Chapter 50

"Colthen!" Bax moved quickly and knelt down next to his lifeless friend. His hands trembled as he held it while his knees literally shook with trembling.

"C-Colthen! W-What happened, w-who did this?!"

Wynce's light remained focused on them but his face was glistening with sweat. His lips parted as he watched Bax's crying to his friend's body fall asleep.

Nivo's body trembled as he slowly approached Bax.

"I-Is he dead?" Vyze asked dejectedly and you could also notice the tremor in her voice due to shock and fear.

Nivo's hands were shaking when he held Colthen's hand. After a while, he wiped off the sweat that seemed to be depressing.

"No! Colthen!" There Bax raised his head while crying. He hugged his friend's lifeless body and shouted the words, "Who did this to you?!"
