Cultivation weak swordsman

Lake Limau Martial Arts Center

A young man slumped in a corner, staring blankly ahead, lamenting his unfortunate fate. A young man who was struggling desperately to get what he wanted, like becoming a great warrior. A very simple desire, just wanting to be a great warrior without the desire to be feared or respected by many people. Hard efforts to do what the teacher asked, starting from imitating what was demonstrated and what he gave directions to being guided patiently every time. But all in vain; until this moment, there has been no improvement at all. Restlessness, anxiety, fear, and disappointment are what Fen Lian is feeling. All this time, she has tried her best to succeed, but in reality, fate has not wanted to change.

Fen Lian herself felt that all her efforts were in vain, and by the middle of her martial arts training, she sensed that something was wrong with her. She had also talked to her teacher about this irregularity, but the teacher's answer was still the same: no advice other than to encourage Fen Lian to continue practicing what she had been taught so far. She has done everything the teacher has taught her, even trying to follow the advice given many times. Once or twice, there might still be the spirit and desire to try to manage what is in her. But Fen Lian could not always continue to struggle to achieve what she wanted.

It came to a point where Fen Lian really felt tired and wanted to give up. Like what happened in the past few days, Fen Lian felt her spirit drop dramatically, almost losing it. The feeling of disappointment at the failure she was experiencing, plus the fact that all of her classmates had successfully advanced to the next level, meant that training would soon change. But she still stayed in place, as if there was no desire to move forward for the sake of the future she had planned.

A few hours ago was the time when the teacher trainer tested the knowledge that his students had learned as well as the increase in knowledge. In this activity, all students are required to take the test, and the teacher is also kind enough to give up to ten chances to those who fail the test. There were five students who did not succeed in the first trial, but they succeeded in the second trial. Unlike Fen Lian, who failed on ten occasions,

Isn't that great? It was great that he could fail ten times. Even though beforehand it was very mature, and of course the knowledge tested had been mastered by the students, somehow Fen Lian did not succeed at all. The teacher also pointed out that the reason for Fen Lian's failure was due to her lack of cultivation energy. From the beginning, the teacher had said that Fen Lian's cultivation ability was very poor, but that shouldn't be a problem because, in reality, there were a lot of people who had this defect but could do well.

"Until now, my ability to cultivate has failed; am I destined to be a warrior without cultivation? So what's the point of being a warrior if you can't cultivate?" Fen Lian said.

Then he turned his head towards his training ground. He still remembered very well how the trial he had done earlier had gone, and while his other friends had all succeeded, there was only one person left, namely himself.

Flashback on

"Fen Lian, this is the last try; if you fail, then you have to repeat all the material from the beginning until now alone because your other friends have advanced to the next level. It's impossible for them to wait for you; it would be a waste of their time," the teacher told Fen Lian.

Hearing her uncle's statement, Fen Lian instantly felt that the teacher was also disappointed in her, so it made Fen Lian feel a little bad about the teacher. But what else could she do? She had done everything right according to the teacher's teachings, but the results were still unsuccessful.

"So what should Fen Lian do, uncle?" Fen Lian asked the teacher almost every day.

"There is no success without effort; the failures you have made do not mean that you will forever fail. The only way is to keep practicing. Re-learn what your uncle taught you until you are able to master everything!" The teacher explained.

Fen Lian was silent for a moment, digesting every sentence. She herself was also confused about her situation. Until now, it was still a question of what was wrong with him that he repeatedly failed to cultivate.

A few seconds later, Uncle Master tapped Fen Lian lightly on the shoulder. While encouraging his disciple not to give up so easily.

"Fen Lian, keep practicing; your future doesn't stop here. I'll give you one week to repeat everything. Practice earnestly, and meet Uncle in this place!" Asked the uncle.

Flashback off

"Arrgghhttt...!!!"

"Until when do I have to be like this? Until when, huh? I'm tired!" Fen Lian shouted in frustration.

Fen Lian scooped up her face roughly, not forgetting to take off her headband and throw the headband away. Completely frustrated this time, there was no longer any enthusiasm to fix things because the disappointment she felt was so great.

Not long after, a group of well-built men came to Fen Lian in the hall. They looked very stern with a gait, like they were in charge of this place. Soon, the man called out Fen Lian's name.

"Fen Lian!"

Fen Lian immediately looked up and stared at the man with her lazy gaze. Fen Lian recognized the man in front of her; they were Yier Yan and her group of teenage friends. But they had mastered all the moves, including excellent cultivation skills.

Fen Lian got up from her seat lazily. "What do you want?" Fen Lian asked Yier.

"Nothing, I just want to say sorry about your failure, hahaha!"

Loud laughter filled Fen Lian's ears. Yier and his friends were laughing at Fen Lian's failure. It made Fen Lian feel humiliated by her friends' behavior.

"Is it appropriate for you to laugh over your own brother's failure?" Fen Lian asked.

Yier instantly furrowed his brow. "Who is my brother, you?" Asked Yier while pointing at Fen Lian. But a few seconds later, Yier laughed softly again. "I've never had a brother like you; my brother is a great swordsman capable of mastering several moves, not someone who can't cultivate like you! Rubbish!"

Fen Lian glared at Yier's last sentence. After that, she stared at them with a hateful gaze.

"TRASH! There is no waste here!" Yier said it again, but this time using his mocking tone.

"WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE!"

"Tsk! What do you want—a fight? Come on, who's afraid?" Yier replied arrogantly.

"You....."
