“Where are we going to exactly, if I may ask?” Molly broke the frustrating silence.
“Home” Matilda replied slowly.
“What do you mean? What home?” Molly asked again.
“Our house, she means” Steve answered Molly.
“To do what? To go and sleep? Or do you guys have a painting house, maybe we are going to your house to paint? We should be looking on how to get our stupid asses out this boring past” Molly rushed with scoffs.
“Look Molly, if you fucking know any other stupid way to get your stupid fucking ass out of here, then do it. I will fucking do my own my way” Matilda turned to her spoke to her face.
“Do you even have a plan? Weirdo”

“To meet your mum in this past? You think she will remember you or is she s fortune teller?” Molly smiled.
“Come on Molly, let’s stick to the first plan. If it doesn’t work out then we look for other ways to get out of here” Dustin whispered to Molly.
“There better be. I have a date with my crush tonight and it’s Elsa’s birthday” Molly replied.
“Matilda have a date too” Steve said slowly and Dustin looked at Matilda slowly.
They arrived at the Brooks house address and Matilda and Steve were speechless.
“Okay what’s happening? Why aren’t we knocking on the door?” Molly interrupted.
“This house has been here since 2003 and they never told us? Has dad and mum just been repainting this house over and over?” Matilda said and Molly chuckled.
“Dad said it’s a new house” Steve was still surprised.
“Hmmm family” Molly scoffed.
“It’s a strong house’ Dustin joined them and looked at Matilda.
“Yeah it has been” Matilda chuckled.
“Did you see that tree Matilda? Told you its an old tree” Steve said, pointing at a tree beside the house.
“Can we just knock on that door and get in there please?” Molly cuts in. they got closer to the house and Matilda knocked on the door. Mrs. Brooks opened the door and saw the four kids in front of her house.
“Mum” Steve and Matilda were happy but Mrs. Brooks was surprised.
“What? Who are you kids and what are you doing here?”
“Kids?” Molly scoffed. Steve and Matilda were disappointed.
“Mum it’s us. I’m your daughter Matilda and this is Steve…oh you are pregnant again” Matilda said and Mrs. Brooks laughed after a short stare at Matilda’s face.
“You’re funny, you are really funny I swear to God” she continued.
“Okay” Molly was tired.
“Ma’am I know this is crazy but…’
“Honey who’s there” a voice asked from inside.
“Come here honey” She said with a smile.
“Is that Dad?’ Steve asked.
“You mean my husband? yeah that’s my husband” Mrs. Brooks replied.
“What’s happening here?” Brooks asked, holding his wife. Matilda and Steve smiled after they saw their dad.
“Can you imagine what this pretty girl is wishing us. She sounded like a fairy godmother”
“What’d she say?”
“Dad, you have three children. I, Steve and Will but Will is not here, he’s in school”
“What? This is still my first child” Brooks said, rubbing his hand on his wife’s stomach.
“And mind you, it’s a boy” he added.
“O boy” Matilda groaned.
“This is too sick” Dustin joined.
“Wait..you were not born in 2003, when the fuck were you born?”
“That’s me in her womb Molly, she will be due on December 18”
“Wait…how did you know that?”
“Because I was born on 18th December 2003” Matilda replied loudly.
“They are really godmother’s” Brooks and his wife chuckled.
“I shouldn’t have gone to that café with you” Steve said and sat down on the step of the house.
“Look Steve..”
“It all doesn’t make any sense. Our own parent’s didn’t even make any sense all. Look at them” Steve stopped Dustin from consoling him.
“Café? Did you say café?”
“You run a café don’t you?” Molly asked.
“Yeah we started last week and how did you know about that café?”
“Because we are your children for Christ sake Brooks” Matilda yelled again.
“Wait…how did you know our name?” Mrs. Brooks looked at Matilda.
“Does any of these things we are saying even makes any sense to you dumb parents?” Molly asked her.

“Yes” they all shouted. The Brooks were surprised.
“Oh my God” Brooks was amazed.
“I had three children. I told you I could do it” Mrs. Brooks smiled.
