Evening. In the woods of Agranah.

"She should be somewhere around here."

Samantha stopped under a big oak tree. The shades of the tree were generous enough to hide her from the scorching rays of the unbelievable sun. Twas evening, but the sun seemed yet to be in its prime, probably obsessed with its duty.

"But I can't find a trace of her."

She complained, looking to her left and right. Then back to the front. She made her eyes glow suddenly, in an attempt to trace the tracks but she got nothing.

"How could she be hiding from me. How am I supposed to cultivate my powers if she keeps going off the grid? Do I have to submit myself to some random Sorceress who might take advantage of my vulnerability?"

She grunted, leaning on the trunk of the tree.

"I refuse to be discouraged. I must seek her till I get wearied. Till the day is folded and night takes a fancy of the mortal realm."

She went down on her butts
