Authur thought about several ways to use his new system, so he decided to go to a nearby store to purchase a few clothes.

The next morning after eating breakfast, Authur rode his bike to Emerald Isle.

Emerald Isle was a famous jewelry company and it was known to have rare necklaces which could go as far as two hundred million dollars when sold.

He parked his bike at the side of Emerald Isle parking lot, his bike was parked beside lots of luxurious cars and several Bentleys.

Only the rich and famous were always seen in the company, Authur walked towards the company.

He whistled as he got closer.

Suddenly a black Porsche got his attention, the car horned at Authur and the driver cussed from within the car.

The two young couple got out of the car.

The man was wearing a regal suit, meanwhile the lady looked very sophisticated in her red velvet gown.

As it turned out, the lady was Chloe Carter, his ex-wife, and the man was Ethan William.

Authur didn't know why they were at a Jewelry company, he cursed fate for having them meet at the wrong time.

"Did you come here to look for a job after being thrown out of the Carter's mansion?" Chloe made fun of him after she caught sight of him, she had seen him when she was inside the car.

Authur ignored her and started walking, how could his ex-wife move on so soon and go out with another man the next day?

"Wait! You don't have to be so rude, I can get you a job as a… let's say a cleaner haha" Chloe continued to make fun of Authur, she didn't like the way he walked out on them.

"Oh maybe he came here to beg for money, that's what beggars do!" Ethan's face curved up in a sly smile.

I am glad you signed the divorce papers so I can get married to the love of my life…Ethan here treats me way better and today he is going to buy me the most expensive ring in Emerald isle." Chloe wrapped her hands around Ethan's shoulders.

The reason why Chloe called Authur was to humiliate him.

Authur smiled as he heard the metallic voice in his head.

Chloe twisted her lips, how could her filthy ex-husband talk to her in that manner?

She held Ethan's hands and they both marched into the luxurious company, leaving Authur behind.

"Ethan I want this, it's so beautiful! It is such a perfect ring and I can't wait to wear it to our engagement party"

"So shiny"

Chloe gushed over the rings on the counter, they were the most beautiful rings she had ever seen and they cost millions of dollars.

" I want all"

"They are so pretty"

"Why don't you pick the one you like the most?" Ethan held a beautifully crafted ring with engravings on the band, it was studded in sparkling gem stores.

"This one looks perfect! What do you think?" Ethan showed the ring to Chloe.

She was stunned by the exquisite design, she quickly put the ring on her finger and admired it.

"I will take this," she told the jewelry salesman.

" You do have a nice taste, I am sure this would look perfect on you." The salesman plastered a smile on his face.

He felt happy as he saw the two couples walk in earlier, he quickly went to attend to them and show them the best rings in the store and his efforts paid off.

"I will buy the ring"

A voice shouted from behind, it was Authur's.

He walked towards them, he raised his eyebrows and his mouth curved into a cunning smile.

"Who allowed this garbage in here?"

The salesman screamed at the sight of Authur.

How did sure an irresponsible-looking fellow enter a highly reputable company like the Emerald isle?

"Filthy bastard!" Chloe shook her head as she saw Authur who was now standing in front of them.

"Why did you guys allow this type of people in here?" Ethan folded his arms, he felt a flicker of disgust as he stared at Authur.

"Someone like him doesn't belong here!"

"I am deeply sorry, I will find a way to get this filthy man out of here." The salesman apologized to Chloe and Ethan.

Authur was wearing a casual t-shirt and jean trousers, he balled his fist as they all criticized him.

"Is this how you treat customers?" Authur shook his head in pity.

"We treat good customers who can afford our jewelry, as you can see this is a highly reputable store and we accept people of high class." The salesman rolled his eyes and then continued

"Shoo! It seems like you lost your way, why don't you go to the other stores where they sell twenty-dollar jewelry"

Authur frowned "And who told you that I cannot afford it?"

"Because you don't look like a person who can afford to pay a hundred million for a ring" The salesman sneered disdainfully "But this lovely couple over here can pay and they have already purchased it"

Chloe laughed sinisterly "You heard what the man just said…shush you don't belong here! You can go check the garbage can for some money and use that to buy a ring in the future"

"And what if I can pay the money?" Authur curled his lips into a sneer and said "If I pay the money then you three get to lick my shoe but if I don't then I get to leave the store and never come back"

"Where would you see a hundred million dollars in a short time, have you forgotten that my family and I fed you and once clothed you."

"System do you think it is wise to buy the ring?"

Authur asked his system, he couldn't afford to be humiliated for the second time.

Authur snapped back to reality, he knew the reason why the system had told him to come but he hoped he was now the owner and the system wasn't playing games with him.

The virtual window closed back and Authur saw Ethan giving his payment card to the salesman.

Authur hurriedly rushed forward and said, "what do you think you are doing?"

"They are about to pay for the ring that you cannot afford, loser!" The salesman hisses at Authur.

Just then a man walked towards them, he was wearing a very expensive suit and he looked like an elite.

It was the owner of Emerald Isle, Joe Fletcher.

"Welcome Mr. Maxwell, I have been expecting you"

"Thanks for the warm welcome, my pleasure to meet you." Authur shooked Joe's hand.

The salesman, Chloe and Ethan's eyes were open in shock, why did the famous Joe Fletcher shake the hands of a nobody?

"What is going on here? Why didn't you bring Mr Maxwell to the executive office" Joe frowned with raised eyebrows.

"Mr Joe I think you made a big mistake, these are the customers and you are shaking hands with the wrong person." The salesman gave Authur a disgusting look.

"Yes! We are the customers and you should be welcoming us and not that dirty thing" Chloe spat at Authur.

"What do you mean by dirty? I am talking to Mr Maxwell, he had just purchased the company and he is now the rightful owner of the company." Joe snapped at the salesman.

"What do you mean that he is the owner of the company?" Chloe furiously stated, her anger rose as she saw Mr. Joe address Authur as the new owner.

"You heard what he said" Authur smirked as he saw the look on their faces.

"What! You must be mistaken!"

"How could that be!"

The salesman quickly went on his knees and begged Authur

"I am sorry Sir, I never knew you were such an important person."

Authur ignored him and turned to face Chloe and Ethan, they both had frightened expressions on their face.

How did a nobody get the money to purchase the best jewelry company in the country?

Authur clicked his tongue and then pointed at the salesman "Mr Joe, I was harassed and humiliated by this man over here. Could you please do me a favor by taking this trash out!"

"Sure Mr Maxwell, I will call security to throw him out now!"

Mr Joe called security and gave them the instructions to throw the salesman out of Emerald Isle.

"What a pity! Now the tables have turned and you both are as frightened as a pufferfish" Authur crossed his hands around himself.

"How did this happen!" Chloe stomped her feet on the floor, her body went cold with fury.

Ethan wanted to tear Authur to pieces but he was stopped by Chloe who dragged his arms.

Authur scrunched his nose and then said "Before you leave my company, do not forget to clean your dirty footprints, we wouldn't want this place to be filled with your stench!"

Chloe and Ethan furiously marched out of the store.

Meanwhile, the salesman was begging and wailing as the guards kicked him out of the company.
