Before he could recover, Ares appeared behind him, driving a powerful kick to his side, throwing him against the mountain body. He landed, coughing, then propelled himself forward again. He attempted to stump him and he flew away, withdrawing his daggers. He hurled them quickly at Ares who only slapped them off with his sword.
