. The man had picked her up from the street when she was done yelling for Devin like a stray dog, but instead of throwing her in a shelter, he brought her to this fucking palace. Who the hell was he even? And what did he want with her? She climbed out of bed and winced a little. Her body still ached, and not just from the rain. Her heart was raw, and her pride was still in pieces from everything that had taken place before then. But to

Devin’s Rolls-Royce pulled smoothly into his private underground parking garage as Dreykov went to open the car door for him. The deal was sealed, the mayor's invite was sitting in the glove box, and Devin had every reason to feel at the top of the world. He got out of the car, loosened his tie, and stretched slightly, smiling. He was about to see his gorgeous woman. “Anything else you need sir?” Dreykov asked. “No, thank you.” “I’ll park the car and be with you shortly.” Dreykov said. Just as Devin was about to head towards the mansion, Viktor came out of nowhere. “You’re late.” Viktor said, folding his arms with a frown on his face. Devin scowled. “How did you just do that? And you’re not my timekeeper.” “You haven’t responded to my last few messages.” Viktor continued. “We need to talk about something urgent.” Devin sighed, running a hand through his hair. “About what, Viktor?” “The portal. It has to be opened, and you need to—” “No. I already t

The boardroom on the top floor of the Stonehenge Conglomerate headquarters was made of pure hard glass and steel, and it had this cold yet elegant vibe, as it was designed to intimidate. Devin sat at the head of the table, looking like a man born to sit on thrones others only dreamed of. And he was in fact, doing that. His grey suit was tailored to perfection, and he wore a satisfied smirk as he flipped through the final page of the contract. Opposite him sat five of the most powerful stakeholders in the international fintech space. Men in their late fifties, who were sharp, greying at the edges, and wearing shoes more expensive than most people’s apartments. One of them, who was a dark skinned man named Elias Vegas, leaned forward. “I have to say, Stone…” Elias started to speak, tapping the edge of the folder with one finger. “When you made this offer two weeks ago, I thought you were a bold little bastard.” Devin looked up calmly. “Really? And now?” Elias smiled. “N

  • ONE HUNDRED AND TWELVE

Amanda didn’t know how long she had been walking. Her feet were burning in her heels, and her thighs were very sore from Luther’s roughness, and her pride? Oh that had left her hours ago. The only thing keeping her going now was rage. Blinding, bitter rage, and a bit of hope. Wherever she went, they were always people to call her names and take photos of her. The most pleasant ones were the ones who stopped to stare and whisper, as somehow, they news had gotten round. Amanda was now #1 most hated person in the country. A young man stopped her, staring into her eyes. She tried to walk around him but he still blocked her way. Frustrated, she stomped the ground. “What do you want?” “I want to fuck you.” He said brazenly. “Are you crazy? I’m not a whore!” “Everyone else says otherwise. Or is it money you want?” He asked, waving his card in her face. Amanda groaned as he took a picture of her. “I can goon off to this later.” He was about to side stepped her when in r

  • CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN

Amanda sighed, looking around to see that she was still getting scornful glances. Everyone has rejected her. Society, Luther, and even her own mother. Had she been wrong to kill Steve? If only for a while, she could have— she wished she could change the hands of time, but that was impossible. All she had now was herself. She bent down to pick up her phone and it started to ring immediately. Luther! She gasped when she saw the caller ID, and was about to pick it up when someone bumped heavily into her, throwing her into the ground. “Watch the fucking road!” She screeched. The guy who had pushed her just looked at her scornfully. “I just put you in your place, whore!” “Your mother!” She swore, picking up the phone. “Your sex tape wasn’t even good!” Amanda’s cheeks flared up and she picked up the call. “Hello.” Her voice was as meek as possible. “You bitch! I can’t believe you had the audacity…” Luther was beyond furious. “I can explain, please. That… that wa
