“You’re joking right?” Hailey smirked, cupping her hand on her mouth, “Who the hell would hire Mark as a spy? The guy isn’t doing well for himself, do you think someone would use him?” She said, bring out a point.

“Sure, you might be right. But why then did he…” Lost in his thoughts, he was kind of intelligent enough to know he didn’t have to spill out what he had in mind.

“Then why? Is there something you aren’t telling me, Dave? Did Mark do anything that made you doubt about his personality?”

Immediately the question was asked, Dave raised his head and pretended everything was going on well.

“Humm, there’s no point for us talking about this anymore. I’ll go back home now, my dad should be waiting for me.” He said politely.

“Okay, let me see you out,” Hailey accompanied her fiancé and got back to the living room when his car had left. After a short while of reflecting on all the questions asked by Dave, she pushed it to the back of her mind and concentrated on her series.
