Regretful death and eventful meeting

Haah, What a miserable death if I must say so.

I was just enjoying my after meal walk while listening to the ' Ariana Grande ' when suddenly 2 pitch black cars suddenly and abruptly stopped in front of my way and a noble, elegant and handsome man with 4-5 burly bodyguard came out from the car's.

"A person like you shouldn't be walking in a road where even ruffling of the tree's can be heard now should you ? Older brother" the elegant man asked in a threating tone.

"What do you mean by a person like me, no wait what are 'you' even doin here younger brother ? " I asked with smile which was far from happy.

By seeing that I didn't even show a hint of hesitation, panic or restlessness the 'elegant' man's handsome face turned into a scoul and he asked 2 of the burly bodyguard to make me kneel in front of him.

Without any struggling I let those man make me kneel in front of the elegant man barely a foot away.

"How unsightly, to think that the heir of your oh-so-prestigious family will make his older brother kneel in front of him." I said in a moking yet calm tone.

"Don't you fear for your life, no one will care even if you die here?!" The elegant man shouted with a frown when he noticed not a single drop of sweat on my face.

While saying so the 'elegant' man removed a revolver and pointed in just some few inches away from my heart.

Suddenly a person came running from the 'elegant' man's back like someone was chasing him and bumped into the 'elegant' man.

BANG!!

A loud ear piercing sound came after which a deadly silence spread and only the ruffling of trees caused by cold night wind can be heard.

I sensed strength escaping from my body and my eyes became blurry.

'Is this how it ends...'

I thought with a smile when I saw panic and fear in his handsome face.

'Really, what a miserable way to die which seemed more like an accident than tragical' I sighed.

'Well, I knew I was not going to die through the decomposition of time but I really don't care because for me death is just a eternal sleep and well it's not like I will choose death if given an option but because of one my many regret's and my wierd way of looking at life I lost my sense of fear during my teenage but... wait, shouldn't I lose all my senses including the sense of thought according to biology'

"Well it's because this your ethereal body and not a mortal shackle" said a feminine soothing yet deep voice

'Ah, okay... HOLY MOTHER ALMIGHTY' I panicked when I heard a woman explaining me in motherly tone.

"That's... a really unique way of greeting" said the soothing voice.

'Ah, sorry for my rudeness... like hell I will say something like that!!? And besides, why should I greet someone who I don't even know in the first place?' I asked in a moking tone.

"If you would have known me than you would have already been on your knees and looked at me with admiration and respect" said the soothing voice with a hint of arrogance.

' Don't worry, I have not bowed to anyone except a single person in my whole life ' I said with pride.

" Hah!! You call that a life, you weren't even able to reach two third of your life." Said the soothing voice completely opposite to her words.

'urk... well where even am I ? Who are you? How are you here? How am I here? And didn't I died just a couple of minutes ago ? ' I asked hurriedly changing the subject.

"Hmmm... interesting, even for a mere human you are quite calm... I guess" she muttered in a confused tone but still continued.

"Alright, for your first your first question you are in dimensional gap or rift to be precise in this place time and spatial coordinates doesn't work or exist" she said in a threatening tone.

' Okay... so in short in this place day and night does not exist, What a dull place.' I said in calm and clear voice.

"Yes... Damn, at least show a little surprise" sighed the soothing voice.

"Whatever, I will tell who am I and why am I here after your other questions and the reason why you are here is undefined that means I don't know how can a soul of lower being can break through it's parents world's transmigration cycle" said the soothing voice again with a tone that was more like mother's teaching to her child.

" There are tons of theories I can think but the most sensible will be because of my existence in this space is the reason why you are here and yes, you died but in your cotheral body or to be precise a body made of flesh but this is a spiritual body made of your will and soul in the form of ener..." She was saying when I abruptly stopped her.

' WAIT, wait I don't understand a damn thing except that, that I shouldn't be here but still I am here because of some nonsensical reason or you, and I am dead but still not because I am present here in a form of energy, am I correct ? ' I said in a seemingly exhausted with a hint of excitement in my voice.

"Mind your language boy, and I said the same thing with more explanation in it" said the soothing voice in what seem to be a pout.

' Well, I don't understand a single damn thing of what you said, so please don't expect from me to hear all those otherworldly words such as soul and what not' I said with a frown.

"Haah, sorry it's not always that people come in this dark and cold place except for punishment, so I just got excited when I saw and when you started asking me questions" the soothing voice sighed with a ting of loneliness.

And at the same time after hearing her, a memory of a not so distant past came to my mind which caused me to relate to her.

' Well, as you said time doesn't flow here, so first let me introduce myself or my past self first ' I said.

' Hi, my nam was sushant, my home country was in the continent of Asia, country India on planet earth. I was your average salary man working for one of the most prestigious and world-wide company as a senior AI engineer and data scientist at the age of 24, just so you know I was referred as a genius in coding because of my high position and young age, I died because of a reason which I can't tell to someone who is close me let alone the thought of sharing it to someone who is a complete stranger is out of option, sorry ' I said in tone which would be more like a presentation.

" Well, thank you for that speech but just like you I didn't understand a single word you said except that you referred to yourself as genius and was talking in a arrogant manner" she said in a teasing voice while claping her hands like a little girl

'NO, I was not'

"Yes you were"

' well, whatever now it's your turn ' I said in a calm voice.

" Um, regarding that I guess I can tell you in return of something which only you can give me, giving it or not is your choice but you have to choose at least one option of the choices, all of them would be in both of us favour so choose carefully and once you choose it there is no turning back " she said her soothing but firm voice.

' okay ' I replied without hesitation but with the same firmness and seriousness

" Boy, it has just been little time since we met but I am already liking you more and more " she said in a voice full of excitement.

' Flattering me won't take you anywhere miss ' I said in a teasing voice.

" Alright so first let me introduce myself I don't know what you referred to me in your world but just like you I 'was' referred as 'the brilliant fragment of light which holds authority over truth, knowledge and wisdom' she said in a motherly tone.

' wait, wait, wait' I said in a confused tone with a ting of surprise.

' I don't know if it's you but I might know your name and if that is right than damn this is the time I will die a second time because of shock ' I said in voice which couldn't hide my excitement.

Even I didn't recognise that this was the first time after long time that I acted like a child in excitement. I acted like this when I was just 5 year's old and got a present for my birthday well that was the only present I got in my life of 24 years but that doesn't matter now.

"Oh, go ahead" she said while looking at me like a mother looking at her child when he solved his first math's problem on his own.
