The Flea Market

"Come on now". Josiah said hurriedly, waiting outside in the car.

"On our way". Asher said. He came running out of the house while he tried to wear his overcoat.

"Be careful Rosie". William was a bit worried for his sister.

"Don't Worry". Rosie hugged her brother.

"Be vigilant and alert". Jaxon advised. "As soon as I come to know that you found it, I'll send Michael and Ryan to the museum".

"Sure". Rosie smiled.

"COME ON ROSIE!". Josiah shouted.

"Errr-". Rosie ran at the car and sat in.

"Let's_ go". Josiah winked at Asher.

"Park right there". Josiah instructed Asher.

"Here we go". Asher turned the steering wheel and parked the car.

"Now listen to me carefully". Josiah said properly. He was quite serious. "I'll wait here in the car. I can't go inside. This place is loaded with the monsters. Act carefully. Don't do anything which moves people's attention towards you. Don't go straight to the shop. People should think that you're tourists. Do buy something before going to that shop. Keep it in mind that there would be CCTV cameras so don't steal it. BUY IT". He guided .

"Got it". Asher nodded.

"Now hurry up". Josiah said. "Take care guys".

Asher and Rosie hoped out of the care and looked at the flea market.

"I'm both excited and scared". Rosie said.

"Let's do it". Asher looked at her with a smile.

"Come on". She grabbed his hand, replying with a grin.

They took every step carefully. Rosie found a pretty watch at a stall. "Wow! Look at this Asher! It's beautiful". She exclaimed.

"Yes it is but lemme tell you Rosie, you don't deserve to wear second-hand things. I'll buy you a beautiful watch from the jewelry shop which is in the biggest mall of the city". Asher smiled.

Rosie looked into Asher's bright eyes and smiled. "That's so nice of you Asher". She said.

Asher chuckled softly. "You look way to good when you smile. But you know what? I miss the old Rosie.. who always frowned at me and my comments".

"Well, I can change!". Rosie raised her eyebrows.

"No way!". Asher shook his head and laughed.

"Just Kidding". Rosie said.

"Well, we have to buy something, if you like it, you can buy it. But don't wear it".

"Okay". Rosie nodded.

After an hour of wandering in the flea market, it was now time for work. Asher and Rosie had earpieces by which they were connected to Josiah. He guided them to the shop.

Asher opened the door, Rosie followed him.

"Look at this place! I wanna buy everything". Rosie acted like she was so excited.

"Hey! Welcome". The shopkeeper greeted.

"Thank you so much". Asher replied smiling.

"I see you're tourists!". The shopkeeper examined Rosie and Asher from head to toe.

"Yes we are.. we're from UK... This is my wife Lucy..(asher pointed at Rosie) we are on a world tour". Asher lied.

"Hmm.. hope you're enjoying! How is Romania? Do you like it?". The shopkeeper asked.

"Yes it's fantastic! It was my dream to come here and discover this beautiful city... That's why I learned Romanian as well". Asher said.

"Nice! How can I help you?". The shopkeeper asked.

"Thanks but we'll only take a random look at your shop". Asher said. "And VLOG as well". He laughed. "Should I?".

"Yes why not". The shopkeeper permitted.

"Thanks". Asher said. He grabbed Rosie's hand. "Come on".

Asher and Rosie escaped the shopkeeper's sight and went in the shop. Near the aisles, Asher talked to Josiah through the earpieces. "We won in attaining his trust_ what now?".

"Great! Now tell Rosie to go to the jewelry side and look for the necklace.. you should pick up some random things and click the pictures of the stuff so that luke (the shopkeeper) doesn't suspect". Josiah told.

"Okay". Asher nodded.

Rosie went to the shelves which had jewelry stuff and looked for the necklace.

"It's a golden colored chain with a skull hanging in it's middle". Josiah talked to Rosie.

She pressed the earpiece in her ear and whispered: "Everything here is kept in boxes Josiah".

"Oh! I didn't knew that.. Jaxon didn't told me_ lemme ask him...". Josiah said and kept quiet for a while.

".... Alright Rosie_ it's a long red velvet jewelry box with a golden colored lock on it". Josiah told.

"Okay Josiah.. give me a while to find it". Rosie whispered and started looking for the box.

Meanwhile, back there at Asher's place, Jaxon and William chatted.

"What was the main reason to go to Fletcher out of a sudden?". William asked.

"I just went there to meet him and ask for good wishes". Jaxon replied. "I told him about you people, he didn't said anything.. it means he's satisfied with it". He continued.

"Does he have any objections regarding finding my daughter?". William asked politely.

"No he doesn't. He has a very good and caring personality. He believes in Love for everyone". Jaxon said.

"hmm". William nodded.

"You know what? He's quite eager to meet Ethan". Jaxon added. "After all, he's his son".

"Obviously! 75 years of separation! But Jax! He can end the curse in a minute_ why doesn't he do so?". William enquired.

"His heart wanted to forgive Ethan when he killed his wife but his conscience wasn't allowing him to do it. He is an embodiment of justice". Jaxon told.

"No doubt!". William chuckled.

Rosie finally found the red velvet box. She opened it. There was golden chain with a skull in it. Rosie jumped in excitement.

"Did you succeeded?". Josiah asked.

"I did". Rosie replied.

"Alright_ go to Asher and get out of there as soon as possible". Josiah ordered.

"Fine". Rosie said and went to Asher.

"I found it". She whispered near Asher's ear.

"You're such a genius Rosie". Asher said happily. "We are getting closer to Alexa".

"Yeah... Let's go". Rosie said.

As they were walking through the aisles, they heard the shopkeeper talking to someone.

"That bloody Vampire Josiah is sitting in the car outside the market... Luke". Someone told Luke.

"He's definitely upto something". Luke said. "Let's go and see".

Luke went out of the shop along with the guy.

"Goodness!". Asher shouted.

"What happened Asher?". Rosie asked.

"They came to know that Josiah is outside". Asher replied, rubbing his chin. He pressed the earpiece in his ear. "Hello? Josiah! They came to know that you are outside the flea market".

"I know it Asher... take that necklace home as soon as-". Josiah stopped talking.

"Hello? Josiah? What- Josiah? Do you_ do you hear me?". Asher said. "Josiah?".

"I guess he's disconnected_ he'll be in trouble". Rosie grabbed Asher's arm. She was worried for Josiah.

"We'll do whatever he says... Let's get outta here". Asher said and both of them ran out of the shop.

"Jax! Bro what now?". Josiah talked to Jaxon in his head. "I losed connection with Asher and Rosie.. Monsters are behind me".

"Drive away before they reach you". Jaxon replied.

"And what about Asher and Rosie?". Josiah asked.

"Nobody knows them.. they'll be alright.. drive home". Jaxon said.

"Fine". Josiah tightened his grip on the steering wheel and accelerated.

"Gotta get outta here". Asher ran through the market with Rosie's hand in his left hand.

"Let's catch a cab". Rosie said as she saw a cab standing at a distance.

"Nice idea.. let's go". Asher said and ran ran to the cab driver.

Asher told the cab driver his address and sat in the car along with Rosie.

Luke came running out into the parking lot and searched for Josiah.

"You told me that Josiah was here... I see him nowhere". Luke talked to the guy who told him that Josiah was in the parking.

"I'm not lying Luke... I saw him with my own eyes!". The guy convinced Luke.

Luke put his hands on his hips.

"You know what? You're scared of Josiah SO much that you see him in your dreams as well. Come on! After Ethan disappeared, the Vampires are weak enough to even walk from near us". He laughed.

"But Luke_ !".

"You are wastin' my time Julian... Get out of the way... The shop's open". Luke pushed the guy to a side and went back.

"Goodness!". Josiah took a long breath as he stopped outside Asher's place.

Jaxon and William were wandering in the lawn.

Josiah came to them.

"WHERE'S Rosie?". William asked.

"Don't worry... They're on the way". Josiah replied.

"Josiah.. tell me they didn't saw you". Jaxon was worried.

"They didn't! I managed to escape". Josiah smiled.

"Hmm". Jaxon nodded. "Good".

IN THE CAB:

Rosie opened the necklace box slowly and took out the necklace. She examined it and clutched it in her fist looking out of the window.

Asher looked at the necklace. "It's beautiful.. isn't it?". He said.

Rosie turned to Asher. "It is". She smiled.

"Soon we'll get Alexa back". Asher took a breath.

"God-Willing Asher". Rosie said and placed the necklace back into the box.

Asher smiled at her and squeezed her hand.

"Great! They escaped as well!". Jaxon was happy.

"Thank goodness". Michael sighed. He was worried for his best friend.

"Now what?". William asked.

"Speed up Henry". Jaxon smirked.

"Uh- yeah sure!". Henry stood up from his place. "Let's go guys". He said to Ryan and Michael.
