Ten more days passed, in which Kusomi didn’t stop absorbing the Nature Aspect. It kept empowering her to an unimaginable degree, but at the same time, her condition was getting noticeably worse.

At times, her feet would stumble and she would lose balance. Also, albeit infrequently, she would cough some blood.

Tenebris’ training with the sword, even after fifteen days, saw no improvement whatsoever. The only plausible explanation for this was his abysmal talent and weak body.

After all, Kusomi tried to help him by injecting a bit more Nature Aspect into his body, which should have increased his stamina and increased his physical capabilities by a small margin, but even that didn’t have any effect.

Humans were able to, broadly speaking, absorb the Nature Aspect. It would just disperse out of the body after some time, nevertheless, it was a bit strange that Tenebris, excluding the fact that it satiated his hunger and thirst, didn’t benefit from it all.
