CHAPTER 1: AWAKENING IN A STRANGE WORLD
His head felt heavy, his thoughts still hazy as his eyelids slowly opened. The ceiling light was blinding, making him blink a few times before realizing he was lying in an unfamiliar place. A luxurious hotel room, a soft bed, and... a young woman sleeping beside him.
His eyes narrowed. Who was she? His heartbeat quickened, not because of the woman’s presence, but because he suddenly realized—this wasn’t his body! He tried to recall… and then the memories came crashing down like a storm. He was Harold, the supreme martial arts master in the cultivation world. He had conquered countless sects, mastered the highest techniques, and became a living legend. But glory always attracted hatred. The person he trusted the most… his own fiancée… had stabbed him in the back. The woman he protected and empowered had handed him over to his enemies. Yet, the most painful part wasn’t her betrayal—it was the fact that his own younger brother was the mastermind behind it all. "I won’t let you live any longer, brother." That cold voice still echoed in his mind. His brother’s voice, just before the sword pierced his chest. Blood. Betrayal. Death. Yet, he hadn’t disappeared completely. He was here. He looked at his hands. This body was weak, devoid of spiritual energy. This world… was different. No Spiritual Energy, no sects, only strange objects and technology he had never seen before. "So… I’ve come back to life in a new world?" he muttered. A sound beside him made him turn his head. The young woman was stirring, her eyes slowly opening. Memories of this body's owner flooded his mind, overwhelming him with fragments of Hansen’s life. This young man was named Hansen. An ordinary university student in a world called Earth. No extraordinary talent, no power, just a regular guy living a monotonous life. But one thing set him apart—last night. Now he remembered. A birthday party for a friend. Alcohol, loud music, and finally… his encounter with this woman. Lauren. A beautiful woman with long, shimmering hair and eyes so deep they seemed to swallow anyone who stared too long. The old Hansen might have panicked. But he wasn’t the old Hansen anymore. Harold—now Hansen—took a deep breath. This world was strange to him. There was no Spiritual Energy to absorb, this body was weak, and the knowledge of this world was completely foreign. But there was one thing he knew for sure: He had been given a second chance. And he wouldn’t waste it. The woman beside him shifted. Her eyelids fluttered a few times before fully opening. Their eyes met. Then she screamed so loudly it nearly burst Hansen’s eardrums. "AAAAAH! Why are you in my room?!" Not just screaming, she also tried to kick him. However, her body weakened instantly, and what should have been a strong kick merely brushed against Hansen feebly. It seemed the effects of alcohol or exhaustion still lingered. Hansen frowned, looking at her blankly. "Annoying. Why are you screaming?" His voice was flat, carrying a hint of indifference. The woman was taken aback by his calm response. Her eyes widened, and she quickly pulled the blanket over her body. "You… You sneaked into my room?! What happened last night?!" Her face flushed with a mix of anger and panic. Hansen stared at her for a moment before the memories of this body resurfaced. The party, alcohol, laughter, and eventually, the two of them leaving together. They had entered this hotel and— Hansen suddenly understood. He let out a quiet sigh. "I didn’t sneak into your room. We came here together last night." Lauren still looked at him suspiciously, though part of her memory was starting to recall the events of last night. "No way… I wouldn’t do something like that!" she mumbled, but her voice wavered. Hansen had no interest in arguing. He had just woke up in a strange world, and now he had to deal with a woman he didn’t even know? This was too troublesome. "I don’t care what you think," he said flatly. "I’m leaving." Hansen got up from the bed, but as soon as he tried to stand, a slight dizziness hit him. This body was truly weak. If he still had the strength from his previous life, this would have been nothing. But now, he was just an ordinary human in a world without Spiritual Energy. "AAAAAH!!" Lauren screamed even louder than before, even more panicked than earlier. Her face turned bright red as her eyes locked onto something that shocked her. Hansen turned lazily, slightly irritated. "Why are you screaming again?" But as he followed her horrified gaze, he realized something. He wasn’t wearing anything. His eyes drifted downward, and sure enough, he was completely naked. Hansen paused for a moment. Ah… no wonder she was panicking. Maintaining his calm expression, he averted his gaze and looked at the floor. Clothes were scattered there—his shirt, pants, even his underwear mixed with some of Lauren’s clothing. Without saying a word, he walked over and picked up his clothes one by one. Lauren stared at him in shock and anger, but Hansen ignored her. "You pervert!" Lauren threw a pillow at him, but Hansen effortlessly deflected it without even looking. Without paying attention to her complaints, Hansen casually walked towards the bathroom. Once inside, he closed the door and locked it. Lauren was still sitting on the bed, her heart pounding. She couldn’t understand how this man could remain so calm after all this. Normally, a man in this situation would panic or try to explain. But him… Just thinking about it made her blush. However, as she lifted the blanket still covering her body, she was shocked to discover that she wasn’t wearing anything either. Only then did she feel the soreness all over her body. Especially in certain areas. "Ah… damn it!" Meanwhile, inside the bathroom, Hansen turned on the water and began washing his face. He stared into the mirror, carefully examining his new body. This body… while still within normal human limits, was far too weak compared to his former self. No trained muscles, no trace of Spiritual Energy, and most annoyingly—no power at all. He clenched his fists and let out a slow breath. "Looks like I have to start everything from scratch..." he muttered. But that didn’t matter. "In my past life, I was a legend. In this new life, I will become more than just a legend." A faint smirk appeared on his lips. This was just the beginning.Expand

Man From Another Wold Chapter 170: Blood Behind the Name Halim
In a secluded underground chamber, far from the main palace, Young Lord Halim sat atop a throne carved from black stone, arms crossed. His narrow eyes stared into the violet flames dancing in a metal bowl before him. Each flicker of light revealed dark lines on his face—marks of a soul consumed by hatred, lust, and boundless ambition.Surrounding him stood several figures clad entirely in black—members of the Eastern Shadows, an elite assassin guild that only moved for blood-bound contracts.“So... it failed?” Halim asked in a tone flat yet terrifying. One of the agents dropped to his knees, trembling.“We didn’t expect… that man… Hansen… he’s not what we thought. He defeated three of our elites... with his bare hands…”CRACK!!The bronze goblet in Halim’s hand shattered. The red liquid inside—supposedly sacred wine—splashed onto his robe, but he didn’t care.“Because of some lowborn bastard no one’s ever heard of… I have to hear this kind of report?” His voice was as cold as glacial

Man From Another Wold Chapter 169: Shadows Behind the Silk Curtain
The afternoon air in the City of Four Pillars felt slightly heavy. Dark clouds had begun to gather, as if reflecting the city's increasingly tense atmosphere.Inside Albert’s modest residence—modest, yet full of hidden formations—Hansen sat upright in a rattan chair. His eyes stared sharply at the cup of tea before him, though his mind wandered far. He knew that ever since leaving the Moonlight Inn, quiet footsteps had been tailing him. Not common people.Albert emerged from behind a curtain, carrying a small tray of colorful pills and a cup of warm herbal brew.“Where have you been?” Albert asked bluntly. “You didn’t return all night.”Hansen lifted his head. “I stayed at one of the inns in the City of Four Pillars.”Albert sat across from him, his eyes sharp, brows slightly furrowed.“Be careful. This city is not as peaceful as it looks. Though it appears calm on the surface, it’s like dry straw filled with fire beneath. You could burn at any time.”Hansen nodded. “I’m always carefu

Man From Another Wold Chapter 168: A Silent Promise
Night had grown deep. The moonlight was beginning to fade, replaced by shy, flickering starlight behind the veils of the sky. Inside the Moonlight Inn, silence blanketed the room, broken only by the ticking of time—slower, heavier than usual.Serisya lay on a large bed layered with soft sheets, her body wrapped in a thin silk blanket. Her beautiful eyes peeked out from under the covers, watching Hansen who sat cross-legged in the corner of the room—still, unmoving, as if the world had disappeared from his senses.“He doesn’t even glance at me...” Serisya whispered in her heart, both surprised and... disappointed. She had prepared for every possibility tonight. Beneath her pillow, she had hidden the Snow Venom Bracelet, a legacy from her mother’s northern clan. With one press, it could release a dozen poisoned needles in every direction. She was not a woman to be easily conquered—not by men... not even by love. But Hansen? The man just sat there in silence, immersed in his cultivation,

Man From Another Wold Chapter 167: The Flame Behind the Silk Curtain
"Sir, there’s a letter from the spy!"A rushed, anxious voice echoed inside a lavish room adorned with golden carvings of dragons and garudas. A young servant stumbled in, trembling hands holding out a neatly folded slip of paper. At a round table made from rare mahogany wood, sat a tall man with neatly combed hair, exuding arrogance. His face was handsome, but his eyes were cold and sharp as blades. This was Young Master Halim, the man appointed by the royal family as the fiancé of Princess Serisya."Read it!" his voice sliced through the air like a dagger. The servant unfolded the paper and began reading nervously, “Princess Serisya has met with a man named Hansen at the Purnama Inn. They are now inside a room… with no guards. I could not hear what they are saying or doing because Princess Serisya activated a Sound-Silencing Formation.”CRACK!Halim’s hand clenched the armrest so tightly that the expensive wood splintered. His eyes blazed with fury. “DAMN IT!”The servant stepped ba

Man From Another Wold Chapter 166: A Meeting Beneath the Moonlight
The night sky stretched vast and dark, strewn with stars, but above Four Pillars City, the moon shone full—round, bright, and beautiful. Its silver light spilled onto the cobbled streets, casting a timeless charm upon the classical city.Hansen stood in front of the Moonlight Inn, a six-story building with graceful curves, polished wooden arches, and a roof shaped like the wings of a phoenix. Small spirit lanterns lined the walls, glowing softly with golden hues that lit up the night. He had asked Yorgi and a few locals earlier—it wasn’t hard to find. The inn was well-known as a place where nobles and high-class travelers stayed.Just as he was about to step inside, someone was already waiting.Jarl.The gruff guard from earlier stood tall with a cold expression. His eyes were wary, but this time, there was no anger. Only heightened vigilance.“Third floor, west corner room. Her Highness is waiting,” Jarl said curtly, then added flatly,“Leave your weapon and storage ring. Direct orde

Man From Another Wold Chapter 165: Eyes That Defy the Heavens
The lively hum of Old Kitchen slowly returned to normal, though the air still carried a trace of unease. Some patrons resumed eating, but their eyes often drifted back to the table of Princess Serisya of the Northern Kingdom.Hansen continued eating slowly, though he occasionally glanced her way. It wasn’t her beauty that held his attention—but her eyes. Sharp, composed, full of authority—and as if carrying memories that weren’t her own.But the guard named Jarl wasn’t satisfied. He watched Hansen from afar with suspicion in his eyes, his chest rising and falling with barely restrained emotion.“Insolent…” he muttered, suddenly standing and striding toward Hansen and Yorgi’s table. His steps were heavy, radiating pressure with each one. A mid-level Divine rank warrior, and from his movements, clearly not just a martial artist—but a seasoned battlefield killer.“Stand up,” he said flatly.Hansen chewed calmly. “Why?”“Stand and bow. You stared at Her Highness for too long.” His face wa
