159: To Avenge His Son

Prosecutor Adams found his way into Chase's ward. It was late in the afternoon when he went there, because he had been choked up with work until he received the news.

Tears welled up in his eyes when he saw his son on the hospital bed, covered in bandages with a breathing tube in his mouth.

Chase who was vibrant, hothead and always did thing in his own way, looked almost dead. Had life support on him on that very day.

It was the worse sight a father could ever see. Way too much for him to bear that he held onto the wall for support, because his legs threatened to give out underneath him.

Prosecutor wondered who had done such a thing to his only son. Because it seemed as though they wanted to kill him. They completely destroyed his face.
