Chapter 12: Basic Affinities And Unique Affinities

After taking out the mana crystal sphere which was used for detecting the affinity of a mage, Beluar held and forwarded it to Ainsley, gesturing him to touch the mana crystal sphere.

“Inject your mana into the affinity crystal. The affinity crystal will split your mana from mana to your elemental affinities. The mana that a mage uses is made up of their elements so the affinity crystal will detect those elements and determine your elemental affinities.”

When Ainsley heard Beluar’s words, he nodded and placed his hand on the mana crystal sphere. Afterward, he injected his mana into the affinity crystal.

His mana entered the affinity crystal and as Beluar had said, it split into different colors.

Mana was inherently colorless. But as if light entered a prism, Ainsley’s mana split into different colors inside the affinity crystal.
