Chakra

Chakra was an necessity if you want to become a powerhouse in this world . The more chakra you have more strength you can exert.

But there is also a cruel fact that the upper limit of your chakra is determined the moment you are born , it is in other words a person innate talent . If a person works hard to improve yourself while taking all necessary precautions he may be able to extend his limit .

Chakra is produced because of integration of sprit with all the body cells . The chakra produced during one's meditation and is carried through the body through meridians and collected in at one place which is our dantian .

A person can produce limited amount of chakra after one round of meditation and how long a person can meditate depends on the person .

The amount of chakra produced by a person in one round of refinement is dependent of his or her body and spirit . That means if a person have a strong body and spirit then he will produce more chakra than one with weak body and spirit .

Body can be improved by exercise but the only way increase to increase our spirit is through constant battle . Spirit needs something to stimulate itself like excitement, hate and even fear and the best place to experience these is in a battle .

To increase the rate at which he can produce chakra he gave chip the task make best suited routine through which he can increase his physical strength , for spirit it could be that because he was reborn his spirit was greatly stimulated and it was much stronger than the original owner's.

Bai chen took a sitting position and started refining chakra in his room . It may look like a simple process but is was very complex . If it was not for chip's help he may have taken a lot of time to extract chakra .

Due to chip's previous detailed analysis and its active guidance helped saving him a lot of time . He was able to extract chakra after a couple of minutes .

His meditation lasted only for five minutes before he felt that his body was hollowed out , is was a sign the he has reached his limit of extracting chakra for the time being .

The chakra he have extracted traveled through the body and assimilated in the dantian. Right now his dantian contained a pitiful amount of chakra . It will take a long time to let it grow.

Due to cells loosing energy the food he had eaten before was digested faster , the energy absorbed from the food was being crazily devoured by the cells .

He came to study room . It wasn't too big , there were shelf's on both sides of the room . This room wasn't much used by any one .

Walking to the shelf on the right he picked up a book about basic chakra application.
