11. Apollo [2]

     Daniel and Stella continued running through the forest trying to escape the ice shooter which still paced behind.

    Thwack!!

        The branch of a withered tree instantly crashed on the ground, leaving Daniel and Stella to trip on their feet, rolling down the sloppy hill until they finally came to an halt after dodging several tree trunks and large boulders.

“Ahh. We finally lost it.” Daniel exclaimed jumping up from the ground like nothing had happened

“Well, I’m hurt here.” Stella retorted still lying flat on the ground “I pushed some couples of roc....... Rocks.”

     Stella began to shutter in her words upon fixing her gaze behind Daniel whose facial expression instantly turned puzzled

“Wha....”

“Shhh.” Stella shushed while slowly standing up from the ground “Ignore every instinct that say you should look behind you.”

     Daniel face instantly turned pale upon hearing Stella’s words

“Is it a large beast behind me!”

Daniel thought as his heart continuously began to pound heavily, followed by trickles of sweat which instantly appeared on his forehead.

      Meanwhile, Stella slowly began to walk towards Daniel until she stood in front of him.

“Now close yours eyes.” Stella creepily whispered into his ears, instantly closing both of his eyes.

“Thank you.” A fragile voice whispered towards Stella who nodded in response, tilting her eyes around the surrounding until she caught sight of Roderick who ran toward them with a pair of wet clothes in his grip.

         After some few seconds, Roderick arrived in the scene only to meet Stella who stood beside the tree outstretching her hand toward him and Daniel blindfolded far behind them.

“Oh.” Roderick muttered, tossing the clothes towards Stella who smiled and handed the clothe to the girl who still hid behind the tree

“Thank you.” The girl replied warming and instantly began to wear the clothes leaving Roderick to turn behind

“Wait. Was I told to shut my eyes because of a naked woman.”

       Daniel blurted out his words like a trigger ignorant of the other people before him.

“Maybe, and by the way she is not a woman.” Stella replied turning her gaze to Daniel who instantly began to shutter his eyes

“Don’t be a pervert alright.” The girl shouted out to Daniel, noticing his eyes which began to shutter

“And open your eyes only when we tell you to.”

      Daniel finally succumbed to the girls wishes, keeping his eyes shut especially after hearing the word ‘pervert’ which he didn’t want to be tagged on.

     After some couples of minutes, the girl was finally done dressing up in her light green shirt and fitted trouser

“Done!” The girl whispered to Stella, permitting her to instruct the boys

“Okay guys, you can look now.” Stella instructed, leaving Daniel and Roderick to turn around, finally catching sight of the girl who stood still in front of the tree with a blank facial expression.

     Both Roderick and Daniel were left speechless in sight of the girl’s blue skin and auburn hair which flowed neatly on her thin waist

“Hey, are you guys dumb?” Stella finally broke the long minutes of silence

“Oh, nothing,” Daniel jerked out of his thought and instantly released a sigh “Just curious about her race.”

“Yeah.... Yeah, me too.” Roderick muttered still unable to shift his gaze off the girl’s skin

“What going on here.” The girl whispered to Stella suddenly getting nervous

“Maybe, they are lost in your extravagant beauty.”

“So... What should I do, I am already getting so uncomfortable.”

“See, just try saying something like an mmmm, introducing yourself.” Stella whispered into her ears in awe of the boys situation

“Okay.” She whispered to Stella in curiosity to the boys unpleasant behaviour

“Uhmm, I’m um, my name is.....” The girl instantly gave a halt in her statement, feeling irritated by the boys naughty attitude

“Hey,” She shouted instantly gaining the attention of Daniel and Roderick whose eyes were wide opened “Am I a monster or what?, see..., my name is Apollo and I am a water ganasi. And if you’re being curious about why I’m here instead of the crimson lake, I was sneaking into Silvanir to see the outside world.”

      Ahh!

          The girl, Apollo exclaimed with a sigh of relief, finally being able to conclude her statement.

“So...., could we all be friends.”

      Daniel, Stella, Roderick and Apollo boldly walked through the concrete stairs of the guild Hall, making their way into the hall to complete the guild

“Well, don’t get me wrong but you were unbelievably too easy to tame. Like, hey would you like to join our guild and you just go, poof, yes!” Daniel laughed in remark to the activity that happened earlier, leaving the other three to burst out laughing

“Well, since you guys aren’t kidnappers, I’m easy-going and by the way, other race aren’t allowed to enter into Silvanir without another elven companion.”

“Well, lucky for you.” Roderick managed to mutter after a long period of laughter. “Now, I think you’ll be I think you automatically become an elven citizen after orientation to the-”

“Guys.” Stella interrupted upon them reaching the top of the stairs “Lets continue our statement after completing our orientation and ignoring this killer-joy poker nose guard.”

     Stella whispered in subject to the guard who instantly forced a grin into his face on seeing them

“Ooh,” Apollo giggled trying her possible best to cease her laughter “Tell me more about him after we’re done.”

“Okay, but for now we have to ignore this creepy guard.”

    The crew instantly became silence upon getting to the door which was instantly opened by the guard who still kept the naughty grin on his face.

“Expecting me to say a word hum.” The guard blurted out winking at Stella who paid no attention towards him like he was an invisible man, bravely stepping into the huge hall alongside Daniel and the others.

“Ouch, I can’t imagine myself being in his situation after that silent treatment.” Apollo laughed uncontrollably, gaining the attention of almost everyone in the hall.
