The moment she drank the drinks and when she took her last breath was not more than Two minutes, meaning if Karina had taken the drinks, then she would have also died instantly.

Adam signaled to Rohan to carry her corpses to the hospital for autopsy, which was done almost immediately.

Karina was sweating. Tears were flowing on her cheeks but she couldn't open her mouth to cry out.

"Did someone just die on her behalf? What would have happened to her if she took the drinks? Does Aria know about the poison? If at all she is aware about the poison, why didn't she take it away instead of drinking it? By doing that, it would have saved their lives and she would have believed whatever explanation that was made".
