Chapter 37

After few hours Khalid started to wake up and he notices that someone was carrying him and he started to struggle to hope that he could escape from whatever is holding him but it was no use, after few failed attempts Iris finally notices that Khalid wake up.

She throws him to the ground and before he moved she grabbed his shoulder then she asked him “who are you and why were you watching us from afar” then she let him go and put her sword near his neck “and I really hope that you won’t lie”

Khalid was terrified that he was caught by them because he knows from what he saw before when they were fighting that there is a slim chance of him being able to escape from them and he got more scared when she threatens him that he could not say a single word.

James approach Iris and said “I think it would be better for us just to knock him out then give him to the nearest guard that we can find it is not like we have any time-wasting investigating someone like him” then
