Chapter 7. I'm Rich

Late at night, a few feet away from the cafe building stood a gigantic building with sentry guards patrolling the entrance of the building. These guards were armed with assault rifles, and they were also wearing black kevlar body armor. One will mistake the building for a military fort, but this was in fact the United Bank of Yorkshire.

A tall muscular figure dressed in all black with a black facemask could be seen hiding atop a building near this reputable bank. The figure leaped from the building to the ground and dashed towards one of the guards, before the guard could sense the danger behind him, the figure struck him by the side of his neck and the guard went limp, held by the black clad figure the guard was gently lowered on the ground without making any sound. The figure bolted inside the bank, sticking close to the wall and doing his possible best to avoid the guards as well as the CCTV cameras mounted on the walls, but also knocking out most of the unlucky guards without raising any alarm. The figure made his way to the underground part of the building as if he already knows his way around the building and what was hidden in there. What's even more surprising was that this figure's eyes shone green hue, one might freak out and mistake him for a ghost.

In front of the black clothed figure was a massive vault.

“Alright, so far it's been too easy, all thanks to the skills I have. Now to the next part, unlocking the vault.” the figure spoke to himself as it pressed on the the panel of the vault, his voice sounded a bit rusty. The vault didn't open after two tries.

"Oi, system, I've hit a brick wall here.. how do I get this vault open? I can't rob the bank if I can't even open the vault." The figure said.

«Ding!

Host is advised to purchase a space ring from the system.»

The figure was confused. "A space ring? What's that?"

«Ding!

A space ring is a ring imbedded with a separate dimensional space, and it's used for storing items. Host can purchase one of this ring from the system for 4 system coins, and then will the ring to suck in the entire vault into the separate dimension. The vault will automatically open once separated from this dimension and Host can now will out its contents.» The system replied. It explained it so detailed that even a douchebag will understand.

"That's.. that's fucken awesome! I need it right now!"

"No shit Sherlock! Of course!" The figure said. Few seconds later, a silver ring appeared on the figure's right hand middle finger.

"Awesome. Now, let's rob this vault." The figure said and like magic, the ring emitted silver light, and just like that, the vault vanished, leaving an empty space where it used to be. But rather than being awed, the figure had its eyes widened in shock!

Titanium steeled vault unlocked. It's contents are as followed.

The Celestial Oracle (value can not be designated).

Cash;

Potential amount: $5 billion

Gold;

Potential amount: 50 tons (valued around $2.5 billion)

Jewelries;

Potential amount: Hundreds of safe deposit boxes containing high-value items like diamonds, rare gems, and antique jewelry (valued around $500 million).»

The figure was too stunned to speak for a few seconds, but then he screamed out!

“Holy Motherfuken shit!!!” the figure exclaimed as he couldn't believe the vault was filled to the brim with nothing but cash, Gold bars, jewelries, and other documents.

"Perhaps I should really consider changing profession." The figure spoke to himself and fell into thoughts, but then he shook his head. I just need this for whatever reason the system believes is best.

It took half an hour to sort out all the wealth in the vault inside his ring, and the moment this feat was accomplished, the alarm blared and the doors began to close. The figure dashed out from the vault room and made his way out of the underground.

“It took them almost an hour to regain consciousness. This only makes the job harder. I just have to avoid them at all cost.” the figure said as he made his way towards the back door of the bank which he had come from.

Swoosh! A bullet whoosh past the black figure, if the figure hadn't dodged in time, he would have been shot dead without a doubt.

“Whoever you are, you made a big mistake of infiltrating the United Bank of Yorkshire. Stand still so I can kill you.” a brawny bald haired man said to the figure. The bald haired man was holding an assault rifle fixed with a silencer.

“Seems my luck is bad, who knew that one of the security chiefs was hiding here.” said the black figure in his rusty voice.

“You know who I am? Good, then it makes things easier, you can either surrender now or die.” said the bald haired man.

“How about a third option?” the figure enquired.

“And what is that?” the bald haired man asked with a smile as he prepared to shoot at the figure if any wrong move was made.

“I escape.” the black figure said and dashed towards the security chief who was not expecting such an outcome. The black figure dodged an incoming bullets, side stepped to dodge a punch from the security chief, then punched the man on the neck, the man staggered which gave the the black figure a leeway to escape. The figure wasn't stupid to think he could defeat the security chief with reinforcements heading his way, he landed that punch based on luck and the fact his opponent underestimated him, but if it comes to a full on clash, he will be shredded to pieces.

Few kilometers away from the bank's building, a figure could be seen clothed in black. The man began undressing, and then wore a wornout shirt and trousers, this man was.. Maximus.

Maximus couldn't be more happier as not only had the system awarded him with skills and system coins, but he was now currently in possession of more than five billion dollars plus immense amount of jewelries that will yield forth more wealth when appraised and sold.
